Had to get my alignment done on my Chevy Truck. This place was recommended by DD distribution. They had a little wait to get an appointment but they definitely took care of me when I got in. They also have a really good sandwich shop across the parking lot that is great to visit while you wait. So far my truck has been driving straight so I can't complain. They are also reasonably priced. Definitely not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

MAGNIFICENT service, prices, and associates. Incredible experience. They were able to get me in ASAP, last minute on a Friday morning. I was in and out the door with an alignment adjustment, a new tire, and rotation in less than 30 mins. I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed. I knew I would be taken care of In a great honest way as soon as I walked in the door. Everything was explained to me, and I never felt like I was being talked down to. I knew exactly what I was paying for, and new I truly would be getting the highest quality tires and service out there. Thank you so much guys!!

I miss Quality tire. Definitely not the same as it used to be which is disappointing. Close to an hour and a half for one trailer tire as I watched techs in the shop goof off. Frustrating because just the night before I brought a trailer in to a different tire company and had 4 tires replaced in less than 20 minutes. I'll be heading elsewhere in the future.

A Purcell work truck hit my vehicle on 09/02 and unfortunately, the company has been non responsive and slow to assist in even processing the claim. This local shop, the mgt, especially Lance was responsive and concerned, but due to the business being owned by a corporation, I would avoid any Purcell tire company locations as they have unethical and poor business practices. Their insurance agency has been almost non responsive and elusive. The adjuster has only tried to call once and responded to 1 of my multiple emails trying to set up a time to provide my statement. I know now this adjuster is purposely ignoring me, which Purcell has been no help in addressing the concerns and is a reflection of who and what this company stands for. This might be a different situation, but if you have any problems, do not expect them to handle it in a fair and ethical manner. Stay away!

Had to have a tire replaced, and this shop was the closest. Nice staff, and the crew was pretty quick. Prices were reasonable, no up charge that a lot off places tack on when they no you do not have many options. Thanks.

Great people and service. Pricing of parts and labor was much lower than I am familiar with. Mechanic explained everything to me with respect. I recommend this business to all that need service on their vehicles. They also service big trucks too. I drive a Dodge Caravan and escort trucks. My driver had work done to his truck in the past and recommended me to go there. Smiles all the way down the road now. Thank You Qaulity Tire Company!

Good service. Got all 8 drives replaced took about 1.5 hrs. Good selection on tires especially Michelins, one of the few places that actually had all 8 drives.

I had two steer tires placed on my semi truck today. All the employees were professional, friendly and helpful. I was literally in and out in less then one hour. I would highly recommend this place and would return for any of my tire needs. Thanks for the amazing service.

This company is terrible. Terrible owners, they seriously are just HORRIBLE people, who love to blame their employees instead of taking accountability for letting your equipment fall SO FAR out of repair that it almost kills people.I'll never stop telling people how awful it was working for this company.

Been having problems with the front end of my dump truck for years. Multiple alignments by a different place. Took it to these guys and they knew exactly what they were doing. They twist front axles and that is what I needed. The other guy just shrugged his shoulders when I continued to have tire wear issues after his alignment jobs. Don't waste your time elsewhere, get it done right with Quality! Thanks guys!

I was in need of a new set of tires and was referred by a friend to go to Quality Tire. I was debating on two different sets of tires. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions and help me settle into the BF Goodrich KO2 tires. They were priced very well and had my new tires on within an hour. After picking up the truck, I noticed that the truck was pulling hard to the right. I took the truck back and they got it right in to test the alignment. Eric, the alignment tech noticed that the lower ball joint had some play in it. Gave me the options to replace or do the alignment. I chose to do the alignment and Eric personally drove the vehicle multiple times to make sure that the alignment was perfect before I took the vehicle. Not only great service but you can sense the family-like atmosphere that this group has. I would recommend them to everyone!

Awesome staff in Orem and Salt Lake!! Able to fit me in a moments notice. Other shops that deal with Medium duty trucks want you to drop your truck off and leave with them for about a week. Having my truck down that long really can really hurt having it out of commission. These trucks are a mobile warehouse, having access to them help me and my customers. Thank you so much for taking care of us Quality Tire Company!!

After searching for a decent priced tire place I found Quality Tire Company in a stroke of luck. They seem to do most of their business with Semi-Trucks but also carry a good stock of regular automobile tires. A great price, quick install and decent warranty.

Two other great mechanics could not find the reason brakes were 'locking up'. On a heavy trailer. (Now, they were 'mobile', so they didn't have a shop) But, these guys went over and above. Put the trailer on a lift and tested the brakes. Until they found the problem. They are the very best!

Maybe it was just the spring weather, but these guys were all extremely personable and genuinely kind. They re-sealed the bead on my four-wheeler tires and didn't end up charging me for the work. I don't normally post reviews but I just left this business feeling taken care of and I had to say something.

These guys are awesome! They were on top of it. They got the Uhaul back on the road as fast as possible. I believe the guys name was Teagan and he was awesome. Great work! Thanks for the save.

Repairs not complete on schedule. It's common to send customers to watch television while the front staff jokes about their opinions of the customers in the store. I was standing around the corner, they thought I walked away. The look when I stepped back around was hilarious, at least to me. I still laugh whenever I drive near.

Took an hour and fourty min. To put one new tire on and repair a flat from a bolt. The day before took two hours just to change out two tires. Then was charged a disposal fee for a tire that was sent for a recap. Then they forget to put caps on the valve stems. Took my expensive ones and put cheep ones on. There was bolts and valve stem pieces all around the area. Good place to get another flat. Also the free Wi-Fi would not work. Disappointed. Free soda and coffee in the waiting room. Bathroom was clean.

Well i called to get a quote on some steer tires for my semi...the first time i called.. they put me on hold....4 mins later hung up.....sooo i called back and the lady took my info and what i needed and said she would walk it up there to them and they would call me back???? I thought what the hell???Never called back...so this morning i called 3 other tire shops got my quotes all with in five min....sooo i decided to call these guys back and same result! Anybody that cant answer their phones and answer a question ...i cant spend money with. So i went somewhere else... spent a little more on the price of my tires MABEY....but i called they answered...i got a price...they got my moneyand i got my tires......

I had a very unique problem with tires and suspension . They helped me identify the problem. And addressed the solution. I feel they are honest and received quality products information and service.
