I bought my 2016 pro star international in October of 2023. My brother and I test drove it and the engine light came on asked the sales guy about it. I was told I had to do with the coolant. When I bought it I was told it was fixed. Long story short I m looking at an engine rebuild because there s coolant in the oil. I ve had it for 6 months! When I talked with their sales guy he told me when they buy trucks they take peoples word that the trucks in good working condition. Then I said fine how much to fix it. The quote they gave me was a heck of a lot more than the alternative. This is my first truck as I m a new owner operator this might put me out of business. The most I drove the truck was up and down the street because I was waiting to buy my trailer and register it all at once. I would have given rush no stars if I could. Do not buy a truck from rush truck centers and if you do take it to a mechanic to get a second opinion! I don t recommend anyone buying a rig from them especially if you re starting out like myself it ll break you to buy one of their trucks. I know eventually I would have a break down but in six months I need an engine overhauled just from going up and down my street. If this doesn t put my trucking business under they wont get any of my business. Don t walk away from rush run! If I bought it from some guy of the street yeah that s on me. But I bought it from what I thought was a dealership that put in the hard work to sell a good working truck.

Had a great experience with the service writers and them getting me in and out quicker than expected. They were more personable and more helpful than other dealers I have been to. Thank you guys

We were having issues with a DPF sensor. On a Saturday, no less! Called them and was told that they would try to work us in, showed up there, dropped trailer and was pulled into shop. An hour later, give or take, we were fixed and rolling! Super nice people to deal with! Definitely would call them again if we have issues while in that area!! All warranty issues handled!

Horrible customer service and overcharged. Madison was very rude when I asked about all the additional cost. My part was $20 plus labor of $195. (It was a 10 minute fix) Okay not bad right .but then an extra fee for $100 to use the shop machine and a 12.3% for a shop fee. I ve had all 5 of my trucks serviced at several places and never had I been charged this ridiculous fee.

Employees very disgruntled. Parts 30% higher than McCandles International over in Aurora CO? Another Corp. That's carried away with Greed.

Absolutely terrible. Took the truck in for a safety check for registration. It took them a week to even just look at the truck, being told each day that it s in a bay waiting for a tech. Then it took another week just to fix a washer nozzle, and yet another week to fix a fuel line. After all that they said we d need to replace the power steering box and it would take up to two more weeks. We said absolutely not and we will never be back again. This place is insanely slow.

The parts department guys are awesome at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and can help you find what your looking for, even if it isn't with them. My shop uses these guys for a lot of our vehicles. I would definitely use these guys again. Thanks and keep up the great work.

We have had trucks in for repairs 2 times, both times I drove an hour to pick them up the issue wasn't completely fixed, had to wait an additional two hours for additional repairs. While I understand mechanical and electrical issues can be difficult to diagnose it should have been thoroughly tested. The service managers HOWEVER have been fair to us. they covered the additional repairs at no cost, even though it wasn't under warranty, to compensate for our time waiting. Zack was helpful and made sure they did what was FAIR. I can appreciate Zack knows it is important to set realistic expectations, and not "over promise and underperform" when discussing time frames. There was another guy in a red shirt that was very helpful but I didn't get his name. The only other complaint I have is the communication throughout. It would be nice if there was one point of contact instead of having to call different departments to get answers. for example, I had an electrical issue and a body repair needing to be done, I had to call and wait for both departments to answer which took a lot of time and re calling to get someone to pick up. it feels like there are multiple organizations operating under one roof.Overall I am pleased with service and we will come back.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Yes, i drive a Kenworth, they didn t have the part i needed in stock. Coolant reservoir cap. The one on my buddy s Pete fit, had his information with me. They REFUSED to help me, said i needed the Kenworth part to cross reference. Wouldn t look anything up or let me buy anything.Worthless. Thanks for nothing.

I own a 2020 Tiffin Allegro Bus that experienced an electrical issue as I was coming in from Wyoming. From the moment I contacted the Staff at Rush they were welcoming and super nice. Ross helped me from the start and made sure I was in the loop every step of the way. My issue required working with the manufacture to get the right parts and the entire Rush staff played a part in getting things done. I couldn't be more thankful for how I was treated and ultimately able to get back on the road. I can honestly say that I have never worked with a shop that showed more genuine care and concern for their customers. Thanks to the entire staff at Rush. You all made my summer.

