Bought an Audi TT roadster here about 6 months ago. Excellent experience with Barry. Treated me like we had been friends for years. Gave a seriously competitive price on my Audi Q5 I was trading in. Pricing was transparent and fair. About a week after my purchase I noticed the car pulling to the left when the wheel was straight. Told Barry and he set me up to have it serviced for free. The problem was fixed and I haven't had any other problems with this car. This dealership sells enthusiast cars and they are painstakingly maintained. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my wife is looking forward to purchasing her Audi here when we see the right one. I worked in the used car industry and this place is night and day better then the big names. Thanks RC!

Amazing, easiest and the best experience of buying a car! I called so many dealership prior to making a call to RC Automotive. I wish I knew how great this business is in treating their clients. It would save me hours of frustration and wasting of time. I couldn't ask for a better helper than Taylor. He is simply fantastic. From the moment of answering all questions about the vehicle to managing a paperwork- it was a breeze. There were some minor things to take care of, which Taylor did after one text message. I would highly encourage anyone, who is searching for a vehicle to give these guys a call. They are the best! I can't express enough gratitude to a very professional team of people, and specifically to Taylor. I'm a client for life.

I had been looking for a specific Ram 1500 for weeks! Not only did I find what I was looking for at RC Automotive, but Taylor was so transparent and easy to work with. Car shopping can be stressful, but Taylor not only made it stress free, but was very transparent and great to work with. I buy cars all the time and I have been to many dealers and 99% of them are very pushy. That is definitely not the case here. I also was able to do a bedliner spray, lift, tires and power step. I will be back for sure and I have already been telling my friends/family about him and RC Automotive!PS. Once my truck is ready I will post a picture!Thanks again Taylor! YOU ROCK!

I just bought a Mercedes from Jason at RC and had the best buying experience I have ever had. He is a true car guy that knows his stuff! They were all amazing to work with! I highly recommend going to see them!

DO NOT BUY From RC Auto. These guys will say anything to get you to buy, agree to fixing issues, and then ghost you. I've been trying to work with these people for months to get my headliner fixed which was agreed upon on purchase and they STILL haven't fixed it.These people will say they'll get back to you and never call back.. When you call for updates they completely forget you even existed. Steve is completely incompetent and doesn't communicate, return calls, or update you. Chris who is the finance doesn't even get back to you either when told "he'll definitely get back to you." What a joke.I've tried so many times to get this figured out and gave patience but I'm so over this dealership and their garbage service. Again, DO NOT BUY from RC Auto.

Sold me a car with emissions issues and now I m forced to put thousands of dollars into it immediately. Had the car shipped to me and was assured that the vehicle was free of issues and that their finance manager s uncle owned the car prior. CEL came on ten minutes into taking delivery and I was given an error stating the vehicle wouldn t start after 200 miles. When I reached out to the salesperson he ignored me. Obviously they knew this vehicle had issues but now I m on the hook for rectifying them. Avoid this place, they don t care.

Great experience purchasing my Porsche 911 at RC Automotive. The staff isn t pushy and they re very transparent about what the out the door costs are. They re open to inspections and even threw it up on the lift for me. I currently service my car here and plan to buy my next car here as well.

Best place hands down to get a used car, Taylor was amazing. Car buying was easy and painless, they gave more than top dollar for my trade in as well as giving me lowest price possible for their car. No haggling required. They really worked at getting me a amazing car for a price I needed. Couldn't recommend strongly enough.

My experience was great the help was excellent for an out of town buyer. Jennifer Bindley did an amazing job navigating me through from purchase to shipping to my front door and Tony was great too. So all and all my purchase of my 2003 Mercedes Benz G55 AMG was outstanding.

RC Automotive did a great job for us. Taylor was also great to work with. We bought the unit from out of state with a known issue and they followed through on their end of the deal to get everything resolved to our expectations. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and RC Automotive.

This dealership is unlike any dealership I have ever dealt with. They stand by their word and their product. Their staff is completely devoted to their customers and when something goes wrong they take care of you first! Thank you Jen and Chris for being so amazing! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy and trustworthy car buying experience.

