We had a really awesome buying experience with Secured Auto. We were looking at a vehicle and are from Montana. Ryan answered all of questions quickly and thoroughly. We flew to SLC to buy our vehicle and were in and out very quickly. We were very impressed with the vehicle, the customer service, and the quality of the dealership in general. We would happily purchase another car from Secured Auto!

Of all the car buying experiences I've had throughout my life, working with Ethan at Secured Auto Group has been the most straightforward, no-pressure experiences I've had at a dealership. I highly recommend checking these guys out if you're in the market for a vehicle. They clearly take pride in their customer service as well as their honesty about the vehicles they sell and you'll be supporting a local family-owned small business!

I got my XFRfrom Secured Auto Group 2 years ago in 9/21. Joe thanks! He helped us all the way, with getting there and provided us with a good test drive, and then with hetting the loan. And the other guys who were looking to get an Lexus IS F, and they also seem to be happy with getting it from these guys!

Can t say enough great things about this dealer. I m out in Miami and these guys helped me along the way with everything. Every question I asked, every video I asked for, pictures etc. Everyone there was super friendly from the Salesman Ethan to the owner Joe. Transaction was so smooth I d definitely buy another vehicle from them with no hesitation. Very honest hard working team there. 10/10 would recommend this dealer to anyone

Didn't disclose an engine light on a tundra I flew out for. Blamed it on new tires. Luckily...to put in best terms... the light came back on the day I flew out to pick it up. Nicest people though. Said they would let em know when they got it fixed, never heard from them again. But they were very nice. So that's worth a star.

The idea of shopping for a car at a dealership makes me feel a little anxious due to unwanted pressure from the typical car salesman. Secured Auto is entirely different. I interacted directly with Ryan Burnside who was VERY easy to work with. The process was simple, smooth, and very pleasant. I d highly recommend working with Secured Auto if the chance arises.

Well I m an old Toyota guy . All my Toyotas are old enough to drink . Was looking for a rare Corolla just vas a fun economical run around car. Hard to find a Corolla XRS these days (Corolla with the same engine that is also put in a LOTUS with a 6 speed manny transmission) Yes Please!! Well this car had to be one of the cheapest cars they have ever sold but these dudes treated me like a new corvette/Mercedes buyer . From Isaac to Ethan to Eli and Joe I was treated like a friend that was buying the family car.

The only dealership I ll ever trust. From sales to service, Secured Auto Group is awesome. The sales team is more helpful and consultative, not pushy at all, and they know their stuff. And the service department is fantastic. I ve brought all my vehicles here for work and it s always super well-done and they stand behind their work. Can t recommend Secured Auto Group enough.

This dealership was fantastic to work with! I felt like a priority, Ethan was incredibly nice and respectful, Joe was super helpful and worked with me and my situation. The process was easy and hassle free. Usually when I look at cars at dealerships, most salesmen don t take me seriously due to my age, however these guys made me feel like a valued customer. I can t recommend them enough. The vehicle I bought still needed one or two more parts before it was 100% and even though I left with the car, they made sure to schedule a time with me to install those parts for free with the purchase of the vehicle! These guys know how to treat you right and give you a good deal. Will be taking my fiends and family to them.

I had an ok experience here, I bought a 2008 Mitsubishi Evolution back in December exactly 1 week later the throw out bearing failed and in turn caused the clutch to burn. Secured Auto was kind enough to call a tow truck to pick the car up and have it towed to their shop, A couple days later I received a call and was given a quote for the repair, They did bump be me up in line for the repair but was still about a 2 week wait. I did have to pay a portion out of pocket ($1200) which was kind of disappointing as I had just bought the car and did not abuse it, As it was not user related. But no big deal, Life happens. Shortly after receiving the car from the throw out bearing and clutch repair 3rd and 4th gear began to grind, I called Secured and they were able to get me scheduled to drop the car off again the following week. The car unfortunately did not make it another week before the rear main seal failed and the car began to leak oil making it un drivable - I already had the car scheduled to go in for repairs so it did have to get towed again, Secured was kind enough to again pay for the tow truck. Following the repairs with the gears it looks like it was assembled incorrectly the first time around so they just adjusted the gears and also replaced the rear main seal free of charge but that was another 1-2 weeks of not having a car. In turn I was 4 weeks without having the car and was already making my first payment on it without having it.Fast forward 2 months later, The 2 front tires were showing wire being that it's AWD I had to replace all 4 costing me an additional $1000, Upon getting the tires changed it was also discovered that all 4 shocks are blown and leaking oil and will now be costing me another $1000 just for shocks.In conclusion, I'm now over $3000 in repairs in a short 2 months of driving the car. And also discovered the front bumper and side skirts are being held on with tap in screws. If I had known that the car had these issues and would be costing me that much to repair, I would have rather just paid that towards a lower mile newer Lancer Evolution. Overall the sales experience was good, I was treated fairly. I will take this as a lesson learned when buying a used car to get it better inspected.

