I had a great experience with these guys! They were very fair in their prices, and diagnosed my issue with the car and fixed it perfectly! No unwanted surprises. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Steve for going above an beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service.

The owner is awesome came to get my daughters car a front end alignment and he told me to check my tires first before charging me for something the car didn t potentially need. Would recommend this place, owner honest and super nice. Will be returning for my future needs.

Had a front end vibration at high speed, took it in here, the guys were fast, direct, fixed the problem in an hour with tire balancing and threw in a free tire rotation! I would definitely take my car here again, especially over any big box mechanic

Was on my way to a different tire store and saw this place and decided it looked more my speed. I m so glad I found it! Great service, super speedy and good prices. The guys working were a hoot too. I ll definitely be back.

I have come to these guys for the past year. We heard about them through friends who had used their services. Loved my previous guys too, but this place has more hired hands so the work is done faster and still done well. I have come here for oil changes, emissions tests, tire issues, and a few other bigger car problems. I appreciate their communication and that they take the time to explain the issues with my car to me. They have worked out really well for us. Thank you!

For a single woman an honest, affordable car service is a priority. Unfortunately it isn't always obtainable. Well, here's the hidden gem! Honest, fast, and they provide ONLY the services needed at prices I am truly thankful for.

We had a terrible experience with this shop. We took our Honda in for some engine codes and it turned out we needed 3 catalytic converters replaced. That actually went well, but in the process of doing that work, they broke many things. A/C and heat no longer worked, there was an odd squealing noise coming from the engine, they cut through one of the windshield fluid sprayers, and broke off the clip that holds the front hood rod in place. We noticed all these things quite rapidly and took it back. They fixed the windshield fluid, replaced the hook, but told us the noise and A/C DEFINITELY wasn't them, though it of course was as we had never heard it until after them doing work on the car and the A/C never had issues until right after the work was done. A month or so later and the serpentine belt falls off completely. Turns out that helps the A/C and will make a squealing noise if it's in bad shape. You would think a mechanic would be able to diagnose that as we had all the symptoms. Worse yet, this was caused by them! I should be able to take it back and have them fix it for free, but I no longer have any trust in them. Please avoid this mechanic and find someone who can fix your vehicle without breaking 5 things at the same time

Craig and Doug freaking rock. My friend and I showed up after getting an unexpected flat tire and they took such good care of us. They helped me right away and even had a place where I could clean up from changing to my spare. 40 min later I had a new tire and was on my way. Such awesome service and people!!

I had a flat tire and went here to get it fixed. It was after my work and I got there 30 minutes before they closed. I had assumed I d have to come back the next day, but they told me they could get it done by closing. They did in fact get it done in 30 minutes, and sent me on my way. The cost was very reasonable as well, it was something around $21 dollars. Definitely would recommend these guys.

The folks at Rocky Mountain Tire are fantastic! They are always straight with me, and there are never any surprises. They're excellent at what they do. I usually drop my car off first thing in the morning, and they have it done that day, regardless of what it needs. They almost never call with "additional things" I need, and if they do I have no doubt that I really need it. I couldn't be happier with the service I get from them.

these guys were so quick, helpful, and descriptive with my new car! i am so glad i brought it here and will definitely come back for any other worries i have. they were able to squeeze me in and do my emissions last minute when i asked, which i really appreciated!!

Why is Doug a douche. Call and ask him how much it would cost to put a tire on a rim.He replied with idk what size is it! N before I could even finish he had already interrupted 3 times

I Don't recommend this place to anyone! I took my car here because I was having a clicking noise coming from the "Passenger side" and they took it for a drive and heard it and told me they need to replace the sway bar link on the passenger side so i come and get my car when there done fixing it and i drive it off there lot and its STILL making the same sound so i call them and tell them its still making the same noise and they tell me our guys took it for a drive and its coming from the driver side so we replaced the driver side sway bar link even though i clearly told them its not the driver side its the Passenger side making the noise so than they said "Okay well take the new one off the driver side we replaced and put the old one back on and put the new one on the passenger side" even though that's what should've happened in the first place! now my car is needing a few more touch ups on things and I took it to a family mechanic and come to find out MY sway bar link wasn't even touched or replaced with a new one they just stuck my old one back on there and they charge me $200 to "fix it" Now I'm having to come up with $300 to have another mechanic fix both when i just wasted $200 to give this auto shop to fix absolute nothing I'm very dissatisfied and won't recommend to anyone!

Craig and Doug are very welcoming. You feel like you're talking to a friend every time you go in. They are very straight forward about what your car needs and they never try to upsell or talk you in to repairs you don't need. They get you in and out very fast and are extremely fair with their pricing. I will never go to another auto shop for any thing, they're the best!