I have now purchased 12 cars through RC and haven t had a single bad experience. TOP NOTCH attention to detail and the most knowledgeable, thorough service department you ll ever see! My entire family now services all our cars through them!Come to them with any request and they will make it happen

They talk to you about not taking bad vehicles, end up having issues on them and they don t do anything about it. After one day of not buying and not happy, but clearly don t say there s no return policy. Sales man cries to the main boss. You expect to trust them and take their word, but just care about doing sales. Vehicle was empty on gas, bad battery with only 10 volts and needs an oil change.

In a word... "Awesome"! Not something you can generally say about the car-buying experience but everyone at RC Automotive was friendly & professional & made the process painless. I bought the car from 700 miles away based on the website photos, description & few verbal conversations with Taylor. When I arrived to pick the car up it was nicer than the photos & I drove home 10 hours without issue. Taylor (sales) & Tony (finance) were great. No pressure, just super helpful & answered all my questions prior to the purchase. I Would definitely buy there again!

I don t usually write reviews but I got to say I will always buy my cars through RC Automotive now! These guys know what they re doing. Nothing pleases me more than this place. It s their professionalism, their image, the people and service. I couldn t recommend it more to anyone. Prices are awesome, the finance guy Tony is the best finance person I ve ever dealt with. In the past I ve been scammed by finance at other dealerships like Larry H Miller but this place is legit. They re genuine people who definitely know how to take care of their people. Currently loving my Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Thank you RC Automotive!

Jason was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable, kind and friendly, and not pushy like a stereotypical car salesman. Very happy with our purchase and the warranty they gave us with it. The finance guy was great as well, I just can't remember his name. Highly recommend.*Updated to 3 stars: the vehicle I purchased had a hole in the AC compressor. We found out there was an issue with the AC in the first week. I feel like RC Automotive should have checked the vehicle more thoroughly before selling it. So far, no other issues ( knock on wood) but it does make me a little nervous about what else might pop up.

Barry was awesome. 10/10 this is not the first car I ve purchased, but definitely one of the best experiences. Even though my lender was a bit of a pain AND it had to ship across the country. If I ever need another car you can bet I m calling Barry up. I also had to deal with Chris some and he is great as well.I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

RC Automotive is the best dealership in the state. The service department run by Steve is beyond excellent. Steve is impeccable with his work and treats you with such respect and kindness as if you are the only one in the building. Steve always goes above and beyond to help you with all your car service needs. Even when you are out of town and he helps with getting your car where it needs to be no question ask. They are true to their estimates with your vehicle. They only fix what needs to be done no extra services are need. Needless to say they are the best. I so appreciate all their expertise on all their services.

The team at RC Automotive is among the best.Chris - the owner, has demonstrated on a number of occasions, his commitment to a quality experience for their customers.Tony is an expert (10,000+ hours) in the finance office who ensures buyers can take advantage of the best finance & protection products available.I ve personally sent multiple individuals to Steve in service - because I know he ll provide a thorough diagnosis & prompt, quality repair work - for a fair price.These guys are great to work with. A++

I was told from another mechanic to "walk away from my car" and that it wouldn't be worth the $7,000 repair. I towed it up to Steve for a second opinion, he fixed it for 1/3 of the previous quote. Steve encouraged me that I have a GREAT car and worked diligently to repair and keep my car in pristine running conditions. Steve has been my daughters mechanic and is attentive, quick and precise, most importantly, Steve is honest. Thank you Steve :)

By far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Chris is the most genuine person I ve met in the industry. I walked in and an hour later walked out with an amazing deal. My son is 18 and is graduating at the end of this month. RC Automotive helped me surprise my him with a new and reliable car for his upcoming college commute. Thanks for being so helpful and making me a lifetime customer.

RC Automotive auto shop worked on my Audi A4,. They replaced my engine with a warranty and have great customer service. These guy's know how to identify issues with engines and work great on foreign vehicles. I highly recommend RC Automotive service center over the dealerships anyday.RC Automotive auto shop put Audi dealership to shame all the way because they went the distance to figure out the issue without the high rate mechanic and shop fess the Audi dealership had.RC Automotive also sales foreign vehicles like Audi , Ferrari, Pourche and American vehicles, Surely they have integrity behind everything they do. With confedence.So a big Thank you to RC AutomotiveSo again I highly recommend RC Automotive for folks the customer service I give 5 Stars all they way,
