Pete's is outstanding to say the least! They got my truck in quickly regarding an injector on an Ole N14 and got it taken care of! Everyone at Pete's was amazing! So rare to find an amazing shop out here on the road! Thank You!! Best group I've seen in many years out here!

I always use this shop. Everyone is super helpful. I came in yesterday with an oil leak that turned into a transmission job. Bryer got me a new trans and fixed a couple other things very reasonable. The best of the best CATERPILLAR AND CUMMINS ENGINE diesel Mechanics across the nation.QUALITY WORK, HONEST,BEST PRICES, OEM parts, And everything. All workers/staffs including Front desk they are respectful, and helpful, friendly and so nice .Excellent integrity, love and respect. All code of Ethics in this best place. I know them since 2019 still working professional, reliable, fast and Excellent services.On Friday 03/22/2024 repaired Fuel pump head pressure valve and other. After completed repair my truck anazing more power .The dealership and other mechanic place previously no body found the problem when they diagnostics. They try and error. This is the only place that I will be taking my n14. I bought a truck that was supposed to have had a rebuilt motor that turned into nothing but problems so I contacted petes and they had me bring it down and they was able to go through the engine and find all the mistakes and cheap parts that was installed by the other shop. The service department and mechanic was very knowledgeable and was awesome to work with. Truck runs awesome and I could not be happier

I brought my truck for an air leak and then out within a couple hours very reasonable price. But best of all was the service and the time to get the truck in and out

Far and beyond. I needed my diesel truck fixed and i would have had to wait a week to get someone to repair it. They took it in and started work same day.and got it completed sooner than expected. 5 stars

This place is TOP NOTCH... There was an intermittent powerloss issue with my 2019 KW T680... ...PDR was the closest locationThe mechanic was SUPER helpful... Every time he looked for possible causes... he provided thorough explanations It ended up being an actuator for the turbo...In short... the issue was resolved at a decent price in a relatively short period of timeIf you are ever in need... and are in the area, this is the place to go...

Pat and his staff go above and beyond to get you back on the road. Kenworth refused to clear my codes when I had to keep going to make my appointment they were too busy to do it for days. I called pat and he said bring it over he will squeeze me in and see what they could do to help me. 2 hours later I was rolling problem fixed.they were very reasonable also .they're a top notch shop in my book. Great people I highly recommend.

They got me in and did a service, realized my head gasket was leaking after having overhead done at another place and they fixed that for me. Rhey checked my breaks cause a California dot said they were cracking. Pete checked all over and never seen any cracks.

Always great to get my truck worked on for when I drop it off. They even know who I am when I come in. Its nice to not have to to give the company spill and how I will be paying. Most of all though its nice to take my truck to people I can trust.

I have had work done here many times, and they are always friendly and get me in even when they are busy. It is hard to know when your going to be in town with time to spare. Communication between them and my company can sometimes lead to misunderstandings,. The bottom line doesn't always have the right answer. Thanx for being a shop that I can rely on out west!

The guys are phenomenal! My local Kenworth dealer did a hack job with some repairs on my truck and Pete's went above and beyond with straightening things out. Highly highly recommend!!!!!!!

Fantastic place with a fantastic team. Got our truck in and out quickly and very reasonably priced. Technicians and office staff were both courteous and respectful. Did not guess and perform unnecessary repairs as I've experienced in numerous other shops. Thanks again for all your help guys.

Several months ago I needed an exhaust gasket done on my class A Motorhome and went to the manufacture recommended company. After leaving my rig there for several days for an estimate was told that the cost was over $2500.00. And when I said no, they told me I needed to pay for the estimate $195.00. Didn't have to pay, and took it to Pete's. They were able to do a great jog and at half the cost.I like working with these people so much more that the other. I am taking it in tomorrow to have an over heating problem fixed. I have full confidence that this encounter will be much the same as last.Thank you for the way you treat me and the quality of work you do. Jerry

This place is a scam. I blew an injector. The mechanic knew this, decided to run the engine further, knowing the tip of the injector was stuck in the piston head. (you could hear it slapping on the casing) ran it for 20 minutes with the noise, until we heard the injector tip fly through the turbo (destroying it) and out the exhaust. Then after a few failed attempts to scope the engine, he tells me it would be 25,000 to replace the top end of the engine, and that I "could just abandon the motorhome here, if it's too much" . Later, after a lot of pressure, we got him to slip up, and tell us that he never actually saw any damage, he just assumed. In the end it cost us $3000 for a new injector and to get the turbo rebuilt, and the engine was fine. This Mechanics intention was to let me ditch my motorhome, so he could fix it and resell it. Knowing the damage was less than he was quoting. Second guess any an all quotes from this place. (p.s they wouldnt send out my turbo to be rebuilt, they would only sell my a "new" rebuilt turbo. I asked if I coordinate the rebuild would they send it out for me. "Yes we do that all the time" THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT!? )Service: Exhaust

Used to be a great place for repair, not now. Had truck there for 2 weeks & only half the job was done. Went back to get the rest of the work done & one that had already been done had to be redone cuz they used the wrong part!!! Went back today to get another job done that had not been done the first 2 times & they want get me in for another week when it's a come back!?!? Something wrong with this picture, just not right especially with a cow back. Won't go there again, ever.

Very bad DPF cleaning, they said as can fix everything right the way but no quality, after 500 miles I got the Stop engine fault on my dash board again with a lot of problems in midle of Wyoming. I' m very disappointed in this shop. Will try to get some money back. So don't go over there with this problem.

I purchased a truck from Pat here at Petes Diesel. Pat and his employees went above and beyond any of my expectations making sure the truck was 100 % ready to go after the purchase doing a full inspection and a grease job and replacing brakes and a few other things needed. Petes diesel has the most friendliest staff and most cleanest/well organized shop I have ever seen and they don't treat you like just another customer, They treat their customers like family. They are very honest and fair and have great prices, and above all they are very knowledgeable at what they do and get their work done fast. It's also nice that they are a certified cummins dealer so I am and will continue to make it a point to bring my truck to Petes diesel for any repairs that I may need as they are number 1 in my book and I highly recommend them to everyone out there.Come give Petes diesel a try and you won't regret it!Thanks again Pat and staff for making my experience with you guys the best one ever at a diesel mechanics shop. You guys are truly amazing and it's always a pleasure doing business with you.

I have had 2 fuel problems with the Cummins engine in my RV. The first time I took it to a shop in Southern Utah and after the repair I received a large bill. The problem occured again near Salt Lake City. I took it to Pete's Deisel and they diagnosed the problem which was gunk in the fuel tank. They kept me informed during the repair and treated me fair on the bill. This is my new go to repair shop.

Pat and His Staff of Mechanics and Front Office are Stellar in Every Capacity!I'm an Owner/Operator and after calling Peterbilt in SLC to see if they could get me in and take care of an urgent overhead problem on My Truck and was told maybe by tomorrow afternoon I called Pete's Diesel Service and Pat the Owner said he understood My situation and could pull a Mechanic (Elliot) off what he was working on at the Time and get Me taken care of So I could get back on the Road by the following day as I had a one day layover as it was anyway... Elliot located the problem immediately and brought it to My attention... ... with that he took it apart and very expeditiously repaired the problem and for a lot less than what I was originally quoted by Pat... With that and Time to spare I asked for some additional work done and without hesitation I was taken care of... I really can't say enough about how great their service is in words ... but with that They have My Buisness for Life and would Go out of My way to Bring My Truck here to have the work done!~Thanks to All the Great New Friends I made at Pete's Diesel Service!Sincerely: Mark A.
