The counter staff at Romaine are always helpful & willing to go the extra mile. Even when they don't have what I need at the moment, they will send me to a competitor, so I can get what I need if they don't have it on hand. For 12-volt, automotive supplies... they are my first choice!

If you need ANY electrical work done on your vehicle, or commercial vehicle, these guys are AMAZING, I cannot find the correct words to use to describe the level of knowledge these folks have, they are able to figure out almost every electrical issues, and can make repairs at very responsible costs, any time I have a major electrical problem, I bring it here

I had a great experience with Romaine Electric. Their customer service is excellent!! I had to bring in my car a couple times because it kept having issues. Brant was incredibly helpful and got to my car right away. He gave me his card so I was able to call him when my car was having issues after hours. He also called the next day to follow up to make sure it was working properly. Everyone there, especially Brant, was so helpful! One of the best experiences I ve had at an automotive repair shop.

Baron was extremely helpful on finding the parts that I needed. Kevin, his partner and entire team are awesome. They were able to quickly help me diagnose the electrical issue with our Spartan jetter and get us back up and running the same day. Enjoyed a hugely positive experience with getting my alternator replaced here. The mechanic, Phil, was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to which really helped me to feel confident the repair would be done properly and for a fair price. The upfront cost estimate for the repair was in-line with the normal amount for such services and actually came in lower than some competitors. The repairs were done in a transparent and timely manner without any sneaky hiddens fees. I knew exactly what service I was getting and received no sticker shock surprises when it came time to pay. This place is great, their staff is too notch. I have been doing business with Romaine and Intermountain for almost 20 years. I have never had a complaint. Dave, Barron and the rest of the staff are great.

I recommend you don't waste time if you have a electrical problem...just take it to these guys straight away..Phill has helped me out with a few trucks that had sketchy wiring issues and it was easy and painless. If I had to chase down the issues it would have taken forever. He is quick and knowledgeable. And the prices are reasonable. I have seen big rigs in his shop as well as people's daily drivers. I take him my Freghtliner trucks and it's no problem for him.

We had a short in a tail light, so Everytime we stepped on the brake... A fuse would blow. These guys found the cause, fixed the problem and found and fixed a few other wiring problems while they were at it. They were great. They treated my wife and daughter like gold while they were there and I highly recommendtjem for their great work, great prices and great customer service.

After a bad experience at a car repair place in Bountiful, Intermountain Electric was recommended to me and I couldn't be more thankful! Having a mechanic you can trust is rare these days, especially coming from out of state. Phil, Trevor, Alyssa, and the rest of the staff have been so helpful and kind. Phil works with you personally to make sure you feel taken care of and explains what's going on with your car/truck. They went above and beyond and the prices are fair. Intermountain Electric will have a customer as long as I live in Utah!

Everyone at Intermountain Electric is extremely kind and honest. Honorable mention goes to Jim. I had an unfortunate short in my Subaru that he worked on to find for 4 hours and did not charge me for his labor. He even offered to get someone to give me a ride home so I didn't have to wait there while he fixed it. He seriously is a true gentleman

Needed some lights wired on my tool box. They went over and above when they installed them. Cleaned up my wiring and even switched some things around to make it better. I would suggest bringing any kind of wiring needs for your truck to this company!! Thanks agian Phil and crew!
