*Update* The GM reached out after seeing my review. He was geniune and apologetic but also took the time to hear my complaints and suggestions. I can tell that he truly values his customers and wants his employees to be honest and fair. He held up their previous promises by reimbursing me for my battery replacement. He called me on a Wednesday, and by Saturday, I had a check in my mailbox. I know they had already lost money with me, but he still wanted to make it right, and I appreciated that. I'm leaving my original review for transparency, but I was very glad my issue was heard and resolved. I would shop at Parkline again.Let me start by saying I love my car. I got a great deal, and I am happy with my purchase. What I'm unhappy with, is this dealerships inability to return phone calls and keep their promises. You have to raise hell to get anything done and then prepare yourself because as soon as they get their money, you will never get a call or text back again. I've left voice emails, texts, and messages with staff directly for callbacks with zero returned calls. They promised me they would buff the paint, I do not believe this was done, or it was done very poorly. They promised to check the battery and replace it if necessary and assured me it was still in good condition. I just had a diagnostic test on it, less than 2 weeks after picking it up, and the battery scored 339 CCA's out of 800. I wouldn't consider less than 50% in good working order, but what would I know, right? I'm just a dumb female who annoyed them into making promises they had no intentions of keeping. If you're looking for an honest dealership that values their word, this is not the place for you.

Parkline Motors is a great place to find a new car! My husband and I came in looking for a new car to replace our old one and we came out with a great car at a great price! The representatives were so helpful and showed amazing customer service. They made the drive down from Idaho completely worth it! I highly recommend coming here if you need a new car.

Mo was fantastic to work with! Great communicator, consultative instead of a high pressure sales process. He and his sales manager were great in understand my needs and get me a beautiful 2022 Acura MDX that I love! Mo also went above and beyond because I left my glasses in my trade in and he retrieved them and mailed them to me. I tried to Venmo him the shipping and enough for a coffee but he refused. Would highly recommend!

Karina helped me into a car Today, and she was so patient, helpful, and nice. She even went out of her way to to let us test drive the car with her to their second location so we could test drive another car we wanted to that was held there. Extremely nice employees, and manager bonus on great music.

Sam helped me with the buying process and made purchasing a vehicle as seamless as possible! Any information I requested he gladly gave to me, and even sent pictures of the vehicle to give further insight on the vehicles looks inside and out. Once the auto transport driver arrived, he sent pictures to show it was safely secured onto the truck as well! Customer service was great from all the staff I talked to, and if you think about purchasing a vehicle through Parkline Motors, and live out of state like myself, do not hesitate to ask all the questions you have as they will definitely help you in every way they can!

Mo was our contact from start to finish. He is the best. No pressure talking with him and just was honest. Justin also was straight up, no fluff, had all my questions answered. The whole experience was very easy and smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great deal on good quality cars.

We absolutely loved our experience at Parkline Motors! We had Sam as our salesman and he was phenomenal at helping us find the perfect vehicle that fit our family. He was awesome in sharing with us all the information needed, pulled the vehicles we were wanting to look at side by side so we could compare them and worked with us while we were driving to Salt Lake from Idaho. The entire process was quick and easy. We will be coming back and recommending them!

I have been searching for a truck with specific equipment and options. Found a vehicle I was interested in through one of the car selling apps on the internet. Sent my contact info and within minutes I get a call back from Spencer from Parkline Motors. He was awesome to work with. Very informative and knowledgeable about what I was asking about and looking for. He was very patient with me in this process cause I was asking a lot of questions having never purchased a car over the internet before. When I arrived to get the truck I met with some of Spencer s associates and they were all so friendly too! When looking for another vehicle in the future, Spencer and Parkline Motors will be my first call!

At first I was a bit leery about going to Parkline Motors because they specialize in branded titles. However, after seeing their inventory and test driving a few cars, I found that they re vehicles are in better condition than many of the clean title vehicles I have driven. Our sales associate, Kendel, was amazing!! He really took the time to explain the process that Parkline goes through to make sure that their vehicles are quality products. I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be a returning customer.

If our new car owning experience is as great as our buying experience this will be the best car we ve owned. Jensen was really great to work with. His no pressure approach and willingness to listen to our wants and needs was a serious breath of fresh air. We visited other dealers and they immediately tried selling us something we didn t want. Jensen helped us find the car we wanted, was patient, responsive, and made it a very smooth process. I was impressed all around with Parkline Motors.

