The service here was great and the guys are honest. Very happy working them. The hours are a bummer. I wish I didn't have to take time off from work to get my car in.

These guys are awesome. They are upfront and honest with you and give you a list of possibilities and options for repair. They don t try Sell anything. They let you know if something can go longer without repair or if It needs to happen right away before further damage. I highly recommend them.

Will not be taking my car anywhere else ever again. Shane and Chris did amazing work and their customer service was above and beyond any other auto shop I have ever been too. This shop is not near my home but I dont care. I will continue to go here from now on. I have a wheelchair conversion on my Kia and a lot of places wouldnt even touch it but they were not scared by it and have done many other adaptive vehicles. They were great and fast and they have great pricing as well. Thank you again Shane and Chris for the amazing experience.

Horrible shop! Had them look at my car and called me with a quote, was happy with the price told them to go ahead. They called me back 30 minutes later to tell me they messed up and under quoted me. The quote jumped up $1,500! Ridiculous! Called big o tires and they quoted very accurately on the same amount of work they were gonna do! Will never use this shop!

I called to get information about break changes.. the guy that answered was very unprofessional and rude saying I called the wrong place.. well with that attitude I sure did call the wrong place

Told me they couldn t do an alignment, bushings were worn, (they aren t) gave me the option to get new ones $1800+Took it to the mazda dealer and they did it, everything was fine and said bushings look great.Second opinions recommended.

My brother & sister in-law recommended me to these guys, Brett & his guys are the BEST! They are always very thorough & always explain things in a way I can understand. They never try to upsell me but they will advise me if they find something else wrong other than what the original problem was. They are also very fair in pricing, sometimes not even charging me for certain parts or this or that & the work is almost always done in a very timely manner. I won't ever take my car anywhere else! I will always give these guys five stars hands down!!Service: Oil change

We have taken our vehicles to Pyle for years. They are not only friendly and professional but honest. I have always been happy with the work they have done and the timeliness of the work. I had a great experience at this shop. I needed my tires rotated and they were able to squeeze me in on a real short notice. I also needed a window fixed that was stuck down and they worked on it for hours just to figure it out. I would go back here. The single most important thing to me when dealing with mechanics is honestly because I know so little about cars. I first took my car to Pyle over a year ago and Brett the owner is the most honest, kindest man I have ever met. The first time I took my Tahoe in there was a tiny issue that took less than 5 minutes to resolve and he didn't even charge me. I have since taken other vehicles to him and they are completely trust worthy.

Pyle did the wheel alignment for me on my Honda. They were accomodating and quick in their work. I gave them my custom alignment specs and the technician was able to get the alignment I asked for. I checked their work after and they did a good job making sure every fastener that they touched was tight. Highly recommended.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

This is the kind of shop everyone wants to find. They re incredibly honest and will explain everything in detail. I ve brought my older truck to them a couple of times with mystery problems which they easily could have claimed were something serious, but instead they identified relatively minor & inexpensive fixes each time. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends.

I noticed an issue with my brakes and a tire, but couldn't get an appointment at other tire and brake shops. I saw that Pyle had a good rating so even though it was after hours, I emailed and got an immediate response! I was able to get my car serviced the next day.