Incompetent!! Ordered parts they only delivered one. Called back and spoke with Jared. He was worthless and would not help me over the phone even after he seen it was something one of the other guys accidentally done. It's one thing to make a customer a costly mistake but it's even worse to not help rectify the situation. We were 3 hours away and paid big bucks to get 2 parts expedited to our shop. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH JARED. More helpful and good people during the day.

We have a bus for a special needs school. Only one bus that these kids depend on for transportation. We brought the bus in to have a switch replaced for the head lights. The technicians did not realize or check that LED headlights had replaced the standard headlights. They fried some circuits and wiring when installing the switch and spent hours trying to figure out what they did to the electrical system. They then gave us a bill for $2,900 to pay for their labor and parts to fix what they had broken. Would not accept responsibility for any fault and said we should of told them what kind of lights were in the bus. They had our bus and 60 special needs kids were not going on a field trip the next day without it. They held all the cards whether they were right or wrong and they knew it. Anyone can make a mistake but the difference between good business and bad business is accepting responsibility for a mistake and at least try and mitigate it. My next email will be to the BBB because it is bad business by bad people to do that and will use the leverage of the need of a vehicle to get away from taking any responsibility for a mistake.

Yet to find out if their work is solid. But, not only did I spend 9 days here, the respect for a driver is almost nonexistent. Some simple things I asked for I was told, "sure", and then completely ignored. I sure hope their work is better than their sevice. Update- when I left, I had to add over 2 gallons of coolant and 2 gallons of oil. Neither appears to be leaking. In another shop now getting cab a/c blower motor looked at. After taking out, looks like it works under power but the area is full of coolant. Coolant still looks like it isn't leaking. Only other explanation is that coolant wasn't cleaned up after repairs. Don't like to say so many bad things. But I would be wrong to not let someone know.

Friggin awesome folks here. It was ACTUALLY a pleasure being here, of course I'd have rather been rolling, but if it was going to break down, this was the best place for that to happen. These ladies and gentlemen were acting more like friends. I've been to allot of dealerships in my career. This place is by far the best. What makes it awesome is how the folks in the office treat you like a friend than just another driver. Keep up the awesome work. A sincere thank you to all those I had the pleasure of interacting with.

First they worked on the wrong window. Charged me 180.00 to spray silicone on the track. Then when they worked on the right window they charged me 290.00 for a part that is 40.00 all over the internet. Then to top it off they charged me 165 for labor for a part which takes 10 minutes to install. They are straight crooks stay away.

Simple oil change took 4 hours and then the oil filter was leaking when I finally got it home. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the excellent service I received when I returned at 10pm to drop it back off to be fixed the following day. A tech said he would stay late to fix the problem, to which he did.

They took 5 days to fix a 4.5 hr job. The guy at the service desk has no people's skills and is not very nice. Once my truck was fixed it took them two days to do a test drive and the day the test drive was done it took them about 3 hrs to get that done as well. They move at their own pace, which is a snail's pace! Worst service I've ever had to deal with at a truck center. If I could've gave it a lower rating, I would've.

Was told my truck was ready after 3 days. They fixed the wrong truck. My truck hadn't even been touched. No one answered phones. They wouldn't let me get my stuff off my truck after my company finally got me a rental car. EVERY ETA has been TERRIBLY wrong. White guy at the front desk is a grumpy, old dude who isn't helpful AT ALL. I literally feel like a hostage. I've been here for 5 days and counting.

Lots of things I could say but I won't include everything. Just know that they LOVE to take their time on even the smallest of repairs. I've been there multiple times so I know what I'm saying. Just got out yesterday and they left many things undone such as the passenger side door won't open from the inside. They only managed to fix opening from the outside. Loose hood mirror on one side. Dent on the outside of the cab such that the guy even looked at but did not acknowledge when handing me the keys. I was dying to get out of there having been stuck for 12 days straight with them so I didn't bother with the dent lest they take another week just for that. They have no sense of urgency. How ironic that they are called Rush since they are in no rush to get anything done. I never want to go there again that's for sure!

I just want to seriously shout out Rush Trucking of Salt lake City, UT. There's a great team of collision body workers who work for Joni. It was amazing experience couldn't have fit perfectly. I came in with a issue for my truck I spoke with them all of them and they were so ready to help me it surprised me. I highly recommend anyone in need of Rush Tuck Center just come they'll make your day!
