I have nothing but great things to say about Purcell and Chad!! His honesty, hard work, and kindness can not be matched! Chad saved us THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs!My Jeep Cherokee recently died and was not holding a charge, among other problems. We took it to LHM Jeep where we had been taking it for routine service the past year or so. We were quoted nearly $6,000 for them to rip my car apart and spend 9+ hours "fixing it".I'm lucky to have a dad in the trucking/car world and asked where I should go for a second opinion. He immediately got us set up with Purcell. Chad was quick to see the problem and find a much easier and cost effective solution.(Also, LHM couldn't have taken too close of a look at my car, as they never mentioned that the battery was hooked up wrong...something you think they would look at first when one of our initial complaints was the car not staying on!!)We will be going to Purcell for anything and everything we can and will be referring our friends there as well. How refreshing to find an honest service center, that doesn't take advantage of their customers! I would give them 6000 stars if I could.

Took my Ram 3500 in without an appointment first thing in the morning I knew the brakes were getting worn and needed to be checked, and also needed new tires. The mechanic, Chad had my truck taken back and diagnosed within a half hour. He is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic, and friendly. He and Trevor also made recommendations for tires according to what I usually haul The ladies in the office were nice, too. Got everything done in one day, and prices were fair/in line with anywhere else. Overall, extremely satisfied and would definitely return!

This is an outstanding group from the shop foreman to the receptionists. They always bend over backwards to squeeze me in and do top notch work. I've got a 10-ft tall Quigley 4x4 E350 that weighs 9500 lb. Most shops can't handle it but I'm generally the smallest rig at this shop. You know you're in good hands when professional semi drivers bring their rigs here.

I had some car problems on my way into work this morning, and I just showed up at Purcell to see if they could help since they were right off the freeway. I originally thought I'd have to go somewhere else, but the technicians went above and beyond to get me taken care of and back on my way! They were quick and very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back there again!

We have bought all of our tires from this location for the last 20 + years. When it was Quality Tire they were easy to deal with. My experence this past summer has been pretty bad. In July we bought 2 Good Year Truck tires 1 of them lasted 2 Months. When I took the truck back to get the blown tire replaced I was told I had to buy another tire and they would send the bad tire in for warranty. I bought another tire and that tire only lasted 150 Miles. So I called Dave at the store and he arranged for a service truck to take care of that tire which Purcell has never charged me for. Soon after this one of the sales personal told me that there re caps were good tires and the have had great luck with them and if there is an issue with them They warranty them in house. Well one of the recaps blew out in idaho and I had to buy another tire in Idaho to get the truck back. Then this last weekend the other recap blew out in southern utah and I had to buy another tire in GreenRiver Utah to get the truck back. I just went to the store and I was told that I still do not have credit for any of the bad tires and this has been going on for over 2 months. I was told I would have to pay another $3400 to get the set of tires I have allready paid for. So by the time this is all said and done I will be in 4 tires $7,350 plus $20,000+ in damage to the truck caused by the tires and all I ever git from Purcell Tire is you will have to buy more tires well im done buying tires and done with Purcell tire after 20+ years of business with them

Everyone at Purcell is extremely friendly they have a warm inviting about them. They are extremely helpful and get ya in and out in a jiffy. Very inexpensive as well in comparison to other shops I've been to. I now only go here.

Dave took care of me from the very start! As I drove in the front of the building, he could see that my tire was gone, he made it very easy to order the same tires and at a great price. He informed me along the way, and I asked about my alignment and my rim and fortunately nothing was wrong. He let me know when it was done and finished.I have to admit it was easy from the start to the end. Definitely going back, and getting my vehicles taken care of there!

Had a flat about a mile down the road from this place and, like ya do, I pulled up google maps and told it to find me a tire shop. We got here right about closing time but the guys said they d stay and take care of us. So appreciative of people that go above and beyond to help out in a tough spot. Friendly folks with a joke and a smile!

Our motorhome blew brakes and a waterpump on our way home for the winter. After several cold calls we tried Purcell. They took us right in and speedily repaired our nightmare! Just after we gassed up our new belts suddenly fragged...at 4:45pm. 4 shop mechanics including Steven and Chad were at our side of the road in 15 minutes. They fixed the issue then and there! I would trust these guys...you'd be a fool not too! Thank you so much Purcell!

My old truck, had a difficult to solve problem. The mechanics there solved my problem. It took less time, than I expected, and cost much less than the original quote. Especially if you have an old diesel? These guys are the greatest!

