These guys do great work and provide great service! They had my car for a couple weeks to do some work on it, I picked it up today and it was absolutely perfect. Additionally, they d not only washed it, but they d vacuumed it out, and it was a mess with Christmas tree needles leftover from holiday season tree removal! Totally above and beyond. Awesome place!

There were some tricky issues they had to deal with through the insurance and John handled them like a pro. Everyone I dealt with there was kind, helpful and professional. And my car looks amazing! I won't go anywhere else after this experience!!!

After a hit and run to the side of my black Audi I was referred to Roses Auto Body by my friend who told/showed me the work they had done to fix his rear-end damage. You could not tell it had been hit and the price to fix it was so reasonable.I met Brian who was professional, accommodating and reassuring that the black paint would be a seamless match. I was beyond pleased with the overall outcome which included the price. Jeff, the owner was there when I picked up the car. Jeff (the owner) is very honest and trustworthy. I have taken 80+ work vehicles here in the past which is why this is the only place I was willing to take my personal vehicle when I was rear ended.I'm going to be honest, my car was in the shop longer that was anticipated (an extra couple of weeks). That being said the shop was very careful to do all the work well (not just the cosmetic stuff on the outside but the stuff behind the bumper that you don't see).The extra wait time was discouraging but Jeff called today (got finished this morning), with a sincere apology and the quality of the work was worth the wait.Service: Body & Trim

Did an excellent job on my Hyundai Palisade, never could tell there was any damage. They got me in fast and completed the work in a relatively timely manner. John was extremely helpful. Will go here again, if needed.

I want to give a big shout out to Roses Auto Body repair. Recently, Jeff and Brian did a repair on my 2004 Ford F-350. Rust had started to come through on the wheel wells. These guys were fantastic, they gave me a reasonable quote and completed the work in a timely manner. When there was a problem with the paint, They fixed it. No questions asked and the work they ended up doing was extensive! They refused to bill me for the extra work.I have been working with these guys for over 20 years when I needed body work and they've always come through. They do fantastic work and they are a company you can trust! I visited 5 body shops before I selected Roses. I had really high expectations. They fixed my 2019 Mercedes E class with the highest attention to detail. Other body shops wanted to replace bumper and fender and I knew that was not necessary. Roses was above all honest with me. I was really impressed with their work. Thank you so much Brandon and Jeff I am super happy with the work it looks like nothing happened

These guys are top notch! They are very kind, personable, do incredible work, and my wife and I felt their bids were very fair. They were really good with answering our questions. We are DEFINITELY going back when we need body work done. They could have improved by letting us know the timeline of the repairs rather than us asking, but definitely worth the great value.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was side swiped requiring body work to fix. I have a black Infiniti Qx70 Sport. I took my car to the Infiniti dealership and they recommended Roses (dealership doesn t do auto body work) so I thought for sure they would do a great job repairing. I washed my car inside and out prior to dropping it off to Roses. When picked up my car, it was filthy inside and out. They didn t bother to wash the outside nor clean up their mess on the inside. They replaced my bumper with what looked to be a used bumper (scratches all over), but insisted it was new from the dealership, left white residue in several places where they repaired side swipe area, scratches from a dirty cloth, and I asked them to touch up other chips in paint while there and it wasn t done. The owner Jeff did make the effort to call me and have me bring my vehicle back in; I did, but the second time wasn t much better. They offered to replace bumper but I passed since I would be out of a vehicle again and this time a rental would have been out of my pocket, not the insurance company. I just wanted them to at least get the white residue they left off my black paint and polish the residue fingerprints also from paint off my window. I d say their customer service is WAY better than their attention to detail. I wouldn t recommend taking a luxury vehicle here nor anyone that has high expectations for detail.Service: Painting

Roses Body Shop is a class act in today's day and age. Brought a truck in that needed some body and detail work on it. They got it done ASAP. Nicest guys. And just overall genuine and honest. Something you don't find every day. Any work anyone needs done. These are the guys. Any body work you need done you'd be out of your mind to go anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I live in Grantsville and had to take my car in to have it fixed after an accident. I will tell you it was worth the drive. I would recommend them to anyone. They are so nice and honest. They go out of their way to help you. I hope you never need a repair but if you do I would go take my car to them.

I just got my vehicle back from Roses Auto Body and I couldn't be more impressed. When my truck was damaged at a local dealerships car wash they selected Roses Auto Body for the repairs. I requested that I visit the shop before they started any work. The owner Jeff walked me through the entire process and seemed more than glad to address all of my concerns. In addition I asked if they would touch up a few scratches and chips here and there. The quality of there work and service has restored the truck to emaculate conditon and established a life time customer.

My experience was not what I expected ,the work done was second rate. Minor damage to my vehicle was denied easily fixable mistakes were covered up or overlooked. My vehicle was driven to this autobody shop several weeks later when I went to pick the vehicle up it would not start they went on to tell me that they believed it was the battery however I had to take it to a mechanic to have whatever mistakes they caused corrected, they will not compensate for the damage. I suggest that if you're an individual paying out-of-pocket that you do not use this company as they are more suited to insurance companies and automotive dealerships.

Couldn't be happier. $9,000+ in damage/repair and it was returned looking like new. I've been to Rose's several times over the years and Bryan and Jeff are always great to work with. Thanks again for a job WELL DONE !

I took my BMW in for a bumper repair and later my Mercedes for a fender repair. Both times my car was repaired in a timely manner and the work done was good. Can't tell anything was fixed at all and thats all I care about.

Horrible. Took it in for an estimate based off of referral from a dealership. They didn't even know what brand of car they were working on (an employee thought an Infiniti was a Lexus). Car keys were all over the place, just a disorganized mess. The employees can't use the computer, takes 1 hour for an estimate that should take no more than 20 minutes. Prices are outrageous on parts, and they try to add on unnecessary costs to inflate the price of repair. Do not go to these rip offs.

Just got my truck back from Dustin over at Roses and i couldn't be happier. I've never met someone that is so passionate about body work. I will use these guys from here on out on every vehicle i own in utah.
