My Girlfriend I bought a car from these guys today. Neither of us had great credit but Skylar helped us work out a deal that worked for everyone. The car is in great shape and was extremely clean inside and out. They have a great selection of cars under 10 k to choose from which was awesome for our tight budget. I would absolutely go here first if I ever needed another vehicle. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Skylar!

Sky was very helpful and informative about things regarding my vehicle and super responsive when asked questions. I made friends with Levon and Rachel while I was waiting in the office and they even showed me their social media account which was amazing to see. Booked an appointment for a test drive notifying them I would have to drive an hour to look at a vehicle and was informed that there will only be 1 test drive before myself 2 hours before mine. I told them to tell me an hour before I made the drive weather they sold the vehicle or not so I wouldn t waste my time driving for a sold car. Ended up showing up to my appointment to be told that the other test drive showed up late and they sold the car to them.

Big Tane and team were outstanding from the start and were incredibly helpful through the whole car-buying process. I dread buying vehicles from dealers. This was the best experience I have ever had. Super chill and great to work with. I have never received a warranty from a used car lot included in the price for 3 months or 3000 miles. They have it. THE BEST! Tane and team worked tirelessly to get us a car quick. My family is in a unique situation and we needed a car fast. Tane delivered. He offered us the lowest price of anything comparable we had seen. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan. Other dealers were offering similar cars for more than $6,000 over what Tane asked starting. Believe me, I searched long and hard from Vegas all the way to Salt Lake. I'm not a bad haggler but that kind of cash saved without the hassle of bare knuckle bargaining was a weight off our shoulders financially and temporally. With the extra cash, we were able to get some accessories and cover our bases with the other vehicle we own. Furthermore, Tane's shop team repaired some issues that we were concerned about at no extra cost to us. This was the best experience a car buyer could have. Not to mention the guardian Tangel and custom cookies we got after purchasing.

With a commitment to repair the AC, we bought a Jeep from Rivers Auto. After returning the car 4 separate times, we gave up. These are nice enough people, but they didn t have the mechanical aptitude to properly repair the AC. Our mechanic said that all the parts that had been replaced, were well used. Major hassle, very frustrating, and $2000 more than we expected to pay.

Bought this immaculate 1992 Nissan pick up truck from Big Tane at Rivers auto solutions, not only did they give me a discount from there listed price, but they also gave me a list of the new things they replaced and repaired On the truck, I would recommend these guys to my family and friends and anyone else who is looking for an honest and friendly place to get a quality used vehicle. After my purchase I experienced some difficulty with my emergency brake, Rivers Auto solutions and Big Tane send a tow truck from Salt Lake City to Roy . And repaired it for me with no charge for the repair or tow truck, now that s great service. My daughter will be looking for a vehicle soon and there s is the first lot that I will take her because I m sure she will find something she loves. And knowing that this Company will stand behind it.

I was looking to purchase a used car, but was paranoid about something going wrong, because it's used. Most big dealerships sell used cars "as is", something goes wrong you're screwed. I purchased a car here at a great price and in wonderful condition! I only found one minor issue and they took care of it, which was more than I expected! Highly recommend buying your car here! I trust them more than any other dealership I've been to. Thank you Skylar for helping me get a great car!

Clean title, they provided the information I asked for, and with any used car buying experience, it is ultimately up to the buyer if they want to proceed with whatever used car they want to buy. River Auto Solutions weren t pushy salesmen, and they merely presented the information they had. Good people overall, and the car I purchased is running great.

Thank you all so much I'll be enjoying my Subi Here's an honest review from a legit experience i just had today 12/6/23 here's to true colorsA week ago I asked to schedule for breaks and bearings because I had a certified mechanic look at my subaru before I bought the car and he said that's all it needed.. I informed the company employees of this because they said any work needing to be done would be honored for up to 3 monthsRiver Auto had me drop my car off at right before closing time 12/5/23 so I did @ 5:30pm expecting my car to be done by noon at latest however I gave them until 3:47pm that's when I called knowing they close at 6pm and when I called Rachel said my car still wasn't done and may need to be picked up tomorrow and I told her no I need my car today which is why I gave you guys a week out.. I myself was upset and out of frustration I gave a little attitude for I was promised my car 11/6/23.. I apologized though.. to which she replied with attitude, well we can't help when the parts come in and your car wasn't really needing new breaks.. The real problem at hand here is they already had the parts because the week before on a Friday they were going to squeeze me in but I didn't want to overwhelm them so I set the appointment out to that following WednesdayI show up to pick up my car and the guy that did the work on it belittled me both Employees had attitudes saying the breaks were at 50% which could have lasted me at least another 2 years so they didn't need to be done but they went ahead and replaced them.. well my certified mechanic told me they were about 40% not much difference sure whatever and yes they could last but my mechanic (SUGGESTED I'D ASK) so I ASKED I even told them its no big deal if they didn't feel it needed done and thats when (RIVER AUTO OFFERED) to replace them either way..That's why up above I left a great review!! The guy proceeded to tell me that it was only one bearing that needed replaced.. okay thank you for doing your job that you agreed upon in the first place, one or both doesn't matter it clearly needed done and again the face of your company had agreed upon to do the work after consulting you mechanics.. thank you for your job, well done now maybe you can adjust your attitudes for y'all could have CALLED me and saved everyone's time explaining not belittling but again informing me the situation I'm hella down to earth I even apologized for my attitude when y'all treated me like scum.. I don't know if it was just a bad work day but respect your buyers because without us you wouldn't be the business you are