If you ever go to this place you won t leave disappointed. I m sure everyone is just as amazing but I deal with Dave Prime. I have had sever mal tire issues on my company semi truck and trailer and every time I show up he takes care of me. As any good employee does he looks a out for the business but what I really like about Dave Prime is he looks out for me and my safety. He always tells me it s his job to sell tires but more importantly to keep me safe. He only looks at selling me what I need not what he wants. He always shows me the reasons for his actions and educates me on tires to better help me on my inspections to know what is bad and good tire ware. He s even help me save a few tires before they went bad. I ve never left disappointed and I have other company vehicles now coming here for tire problems. Dave is number one in my book. Always good to chat with and never a dull moment.

Counter lady was very rude. When I m spending over 2k I would at least expect a little hospitality. She was completely unhelpful and extremely annoyed she even had to deal with a truck driver. Less Schwab is a block away. I gave them my business instead.

Great place of business for all. Family friendly of being at home. They made sure I was at home with a drink & made popcorn to order. Best price for my Alignment on my Toyota Camry car. I would Recommend young or old to go and be treated fairly

I stopped in around 4 pm after realizing my tire had run flat. They had me in and out in under an hour! Michelle is amazing! You guys are awesome and I'll absolutely be bringing my business here from now on. Thank you again for the excellent service.

These guys were so awesome. I hit something on the freeway and needed a new tire. They were able to get me in right away and find the best option for me. The staff were all friendly and nice. They will definitely be getting more business from me!!!!!

I've been a customer for over a year. I'm new to SLC. Purcell was recommended to me by Jason Haslam who used them regularly, for years. I've replaced in excess of 16 tires in both, in my truck and trailer at different times. I have alligned my truck as well and rides perfectly. Eddie has always been my contact at Purcell. He's taken and returned all my calls and have explore and explained every option available to adequately address my needs. All the technicians have been pleasant and professional, as well as the folks in the front office. Yeap, they know what they're doing and it shows. Thank Eddie.

I noticed the evening before I visited that I wore down one of my tires quite a bit while driving after hitting a hard bump on the road with my RV. I called at 8:15 AM, was able to communicate exactly what I was looking for, specifically being a specialty tire. They told me they would need to call me back to see if they could get the required tires. In under 10 minutes, I had a call back and a time slot in which they could replace the impacted tires. I stopped by and waited. In under two hours, I had two replacement front tires and an alignment completed. By 11:30, I was back on the road.

My heroes this morning! I called Purcell after searching online for free air for my tire that is not flat but leaking air slowly I just got off a 12 1/2 hour swing shift and have to drive all the way to Bountiful. I have tried a few other stations with the automatic X air insulators you have to pay for to no avail it will not fill my tire I thought was just at a loss .Just thinking if I could only get a little tiny bit of air in my tire to get home safely I'd be set . Purcell tire saved the Day ! I called a few places no one answered Goodyear Purcell did and said come on over it took them 2 seconds they put some air in my tire and off I went safely thank you again. True princes of tire rubber ,rims, and magical compressed air

It was too bad for me to do car service here. I just want to let them check the temperature, they said it will need three hours. Then I just waited. I saw there was no one to check my car, just put it there alone. After four hours later, They fixed it rapidly and charged me almost 300 USD. The most terrible thing is the temperature problem is the same as usual. That was too bad. Do not go there to waste your money and time.

Dropped in and bought 8 new drive tires. Got me right in and out. Good price. Good service. Stopped the following day at Purcell in Fernley, Nevada to retorque the lugs. Right in and right out again. No charge. Will remember and use these folks again.

As a Professional Driver, the probability of getting a hole in a tire is much greater for us. These great folks got me in and out on the road in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and provided Great Customer Service.

Terrible service. Scheduled for tire replacement and oil change at 8am. Didn't even move my van for an hour. Over two hours and I'm still here. Front man has personality of a snail and no one smiles. Whenever I come in it's like I'm inconveniencing them to do their job.

For the most part Purcell has been there for us over the last 3 years, but lately something has gone awry. We asked to get a dispatch to the RTK Smelter a couple of weeks ago and your team failed to show. We called and set it up for the following Monday they did not show.

Love these guys & gals. Very helpful and friendly. My employer uses this place for tires and service. They have tried multiple tire places but they keep coming back to Purcell due to the prices and service we receive.

Job was done right but had a really long wait and was an extra day to get rear tires on a box truck after quoted same day service once on site lost a day of work for my driver.

I came in for a used tire, they first said they had one, but then they only have recaps. I don't care for recaps tires but it was too late. So I payed for it, drove down the street and got a real tire put on my truck, and threw that garbage tire away. Wasted my time and money, not a good experience