I have been texting Sam for over two weeks asking about different vehicles. I have requested CARFAX info a couple of times. He has always been quick and courteous in his responses. I even asked him directly about some negative review to which he answered openly and honestly. He helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted with all the features and then some. Through the two different test drives he helped answer all of our questions. We've driven the car for over a week now and have found it to be fully functional and mechanically sound. I would totally recommend people to check out Parkline Motors.

Okay Listen, if you are in the market for a vehicle this is the place! I had been looking for a Toyota 4Runner TRD Premium for a year! I came across an ad on AutoTrader for a 4Runner that was breathtaking! Then I saw it was in Salt Lake City Utah!!! I m in Iowa. After a lot of consideration, I inquired on the vehicle and was immediately contacted by Karina, she was professional and friendly. We discussed my plans and I booked a flight! My first flight ever it was an adventure getting there but after several flights delays and an unexpected overnight layover, Karina picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership and got everything going for my purchase! We went on a test drive and I was in love with the 4Runner before we left the lot. Once it was time for paperwork I was introduced to Justin. Justin was pretty fun as well. The entire process was great! Even after my bank declined to transfer the money for whatever reason, Justin and everyone at Parkline Motors were extremely helpful and resolved the situation and I was able to drive back to Iowa with my new 4Runner! I am extremely grateful and appreciate their awesome service! If it weren t for them keeping their cool I would ve lost my mind!!! If I do ever need another vehicle I ll definitely fly right back to Salt Lake City to Parkline Moters! Check them out!

This was our first time hereEDITED 3/28/24 BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! This was how exciting my son was to have this new car and everything and with the new month we had check engine lights going on they supposedly fixed then we come back on turning stuff off on top of that we re only month in and we re having transmission fluid leaking from here. I am glad that we purchased the warranty but just to let you know be aware of what you re buying maybe even take your own mechanic to check your car because it s kind of ridiculous And then trying to get somebody to call you from. There is a joke.

My wife and I had been looking for a long time for a replacement car as ours has been getting ready to go out on us. Upon calling into Parkline Motors, I was transferred over to Kendall. He was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the entire conversation and call. He was very transparent about the processes especially about things being first come first serve in regards to the car I called in about.When we arrived from Tooele into the business, we were greeted by Kendall with his shining personality and willingness to help and talk things over. He was super excited for us and made the entire experience amazingly enjoyable. There was no pressure whatsoever to get us to do something that we didn't want to do. Honestly, it was like talking to a best friend that I had known for many years.I was then turned over to Justin who helped with the financing of the loan and once again was met with a great personality, lots of knowledge and a complete understanding of how to connect with people. It was very enjoyable to converse with him about things that had to absolutely nothing to do with the sale at hand as we went through the tedious process of filling out and signing multiple forms. A definite A+ experience with Justin.From the bottom of our hearts, while this is a new venture for this business, I do want to give a shout out to this company and fully recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car and willing to overlook the stigma assigned to branded titles. They really have some awesome inventory there and the 2019 Subaru Outback Limited that we just purchased will for sure make many many good memories from me and my wife.

Sam was awesome! Very patient showed us all their options and showed us where and what the extent of the damage had been. Though he wasn't an expert yet, he made the effort needed to find out what we needed to know. He made things happen! The finance guy (sorry, forgot his name) was very helpful too.Very helpfuland friendly staff! High quality work on the vehicles.

We had a great experience at Parkline Motors. Our sales associate Jensen was friendly and attentive. There were a few hiccups initially with the car being ready for a test drive but Jensen worked quickly to get them resolved and had us on our way relatively quickly. Nice atmosphere and accommodating associates.

I can t express enough how much I enjoyed my experience with Parkline motors, particularly with Kendall. He was so personable and attentive. He was also quick to address anything I asked of him and furthermore, him and the entire team at Parkline were great problem solvers and quick to help me find solutions. 10/10 experience. I would definitely buy a car through Kendall and Parkline Motors again!

Kendal was amazing, we shopped around and couldn't get a good offer on our trade in. Kendal was able to get us a better offer, he was also very transparent and informative. He helped us get into a comfortable price range for our vehicle and mad sure we didn't feel insecure about our purchase.
