This place is the worst auto shop I have been to. I had an appointment on Friday morning last week then it took them to Monday midday. to get back to me with what was wrong on my truck then it took the all week to fix the 5 items. It took two days for tires and now I have a broken tire sensor. On top of that they didn't reset the perform service. I would give the negative Stars if I could. They also charged me for balancing tires that they did not do.

I love coming to this dealership! Everyone is so friendly and focuses on my needs. I have gotten to know everybody well and they all call me by my first name and feel like I am an actual person and not just a number. They have snacks and drinks in the lounge which I might add is quite comfortable. Gotta love being in a Dealership and watching car shows on the T.V. while I wait. Always a great experience and highly recommend coming here.

I often shy from going to dealerships for work, I've just been ripped off to many times. This is not the case with Salt Lake Valley Dodge. I had some work done at the west Valley location and they were fine, no bad reviews, but they did not wow me.From the start I was helped by Brendon M, at the service desk. He really knew what he was doing, scheduled me and helped me feel very confident . My issue turned out to be simple user error. Man my winch strap was blowing in front of a parking sensor. They also investigated a noise that turned out to be my large tires. My first truck, what can I say.I plan on going to this dealership for my 40k service and whatever else I need done. Also the staff when I picked it up was awesome all smiles and I did not have to wait long at all. This a great facility with people who really know their trucks.

I thought I left them a review here when I bought my truck but apparently not. Purchased my truck new from them in 2022 and they were great to work with during the sales process. Also when I took it in for the first oil change it was done in 1/2 the time quoted.

Would give a zero if possible. Had a driver on the road pilling a enclosed trailer, had an issue with the Def sensor. Was told he had to make an appointment, 72 hours out. The service writer wouldn't give my driver the time of day. We are car people as well, not every customer can make an appointment. This was an emergency. This service department did not care and sent the driver down the road. It has to make you think how they treat customers on a daily basis. My dealership solves problems, we do not create them. The service manager could have helped our driver out and he chose not to. Hope I never pass through that valley again and have to stop at SLV Ram. The home of the substandard experience.a

Our Chrysler Pacifica stopped accelerating on the freeway today, and we slowly pulled over and got on surface streets. We were relieved to see the Chrysler dealership right near the exit and we coasted into their parking lot. Sounds miraculous, right? It may have been if anyone would have been interested in helping us. We went into their service department and explained the scary experience and the error code we received. They guy couldn't have cared less, and seemed pained to even be interacting with us. He said it would be at least a week before he could even run a diagnostic. Seriously? We're in your parking lot right now with a car that we can't drive (with only 20,000 miles on it btw) and you can do literally nothing for us? Not even engage in a conversation? I guess this isn't the shop to visit, especially in an emergency.

Went in and talked to one of the sales people, I believe his name was Danny. He helped out with showing us a couple vehicles we were interested in, and even though we decided to wait and talk it over at no time did we feel like he was upset or mad that we passed at this time. He made me feel like I was a person and not just a number, haven't had a sales person like that in a long time and we loved it. Just feel bad that we decided to not buy, but really enjoyed the experience! We just want to thank him again for taking the time, we really appreciate it.

Great experience purchasing a certified preowned Jeep at Salt Lake Valley Jeep dealership. Brandon V. in sales was super helpful in providing information, including experience with his own vehicle, and was never pushy. Brandon is genuinely a nice guy and followed up with me two weeks after the sale to make sure everything was still good. Finance team was friendly, efficient, and patient in answering all my questions. Service and detail team had the vehicle looking new and took care of all minor issues to my satisfaction. I will be bringing my vehicle to this dealer for all scheduled maintenance and would absolutely work with Brandon again on future purchases.

NO stars earned. Had to give one to post. Buyer BEWARE. DO NOT DO business here. They took advantage of a disabled veteran who specifically told him he had cognitive issues and was on a fixed income; told them exactly what he could afford. It is very unethical to do business the way they do. When someone says they need a payment UNDER $500 you damn sure don't say you can do that and then send them out the door with a payment OVER $800. Guaranteed, if you buy a used vehicle there, you will pay MORE than the national average KBB price on any used vehicle and you will leave owing twice what you agreed to pay for the vehicle. They actually sold him a used truck at the ORIGINAL MSRP!!! We are not the only ones they have pulled this on. We found one other person, so far. They do it so often, they have the contract drawn up in such a way you can t get out of it. Unethical practice! They want to steal your trade in and then plan to repo your new one? Is that the game? Funny how the added fees come up to just about the same amount they gave him for his trade in. If they were an honest, reputable business, they would refund his down payment and tear up the contract. But no, they are not and will not. Afraid they can't sell the truck otherwise? Maybe that s it. You may think this is all on him, but due to 2 strokes and other issues effecting his mind, he was cheated. And they knew. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE even for repairs.