I had been a dedicated customer since highschool (2007) I had a really bad experience with a well known quick lube chain, and my friend's dad had been a customer since before then, so I decided to take my car there for an oil pan replacement. I would only get my oil changes and rotations done here, and anything else a little more severe like a radiator replacement, and completely new brakes / calipers because I was a teenager who thought I could power through the horrible noise... Fast forward to today, I have since moved out of state, and hadn't been here for 6 years. I came back for a family emergency, and noticed my car was leaking. I didn't even hesitate to come back, because I know they're not gonna try and scam me. I've always got straight answers, and very reasonable estimates, but they never start working on the car for a high value repair unless they get the OK first, and if for financial reasons it can't be done, they do offer snap finance. I'm in a position where I have a car repair that will be above $1000, and they didn't try to sell me on it, I was given a temporary solution that will at least keep me on the road until I can come up with the funds and time to fix it. It's always been an honest transaction, and I love their straight forward service. If I ever move back, I'll only come here for my oil changes, just like old times.

These guys are awesome! Friendly, honest, competent, prompt, and reasonably priced. I went in for an oil change and they didn't try to upsell me any additional services, parts, warrantees, memberships, fuel surcharges, fees, dues, admission, tickets, or memorabilia. From now on Rocky Mountain Tire & Service is my first choice for any automotive services I need if it's a service they offer.

I've been coming to this place for over 20 years. Doug and Craig are still there. They run a great and honest shop. They treat my cars, service work and recommendations like their own. Sometimes they even say "you could do this but if it was my car I wouldn't bother." When something goes wrong or not as expected they have exceeded any expectations in resolving. I totally trust this team. This is one place I am very comfortable sending my daughter or wife to alone.

After shredding my tire and getting a flat both on Thanksgiving I was basically hopeless and without a car for over a week. After talking to Quinn I was able to get a great deal on the tires I needed. Quinn was extremely helpful and cared about helping me out if my situation. The whole experience only took about 5-10 minutes and I was good to go. Overall I m extremely impressed and highly recommend Rocky Mountain Tire and Quinn.

I have never had to worry about being over charged or having unnecessary work done on my car. They are always honest. I just recently had my breaks done and am super happy with the results. They are my go to for sure! I have been coming here for 10+ years now. Thank you for everything!

Ask for you to leave a 5 star review before even showing up to do the job. Yes, they let you know how they charge but then over charge for time it takes to do things.

Nothing but good words for this place. I ve been here multiple times now, and I ve always walked away feeling great. Everyone is super down to earth, friendly, and I ve NEVER felt like they re overcharging me or selling me unnecessary repairs, even though I m obviously young and know nothing about cars. They let me know what things might need to be done in the semi-near future, but don t try to push me to do it now if it s not dangerous or going to cause major problems down the road.It s SO great to not wonder and worry about whether your mechanic is trying to scam you into paying for unnecessary, expensive repairs.We moved farther away from them recently, but I ll gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to keep going to a mechanic that I really trust.

Extremely happy with the service provided! Brought my Subaru Forester here after being quoted by the dealership (South Jordan) for $1600 in repairs when I had only taken it in for a recall. Rocky Mountain Tire and Service saved the day with a second opinion! They disagreed with the majority of recommended repairs and then replaced my battery without any service charge. We would have easily been taken advantage of if we hadn't been recommended to them. Would 100% recommend them to others!

My first experience with this company, just had my oil changed and because I was one of the last customers they were quick. I have a couple of other potential fixes so I may call on them again and then we'll begin to see where we are on the Service and Quality scale. If Enterprise Car Rentals and Sales trusts there work they must be in pretty good standing with them to have that account.

Love, love, love these guys! I'm a single woman and most mechanics I've been to totally rip me off...they tell me things need to be fixed that don't and overcharge for their labor costs. These guys don't. They do great work. Their prices are fair. The staff is very friendly and they're always honest when quoting the cost of any repairs your car needs. They only fix what is broken...not lie and say you need repairs that you really don't. I will never stop using these guys! Love 'em!

I love this mechanic. They are honest, thorough, and reasonable. The first experience we had with them was having our car towed and they got us in the next day and said that we just need a transmisson overhaul(which was cheaper than any other repairs). After we picked up the car, the steering wheel was stiff so we took it back in to be looked at and they did a quick lube for free!!! Well today one of our windshield wipers went out and he noticed a connection was off so he took care of it for us again for free!! Doug always communicates fast and explains things thoroughly. We would recommend them to anyone and will continue to take our car here for anything future. Amazing job guys, its hard to find an honest and reasonable mechanic these days but this is the place!!!

Only place I go to for oil changes and problems with my car. Very honest and great customer service. I was referred here and now I m referring them to other people.
