These guys have done a ton of work for me and I can honestly say they are the best to work with. My car did get done a little later than quoted but I get it parts need to be shipped stuff happens, life. Overall they do an amazing job for a great price.Update 2024: went back for more work, front bumper, lower lip and rear bumper and these guys once again went above and beyond, great turn around times. Anyone can hold a paint gun but these guys kill it.

I felt some discrimination the first time after I went and they do not respect the working hours they say they have. I went at 4 pm and it was already closed. when on google map it is 5:00 pm

Again never had a vehicle repaired here but Rob is awesome, I always like delivering parts to him he's a badass. If you need work done I recommend him and his team. Great shop and great people!!!

Rob and team have fixed 2 vehicles for our family. Once he just painted a part that I installed. I was referred by calling around looking for quotes for such a small job. Several other shops recommended him. I am a customer for life (hopefully I never need him again though...). He personally helped my wife put the parts in her car, called to make sure everything was OK. MY new truck was side swiped, he and his team made it brand new. Rob Schmidt is the man. He really knows his stuff and goes beyond and above to make sure his customers are happy. His body shop does Amazing work and it's like you see your car and it looks all brand new. He works with most insurance companies if not all . He has been doing this type of work since ( probably birth) his father's ran a very successful auto body shop and he has been very successful as well for at least the past 15 years that is when I first took my one of my cars there. EverttimeI mention Rob Schmidt auto body the complements pour out. I have never heard anyone say anything bad about his work . My dealership recommended him and that says a lot. He's very easy going and willing to help you out in any way he can. Highly recommended. Thank you Rob

Rob has always handled my car repairs with the utmost urgency and care every time damage is done my car. His staff are extremely helpful and courteous even when handling difficult situations with insurance. He is fair, honest, and because of that I'm a loyal customer. I won't go anywhere else.

They charged twice the original estimate totaling over $5000, were 16 days late, and gave 4 different pick up dates and just weren't ready 3 out of 4 times I came. They put on a salvaged trunk. Unfortunately, my car doesn't get better gas mileage because the trunk says it's a more fuel-efficient model. There were multiple new issues as it was clearly driven - the gas tank was down to "1 mi to Empty" from half.Although I left with a promise of a refund, it took two months of them disputing with my bank and insurance. A Ms. Schmidt, who issued the refund receipt, lied throughout the process. Thankfully, I kept receipts and my bank tracked a call record the day she told them she'd refund me.

These guys did an awesome job repairing our car and matching our bright orange paint. Not only did it come back to us spotless (including the tires shined) but the inside was cleaned spotless from ceiling to floor and my cat smelt brand new again not to mention they did all this in 2 days and for a few hundred cheaper than the other quotes we got! They have a customer for life here!

They have hired a horrible towing company that tows after hours. Even after the business is closed, their towing company towed four cars in one night even when notices had been sent out indicating it was okay to park there.For a while it seemed like the business was being helpful to the nearby climbing gym by allowing people to use their lot after business hours, but June 19th, 2019, they proved that they were not willing to be helpful members of the community. If Rob Schmidt changes towing companies or allows people to use their lot after hours, I'll happily remove this review, but for now I am extremely frustrated.

By far the best experience I have ever had in the car industry ever. This shop is clean, and professional. The staff is personable, kind, genuine and truly cares about their customers. You can tell the employees are happy, and they did everything to take care of me. I will not go anywhere else for body work ever.

They took me for my money for sure. I brought my truck in so many times and had to go in to get it for work and school 3 times to be exact and the owner doesn't call you, the receptionist didn't call to update me it was me calling everyday making sure something was getting done. It had to sit for 3-5 days before they even looked at it. The estimate was 1 week for around 800 dollars. It took 2 weeks and cost 1,044 dollars and I had 1 extra item done and they order parts before troubleshooting. If you want to spend your hard earned money for extra work that isn't necessary this is the place to go.

THEY LITERALLY GLUED MY BUMPER TO MY FENDER. Instead of using the clips they charged me for and never used, they glue my bumper to my fender. When I told the receptionist about it, she straight up said that they didnt when they clearly did. Rob would waste my time by telling me to bring my car in, look at, and tell me to go home and that he could fix it later. I finally gave up. Also im sure they didnt do that alignment they charged me for either. To anybody taking your car to a shop for an insurance claim, save yourself the headache and go to the recommended shop so you can have a guarantee of work. Dont go here. They stand behind their work not garunteed policy and use it to their advantage.

Amazing service.... I would recommend them to anyone. Rob himself is a wonderful man and his team is just as amazing.... My wife son and I are so happy I met him... If I started on how they treat us there would be no end so all I will say is I recommend them to everyone in the world.. Their team is amazing!

Went and got an estimate today for my car, Rob came out and took care of me in a professional way. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will be using him for all of my auto body and painting needs.

Quality work done right. You do have to hound them alot because they are so busy and not the best at responding or following up. But... I knew that going in for repairs and I went with them because I wanted the quality.

Excellent Customer Service!! Professionalist with their body and paint work!! Would send everyone I know who needs work done to them. Even if you had to make a 3 hour drive to them it will be well worth your time,travel and money. You can never go wrong going to them!

I went there and got an estimate on my vehicle which well it was supposed to be an estimate they took pictures of my car took pictures of my mileage and everything and then when I called the next day estimate was not done I called back the day after that estimate was still not done won't be done till Monday call back on Monday then they told me they never even got my information