Salt Lake Valley is by far the worst place for service on your vehicle. We bought our Jeep Wagoneer from the dealership, which was a fine experience, but their service department is pathetic. We have had numerous issues with scheduling service on our Jeep and parts not coming for when the appointment was supposed to happen. Of course, you would think someone would call you to say the parts are not in and to not waste our time driving the vehicle in to get service done, but no. Just got told they were sorry when we got to the service center. The most recent issue came with a seat that was not working. We did not know why the seat would not move forward, but after we dropped the Jeep off to be worked on, they decided to tell us about a $200 diagnosis fee since the issue with the seat was not covered under the warranty. Obviously, we didn't know what was wrong with the seat and that it wouldn't be covered under our warranty, but they never told us about the fee before they started to work on our vehicle. Now we are stuck paying for a fee that we were not aware of. To make things worse, the individual from the dealership who we were communicating with through text, decided they would throw in an LOL while discussing this frustrating situation. Nothing about this situation is laughable. When we pointed out that nothing about this situation was laughable, the genius responded with how he loves to laugh. This to me, is an extremely idiotic and unprofessional response to send to a client. We will never go back to this dealership for service work or to buy any future vehicles.

Called in to schedule a recall issued by Jeep. Was informed that they don't schedule recalls on Saturday and the last appointment they take during the week is 1:45pm. I hope y'all go bankrupt in this recession.I ended up scheduling an appointment with Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT. They have much better service hours and weren't a jerk about it.

My boyfriend and I had a really bad experience at Mark Miller Toyota. The finance guy there spoke to us like we were idiots and told us we didn t know what we were talking about and told us we could leave if we were unhappy, they wouldn t chase us. Which was funny, because the next day, the GM there called me with the exact same deal we walked in asking for. We turned it down since our experience was so off putting. We ended up coming here upon recommendation of my boss, and they took care of us. We ended up paying a couple thousand more than we would have at Mark Miller, but we re okay with it since our experience was much better. Sidenote, I also deal with this dealership frequently due to my job and they are always fantastic to work with on that end as well.Salt Lake Valley, you are appreciated! Thank you!

service adviser is very unprofessional they have zero respect for the customers if they think they will not make good money of it. i had my vehicle there for two month , every time i call or go over there they said we are working with (star), they wouldn't tell me what they were working on or what is wrong with my vehicle. i keep waiting. finely i start calling Chrysler customer service .they told me my have three open recall and all parts are available. when i call salt lake dodge and asking the service advisor why is taking too long to tell me what is wrong with it . at this point i am not asking to be fix it. just want to know what is wrong with my car they won't tell me . they keep lie to me they say they waiting for Chrysler engineer star service. i call other Chrysler dealership i asked them how long it take for star service to get respond i was told the most is two week. they don't have the knowledgeable technician who know how to work on hybrid vehicles. and the service advisor keep laying to the customers. i feel like i was getting scam . they have no clew how to be professional certified Chrysler service .

We had such a terrible experience April 2023 and left a review at that time. I went to look at the car title and learned that someone at the dealership purposely misspelled the name on the title, probably to repay up for leaving a bad review. I hope it doesn't cause trouble for my son who is in the army having to now ship his car now he has received orders. Whoever did this is a bad person. Beware, my review was deleted so these folks have artificially inflated their review score.

We would like to give Mike Rampani a shout out for being such an awesome person. We took our Jeep Commander there on Thursday and he took the time to check out the problem we were having with the Jeep. He was such an honest person and told us all we needed was a gas cap. We really thought we were going to have to fork out around 6 or 700 dollars to get it fixed. Thank you all so much and we will be taking our other Jeep very soon to get it fixed.

The guys over at Salt Lake Valley Dodge took really good care of me when I came in to purchase a new vehicle. I ve been working with Salt Lake Valley for a while now and they are honest and easy to work with, always friendly as soon as you walk through the door 10 out of 10 recommend to anybody who s looking for work done on their vehicle on the service side or looking to buy a new vehicle. Appalling customer service even for a regular customer of over 2 years. Booked my Ram van in over a month ago for a recall, the night before received a txt reminding me of the appointment. I get there on time after taking time out of my schedule to find they cancelled my appointment and want to reschedule for over a month later. I wish to stress - I was sent only an appointment confirmation, no one contacted me or my partner to ask to reschedule.

