I ve brought in my bus twice now, once for an engine check up, and once for an oil change. Everyone at Precision is very easy to contact, and John was very helpful with my oil change. A bus isn t very usual to bring in to a truck repair shop, so there was a few issues but they were quickly fixed up by the professionals. very happy with the work.

Very awesome people very helpful. Specially, Mikey and Rich. They are amazing knowledgeable knowing what they re doing. Fast service. I had to do a mission today and it took less than an hour. Total time pricewise is very reasonable and convenience. Thank you so much.

I was there yesterday I glad to be there. for my semi had check engine light and multiple faults I was scared with faults OTR knows these days are very tough for trucking business. And some overrated mechanic shops fooling drivers to make big money but believe me this shop have very good people. They don t overcharge me and fix my problems within 3 hours. I am very happy just wanna appreciate their work. GOD BLESS AMERICA

The water pump went out on my 2017 Peterbilt. I looked online and found Precision Truck & Trailer Repair. I called them and they got me in early the next day. The shop was very professional and clean. After diagnosing the problem I received a quote. It was a very timely repair and when they finished, they came in right at the quote. I would highly recommend this shop. If we ever break down near Salt Lake City again, we will definitely use this shop. Everyone was super nice and the waiting room had coffee, snacks and a tv.

Great place! They are open around the clock. Good service , I dealt with a guy over the phone and they replaced the main radiator on Sunday and put us back on road!!!

This is crazy to replace Wiper motor which has only 4 screws and mostly done in 30 minutes to max 45 minutes they are routing 2.5 to 3 hours . This is like wow never heard that . We do service on our trucks and never ever had any wiper motor take morethen 45 minutes .

Great place they saved us thousands of dollars on our radartor. OEM from dealership would have cost us 3k the whole repair cost us less then the oem radartor at freightliner

Very honest, excellent & Pro services and I highly recommend to must visit and take their services if someone needs it . I truly appreciate everyone s efforts. It was weekend and my truck needs urgent repairs. I called the customer services, and the owner himself came right away to help me out. They really have the deep knowledge about the work and patiently inspect and diagnosed the faults.The services were fantastic, and I was able to meet my delivery deadlines on time just because of their services.Once again Thank you for your hard work.I can say it is very fast & great service and deserve more than 5 star

Had my truck towed there because my rear axle decided it didn't want to work anymore. When I called they referred me to a great tow company to tow my truck there and they got my truck done quick and as fast as they promised. Highly recommend giving them a call and see what they can do for you if you need truck repairs

Truck had a clutch and turbo issue last Friday. Owner Ashley is real cool guy. He helped me a lot. Even he helped me bring mechanics on weekends. I am sure other shops will make you in waitlist forever. They will start work on your truck right a away if parts are available. Today is Monday morning. I am on the road now Wanna say big THANKs to these guys. Driver we all know time is important to us

Ashley and Roberto were above and beyond accommodating. Our semi truck had an issue with the fifth wheel spring and we were stuck hauling any loads. We called them and they came right away, inspected the truck and got our parts the very next morning. Exceptional service, caring, good work. As a previous owner operator i can say I have met only a few family owned businesses that operate at such excellence, I'm very glad we met Ashley. We will absolutely be his first client in Utah if in the future another breakdown happens. Thank you guys very much for getting us back on the road as fast as possible

Thank you Ricky for getting us in 15 minutes after arriving, even without an appointment. The work was completed in a timely manner, and done professionally. One of the two air leaks was a pain, I know, but it was addressed, and that's what counts. We will not hesitate to use Precision again if we're out in this part of the country. Veteran friendly and extremely professional. Ashley and Roberto are extremely knowledgeable and provided a detailed and tested pre-purchase inspection on a dump truck that I'm looking to buy. Great experience at Precision!! They got me right in at 730-8pm. Parts and shop worked really hard to find an obscure little apu starter and went over and above in every possible way. I drove two paid employees 10-hours 1-way to come purchase two van-body trucks from Mark yesterday. The guy didn't even get out of his chair to shake my hand. Then he told us we could go look at the truck and do whatever (zero customer service), and the second truck would be around shortly (they were jump-starting its dead battery!). The first truck's engine severely shook the whole cab of the truck when revved to 1,000rpm, and puked blue-white smoke as we drove it down the road - multiple things very wrong inside that engine. Both trucks were in rough shape overall. The van-bodies had leaking roofs and rusted floors, with broken ramps and doors. The cab interiors were trashed, and one even had rusty puncture holes in the cab and a wet back seat where rain has been leaking in. They were advertised as 100,000-mile trucks in great shape - with no mention of the over-6000 engine hours - that's more like 200,000 miles worth of run time - maybe they idled in traffic a lot, who knows - but Precision did not disclose this in their ad. Mark finally made his way outside and I indicated to him that these trucks were way rougher than I expected, and all the broken stuff and rust was not acceptable. This guy's attitude was impressively bad. Both my employees were as stunned as I was over how unhelpful and rude this guy was. He made greaseball-salesman excuses for why the one truck's engine shook and belched smoke, saying "it's a California truck, of course it's going to be cold-blooded up here!" (Ridiculous) When he declared he wasn't going any lower on his price, and had plenty of local interest and didn't need my business, I decided I was better off leaving with my money that day than letting this guy get his hands on any of it, or getting stuck with these beat-up trucks. 10-hour drive home, at night, through thunderstorms, empty-handed. The only redeeming part of this trip was stopping at In-N-Out Burger!

Precision is a family owned Buisness that answers the phone!! Our sins truck broke down on the side of the mountain. Ashley answered the phone on a holiday, after hours. Had his crew there within the hour and had my son and his horses in Cheyenne to compete the next day!! Life savers!! I can t say enough about them.

The owner was very kind and responsive to an email. I broke a leaf spring on a boat trailer on a Sunday and he still called to set up a time to get the trailer in to the yard. Checked back multiple times to see if I was able to get the trailer towed. I appreciate them taking time to help me out when nobody else would answer.

Scamers they want to charge me $819.86 for a oil change. I don't recommend this place for any kind of service. After confront then, they lower $200.00 I end paying $619.86, still expensive for a classic freightliner, and they even replace my water separator. Bad place don't go there

Great service and great people. We purchased a box truck with a damaged corner and they were able to get it all fixed like new in only a day. One of the employees chatted about his pet pig and really made us feel at home.(To clarify based on the response from the owner. We purchased the truck from a private owner and Precision Truck and Trailer Repair repaired it)
