It's an absolute pleasure to come here for my car services. Ann, you're the absolute best. She has gone through everything with me step by step and has explained anything I don't understand. True gem and I will be back because of her. Oh Jake and Greg in the selling department are super great.

I loved that they kept their word with all the things they promised to fix on my new car, some details that had before I bought it. On the other hand i felt super forced at the moment of testing the car, they sat me down and we started signing everything. I wish they weren t so insistent but concluding the car is awesome

LIES!! The sweepstakes they use make it appear that you won but you haven't! It is only the ability to TRY to win. INCREDIBLY pushy about buying, Toni seems like a nice guy but is very much a classic sales guy. Didn't listen when I said I was there only about the flyer

SERVICE - No Problems, No Grief, Fair Prices, CapableI bought new tires from Costco (which have been great), however Costco was not able to reset my tire pressure monitoring system. Costco tried many times to reset my TPMS, and several other tire places also tried (Big O, Discount, Les Schwab), but none of them were able to resolve the issue. After wasting a lot of time, I finally scheduled an appointment with Mitsubishi Salt Lake and they fixed the issue in less than an hour (no problems, no grief, fair prices, very capable with Mitsubishi vehicles).

THEIR SWEEPSTAKES IS A HOAX!!! It claims you won a great prize but it s a scam A business that sends out flyers claiming you WON A PRIZE and does not follow through with providing said prize is a bad business!

Full salesman mentality. They kept running a 'bait and switch'. We asked for a specific year, but they brought up a different car then they said they would.

Why buy a car from this dealer (practically the only Mitsubishi dealer in the entire Wasatch front), then they don't even offer "Body-Work"?