One of, if not the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Every car purchase in the past has always involved tooth pulling and games of some sort: an extra fee here that wasn t disclosed before hand, some change with the financing terms, the bash it over your head extended warranty hard sell. None of this happened. Borderlined shocked.Justin the sales manager handled the deal over the phone before hand. Very responsive and thorough. Walked through all my many questions without issue. Great guy and got me a great deal.Fili took care of me when I showed up and had the car ready and looking great. Very professional.Brad in finance was pleasant, fast and considerate. No extended warranty hard sell. No pushing addons. Refreshing to experience.Incredible job. Beyond expectations. First time I can honestly say the car buying experience was a breeze.

My husband and I went here to look for a vehicle. We came here believing these people would be honest, helpful and trustworthy. To our discouragement these people falsified paperwork , put incorrect information on our paperwork and was dishonest about us being approved for a certain credit loan numerous times. What these people showed us is lack of concern or care for their customers. I would never return to this place and would highly suggest others not go here.

Had an appointment booked for today for a recall notice on my RAM. When I turned up (on time) they told me they'd cancelled the appointment!No phone call or text letting me know beforehand.I now have to take another day off work to bring the van in.So upset and annoyed!

Bought a brand new jeep from them and it had to be towed to the shop the next day. Over the next two months it s been in and out of the shop. Salt lake valley won t even return our calls or help in any way.

Buying a car is an experience that can fill you with joy or frustration, it is my third car in these SLV deals, 2 in the Chevrolet and now this one in the Dodge Chrysler, the careful attention, they explained each of the steps and they exceeded my expectations in the car a used Tesla but like new. thanks to Fili who treated us wonderfully, to the finacial team, to the Manager with his contagious smile. thank you

We bought a brand new 2023 dodge durango r/t in April. We traded our old jeep in. From the moment we arrived they were great. Angel was fantastic in helping crunch numbers with randy to get us in the car close to what we wanted to pay. They told us we could have free oil change and tank of gas when we came back in the town. We live in wyoming. We came back in July and they honored it and was truly amazing. If your looking for a new vehicle ask for angel and tell them we sent you. My name is Pamela sechser. They get you in the door by discounting prices online, but there s numerous stipulations on those discounts. The salesman know very little about the cars. They negotiate with you but they don t actually have the power to make any sort of a deal. All deals have to be cleared with management, so they make you offers they can t actually back up. Then once you think you ve negotiated a reasonable prince and are ready to sign the papers they slap you with $1300 in dealers fees. I didn t pay fees like that when I bought my Porsche

I recently had my Jeep serviced at this location. Going into it, I was honestly nervous. Service departments at dealers come with their own negative stigma. I have had awful experiences at the other Jeep dealers nearby, so a friend recommended this Salt Lake Valley dealer because she said it is the only Jeep Dealer that has actually treated her well. So I hesitantly gave it a try. Needless to say this is the ONLY dealer I will be using for my jeeps going forward. There was a miscommunication, however Michael in Service got it squared away without me even knowing! I really do feel like he went above and beyond more than any regular dealer normally would. I was expecting some conflict when I picked up my vehicle but instead I felt so much relief when I arrived and all the issues had been resolved before I even got there. This felt like exceptional customer service that needed to be recognized with a 5 star review! Thank you so much Michael!

I bought a Jeep from this dealership and thought it would be smart to have my service done there. Bought a contract for service. What a joke!Service takes forever (whether a simple oil change or a repair issue). They often couldn't find an issue and had to return multiple times till they did (and they eventually did figure it out).One of the customer service techs was really snotty and rude. I try hard to be polite and professional but had to ask that he never be assigned to me again.Last straw was today. Made an appt for oil change (so I wouldn't have to wait long) and it took over 3 hours (for a bloody oil change). No response from technician after multiple requests for update. This is my last oil change on the contract and definitely won't go back for more.Don't waste your time and money at this service center. Pretty much anyone is better.

Was on mission to find a vehicle to tow our small boat with. Our all electric car was not practical. We elected to go with the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE. We searched all over Salt Lake, West Valley, Odgen and even as far as Elko. We could've gotten a slightly better deal at another dealership, But Justin and Sales Team your great customer service won us over and when he heard about us being able to get a better deal, reassured my wife that we were in good hands. We are both in customer service and KUDOS to your sales team! The way you treated us earned our business.

Bret was a wonderful help in the buying process. This was the first time buying a car online, and he reached out and answered our questions in a timely manner. When we came into the dealership to finalize the deal the car buying process was smooth, straight forward, and exactly like I was led to believe from our phone and email conversations. I would come to Salt Lake Valley first the next time I'm in need of a vehicle.
