I got two burritos and I was charged twice the price for the listed burritos. I ask for a refund and the supervisor named Rebecca said No! Loudly, I was mad, i said why I can't get a refund Loudly she said I'm going to call the police and I said call them because you want give me a refund and that's false advertisement. I said let me speak to a manager she said I am the only one here Loudly! Then she gave me a refund. Wow! I'm never coming back bad business. Do you see two different types of burritos?

Cool truck stop with lots of little trinkets, clothes etc. that you can buy. There's a sit down restaurant, a coffee shop, Burger King and a vape shop inside also! VIP parking is $15 a night and showers are $15. Will visit again!

Well I walked out of the restaurant they're charging too much money now for their food it's $12 for a hamburger and oh by the way it's $3.50 extra for French fries, no thank you I'll do business elsewhere. On the plus side they're Deli pizza was pretty good.

Store is clean and ladies restroom is amazing! Several good food choices. They have a small hot bar, Burger King, and an Apple Barrel. They also have a few frozen meals in the freezer too. They have a dentist office upstairs for truckers who need one!

Entering changing directions to set up to back can be a little tight but still pretty easy lots of room. Customer service was very kind to me. The dinner has a pretty darn good chicken fried steak good customer service fast assertive. All and all pretty fun experience and place for rest.

Very slow service, no clean tables. There were only 3 customers. Ordered chicken fried chicken. Received chicken fried steak instead. I tried to eat it anyway. But I don't like chicken fried steak. It took 20 minutes to get our food. I refuse to send the food back . I have seen too many videos of people doing bad things to food when sent back to fix them. The garlic bread tasted like it was soaked in a dirty wash rag and then thrown on the grill. I think some oversight might be needed. The prices are not cheap here. People deserve better food and service. This was dinner at 21:30 .

For drivers that need larger loads come to Big Wash easy parking for bobtails and able to wash large bedding items nice and clean5 star for Sapp Brothers friendly staff and well stocked

Sapp Bros: is an absolute American icon. Whether you need anything from a good hot meal or breakfast at the restaurant or just a great cup of coffee. This is a place that will be on your must stop list anywhere you go. The cleanliness is top-tier, and the staff are always friendly.If you re driving commercial, they have a great stopover center with showers and areas to rest!

I Love this store, they have everything, you can't leave without buying. Plus they have the most amazing restrooms I have ever seen, They have heated toilet seats.

Pulled in to get fuel and park.Have never been to this one, I checked out the parking situation.There is like 30 'free' spots and 60 paid spots.Of course all of the free spots are gone with half of the paid spots open.There were at least 10 trucks in the free spots that had been there several days!!!! Still had snow on them, had been a couple of days since it snowed.I thought I would try and negotiate a paid spot for fueling there.I have 300 gallon tanks and below half at the time. Plus I needed DEF and Reefer.Nope, they would not budge. They wanted their money for a parking spot.So they lost close to a $1,000 sale over a parking fee.I left.I get charging a fee when not fueling, but if we are spending money, they should give us a parking spot.I will go fuel at RJ's.So much for trucker appreciation.

Last time I was here was 16 years ago, boy what a let down. Parking lot is full of dropped trailers or cars parked in a truck spot. Parking lot is filthy, full of trash. Inside is clean, including restrooms, but at 6 am, no breakfast foods available. All the other Sapp bros. Truckstops are alot nicer.

Smelt good in there it was 5pm and I read about their chicken sandwich. I went to order the person at register seemed lazy and didn't care. I asked about the sandwich and just said yeah we're out for the day. Not sure how it works but it can't be that hard to drop chicken in a fryer. I would have waited but like I said, huge lack of care.

This stop has lots of parking, fuel is cheap here, 11 showers that are clean, apple barrel restaurant is not bad, some cashier are nice but 9 out of 10 are rude, and odd. Seems like everyone on something there.

I was in the restaurant last night waiting to get waited on. I stepped outside of the restaurant for a few seconds to answer a telephone. I didn't want to be rude why everybody was in there eating that's why I stepped out. Just as soon as I stepped out. This lady and Guy come out of nowhere and hurried up and close the restaurant up. Then you get treated like you're at Walmart. I really had nothing to do good to say about this place.

First time at a Sapp Bro. Nice place. I like how they monitor the paid spots. No pay, no park. Wish other stops would do that. Nice showers too.

Came in today to purchase a few items, guy at counter was rude..The lady that helped us not friendly no hi or thank you come again absolutely no acknowledgment at all just rang us up and said here your receipt. Not a pleasant or friendly place. Everyone looked angry .I will not be back. Hopefully you have a better experience

I love sapp bro. I love theor bathrooms,their mechandise amd gas prices.the location is nice too. What I don't like is theor manager Martha. She's the reason it only got 4 stras instead of 5. She should not be working in customer service. She is very rude, assumptive, and judgemental. She should be fired. No one has ever shot such awful daggers at me and held her stare at me over something so small before in my entire life!

Usually a good spot but half the lot is paid parking good way to loose customers. I'm not stopping here anymore just like other places that are mostly paid parking. Must be going to be a TA.

Pretty much everything you might need here for your traveling needs. Staff is Alsome. Clean restrooms. They have a barborshop, restaurant, a maintenance shop, etc. There's alot of parking for semis, but it's mostly pay to park.

I like this place. They have Burger King, Beans and Brew, and Apple Barrel. I got here a little too early this time to get a meal at Apple Barrel but they have delicious rib tips and a Whiskey steak that is to die for here. And I also enjoy the Caramel Frappe and coffee cake from Beans and Brew. All around it is a good place for trinkets too. I have been eye-balling some of their Fairy statues for some time now. One of them will end up coming home with me one day.

I have drove past this location on I215 for years. Their sign is a huge coffee pot. I thought they would at least have great coffee. The coffee was old and burned and tasted terrible. When I went to pay, there was 1 gal ringing people up and 3 gals standing behind her shooting the bull. There was a long line and they did nothing to help. So, Terrible coffee. Terrible service. I will not be back.

Always a good stop. Parking is hit or but what do you expect, parking in SLC area is thin at best.But it's clean and safe. And lots of ways to spend your hard-earned cash!

Fuel up here all the time, and always stop here. Needed to drop my trailer for 2 nights to go home and told me it would $30/night instead of $15/night because it was a trailer. Said they don t want to be a drop yard and don t want trailers more than 3 days that s fine but I m telling you that I m only leaving it here 2 nights is that to hard to understand?

This place is pretty awesome. Yes, there is paid parking but there is also free parking. Having more paid parking keeps the riffraff away. Which in turn, keeps this spot clean,people employed and the business thriving. The Breakfast and service was great at the Apple Barrel, the showers are clean and HOT. Laundry is clean and cheaper than most. If you don t want to pay for parking, move along and don t complain .there are other inferior truck stops for you to enjoy . The cost of doing business has increased 10 fold and to be able to employ people that actually work and do a good job also comes at a cost. Sapp Brother s is one of the last great truck stops across America. Let s keep it that way!

One of the last good truck stops left. Always friendly service, food at the Apple Barrel is great. They even have a Burger King for you fast food junkies and a Beans and Brew coffee shop. The showers are large, clean, and available with a huge bathtub for a muscle relaxing soak. Other amenities will include a dentist office, chiropractic office, and even a vape shop. Parking is sometimes limited due to the fact that this place was built before we had this much truck traffic on the road.

Corner of Industrial/California. Always clean, well stocked, and easy access. Full service truck stop with showers, WiFi, ATM. Good selection of snacks, drinks, warm meals. Good coffee.