Was looking to buy my first car, and the first car I looked at was at Rivers Auto Solutions. It was a very positive experience, with great staff and great cars, but I didn't have any other frame of reference, so I decided to explore my options at other dealerships before making any decisions.Several dealerships later, I realized just how different from the rest Rivers was. You could tell the staff really cared about their cars and their customers. They didn't care about pressing anything on me they let the car speak for itself. I took 4 vehicles out for a spin, and each one of them could have been a car I would have been happy taking home.The staff also made sure to make us feel special. I asked for a heads up on new vehicles coming in, and Rachael kept me updated on what was going on. When I finally purchased a vehicle, they even sent me off as a first-time car buyer with a complimentary basket of tools, cleaner, and a snow scraper! They really went out of their way to make everything a great experience, and you could tell as a customer.If you're looking for a place to get a college/commuter car, this would be the place I recommend.

This is a company you can feel 100% confident in your purchase. More can be said about the integrity of a company when issues arise than can be said in a completely smooth transaction. I believe this company when they say that if they wouldn't send their relative off in the car they do not want to send their customer off in it. They want you to have a wonderful experience with your vehicle and to feel good about the money you are investing. I purchased my 2009 Subaru Forester from them about a month ago and I'm certain it was their intention to sell me a solid reliable car. However, within the first 100 miles I started having issues. Because I live far from their shop I tried working with my local shop whom I trust. 3 different times at the approx 100 mile mark of an issue being "resolved" the issue would resurface. This time my shop was telling me it was a huge costly issue that would require me to take it to the dealership to be fixed. I got in contact with Nic at Rivers Auto Solutions, understandably upset and looking to see what they would do to make it right. I expected to be ignored as any other dealership would do once they already have your money it's no longer their problem. This is not how they do business! He made arrangements for me to bring my car down to be fixed and set me up with a loaner while they fixed my car. They also went above and beyond, and at my request drove it an additional 150 mile to make sure no new lights or issues arose. I am beyond impressed with this company from their no pressure sales tactics to their above the board customer service. They will always have my business. I'm saving up for my next vehicle already knowing I will be buying it from them when the time comes!

Skylar and Mason are amazing!I purchased a 2009 Honda fit over the phone at a fair price. First, I hired a mechanic to inspect and test drive the vehicle and they were surprised at how well maintained it was. The only recommendations I received was the vehicle needing brake fluid flush and new fog light covers.I brought the payment the very next day and was notified that they had went ahead and ordered new fog lights and their mechanic performed the brake fluid flush. Mason was great, he sent all the paperwork to my email and was there throughout the purchasing process, which took less than 15 minutes.Skylar went out of his way to have the fog lights ordered before I had even arrived. One week later, when I brought the vehicle in to get them installed they also repaired a small fuel leak (hairline fracture) that was causing the interior of the vehicle to smell like gasoline. All at no additional cost to me.I 100% recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle, take a look at their inventory online and give them a call. You'd be surprised how honest and fair this company is, especially with their pricing!

Rivers Auto Solutions is a top notch used car dealer! Not only are they transparent with their customers, they have good prices as well. They tell you upfront what they have repaired on the vehicle, so their is no guessing games or shadiness like other dealers! I ve also had a few things on my car repaired through them as well and they complete fast and honest work. Josh Gold has helped me a few times, if you stop by he will get you pointed in the right direction!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I purchased a 2005 Jeep Liberty from Big Tane. My wife and I were excited to have a little bigger vehicle for our newborn child. The car seemed like an excellent purchase... until the check engine light came on 2-3 days after the purchase. After running the codes, I was horrified to discover a major issue with the engine. Potentially $1,500-$3,000 to repair out of pocket. After looking at engine code history, it came to our attention that the issue was there before the vehicle purchase.I believe Big Tane and his team thought they had fixed the issue with the vehicle. It is clear to me that they thought they had previously fixed the big issue and were selling a great running car. Big Tane showed his true character throughout this experience. Tane is an HONEST and CARING human. He worked with me for weeks to get the problem resolved.Big Tane got the issue fixed and did not leave me out to dry like most second hand dealerships would. Although a little frustrating, the overall experience has been exceptional. I would absolutely buy from Tane again.Thank you!

I was shopping for a reliable car to replace my commuter and ran across their ad, I confirmed the vehicle was available and set up a meet timeline. Mason was there to greet me and showed me the auto, I test drove it and talked about the repairs and maintenance done. Mason was easy going and showed me the Carfax and discussed the work done. No stress or rush or pressure to buy the car. It was nice to have a business transaction without feeling like a boxing match. I ve had the car now for 2 months or so and it s been great. Great place to do business with and recommend them without reservation.

This place has some great customer service! Every person I ever came in contact with was super helpful and friendly. I was also really happy with how understanding they were with my unique situation and helping me out by working around it the best that they could. I have had my car now for about six months and I've had zero problems so far and definitely don't feel like I got ripped off.

Took my car in for an oil change and discovered a rock had gone through and all the oil had leaked out. Joshua was extremely helpful and communicated well with me throughout the process! They were very quick, helpful and priced great!