Joe and Ethan are a pleasure to work with. As someone who has purchased from numerous big box dealerships in the past, Secured Auto is by far the best experience I ve had - and that s across three states (UT, CA, AZ)! My husband and I saw a Jeep we were interested in and Ethan was able to answer our questions, wasn t pushy, and just has a great vibe making him easy to work with. Joe is personable, got us in and out with our paperwork, and they both made themselves available for any questions we had thereafter. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them! You ll love how clean the shop is and how kind and approachable everyone is all while keeping your goal in mind.

I recently purchased this beautiful ML350 from secured auto group. I want to give a big thanks to everyone at the dealership for not only working this deal with me but also for taking care of the vehicle with some things that came up after I drove it for a week. Proof that the service is reliable, just took this guy up to Jackson Wyoming and back. I look forward to continue to do business with them in the future and refer my friends to them.

Best auto purchase experience I ve ever had! Staff are passionate about getting you into the ride you want at a competitive price and ensuring you are satisfied so that you will keep coming back (no games or smoke & mirrors here). Their inventory is carefully selected and inspected before sale with follow on service at a special rate for the buyer. Highly recommend!

Not your average state street dealership! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've owned 20+ cars and worked in the automotive industry for over a decade. From the first introduction to closing Ryan was stellar. During inspection of the car a few small issues were found and we fairly negotiated getting them resolved before purchase. While this was happening I was treated to first class service helping arrange a few services on the car. I have recommended this company already to my friends and family and will continue to do so. Clean facility, great lighting, friendly staff, and exciting inventory. Thank you to Ryan, Joe, and Eli for my awesome new S4! If I ever need to replace it I will be coming back.

Incredibly easy to work with. They weren t pushy at all. Knew exactly what I wanted, gave me a great deal, and got me a far lower interest rate than I previously had been offered. Made sure to do a final inspection after paperwork to ensure everything was taken care of and the car was ready to go.

Traded in my FJ cruiser and Honda Pilot for a 21 ZR2. Very nice experience with sales and financing with my bank was a breeze. They have really nice cars for an independent lot on State St. Check them out for sure.

We had a fantastic and smooth experience with Secured Auto Group. We made it in an hour before close, yet they were still friendly and accommodating to us. Tony in sales helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They assured to me to test drive the vehicle even late in the hour to closing. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were willing to negotiate in my situation. All the banks were closed by that time but had other ways to accept payment. I was able to drive home in my dream Vehicle. I will recommend them to family, friends and anyone looking for a smooth experience.

Secured Auto has my trust. They could have replaced a part and charge me for everything, but it was a loose belt. I've had terrible experiences with other shops adding more that "needs to be done" on to the estimate of repairs. Secured has great customer service and great mechanics. My daughter had also purchased a car at Secured and has had an amazing experience and loves her car. She's owned it for about 6 months with no issues. I recommend them.

Secured Auto is a great place to buy a car. Their no pressure salesman was great. He addresses all our concerns with the car we bought and gave us a great price. They also gave us more for our trade in than other dealerships offered. Would buy a car from them again.

Eli and Joe were awesome! I am always Leary about buying used vehicles, but their inspection, service process and warranty helped . Not to mention both were knowledgeable and willing to help with any concerns I had . Good guys to work with .

I just had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Eli, Ethan, and Joe made the "dreaded experience of buying a car" an amazing experience. I found the car I wanted to purchase online, contacted them and set up a time to come look at it. I fell in love with it and the rest is history. They were low pressure, have a beautiful showroom, and some unbelievable vehicles in their inventoryt. I will be coming back to them again in the future. Thank you Secured Auto Group!!!

These guys were great, from start to finish, they made sure the car was fixed and ready to go for me twice, before i got it, what used car dealer does that at there expense. I really wanted this car , there was no pressure or hassle, go try them out for yourselves dont take my word for it

Ethan and Ryan were fantastic. I was looking at one of their cars and I live out of state, but they made everything super easy and nice for me. Always answered the phone when I called and answered all my question. They went above and beyond to make sure the car I was driving back was in the best shape possible and went the extra mile to do so. The shop is beautiful with amazing cars and everyone in there was nothing but nice. Beyond happy with my experience

We have bought two cars from Secured Auto Group and have been amazed by the service, honesty, and kindness. Our first car we came in because we wanted something on the lot, and the second car Ryan found for us. Both cars are high quality even though a bit older and thoroughly checked out by the service department! We will definitely be coming back for any other cars we will need. Great experience!!
