I am not the kind of person to walk into a dealership and leave the same day with a car. I researched for several hours on best practices of 2024 in order to get the most out of the dealerships as well as how to protect my wallet when they tack on fee after fee of mandatory warranties, amenities, add one, all the bull that car dealerships are known to do. Jos� saw me come in, handed me the key for the car I was looking to buy, I drove it, tested everything I could test. Came back and within 2 hours I was out the door with an amazing car and a solid deal. I told him I was ready to argue and he said here s my calculations, no need to fight. I ve never met someone so honest during a purchasing process and I will be going back for my next car as well as recommending him to everyone I know. Solid dealership, incredible person. 10/10

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. sold me a car under the impression it was in perfect working condition and I ve had to put $5000 into it just to get to work and back over the 6 months I ve had it. And if they do screw you over they ll ignore your calls and tell you it s your own fault

Got recommended by a friend that Next Auto does amazing body work and paint. She wasn t wrong, I brought in my vehicle that needed a lot done on the front end. Jose and his team gave me a quote and explained to me what they d be doing. The price was more than fair and they got me quick and I received my vehicle back within 3 days. I highly recommend anyone that needs body work or paint done to choose Next Auto. They also are a dealership and I plan on purchasing a vehicle from them the next time I m in need of a vehicle.

Have purchased a few cars from here for me and my family the past couple of years and all I have is good to say. They communicate very well and are honest. The work they do to the vehicles are better compared to others in the Salt Lake Valley that I've seen. They also did some body work for one of my vehicle this past summer and did an excellent job. Couldn t be happier and will continue buying from here. I highly recommend Next Auto to anyone who is looking in the used car market and also if anyone needs body or paint done.

Bought a Mazda 3 after contacting Kevin on Facebook market. The car was as advertised and I had an external mechanic double check before purchase. Unlike other dealers, Kevin and his team were very transparent throughout the process and they repaired everything my mechanic complained about before we closed the deal. I will recommend buying used cars from them, mostly because of how transparent they were and communication has been great too!P.S- Make sure you have the car inspected by an external trusted mechanic before you make the purchase. They mentioned the car was in great condition but my mechanic found a couple of safety issues. But as soon we told them, they fixed it in less than a week. Bottom line, don t pay until you have done your checks properly!!!!!

I got my car here last year. The owner sells rebuilt cars and all i can say is he works MAGIC! I've seen the before and after's on the cars amazing how good the results are. i purchased a 2009 Subaru Legacy and it works excellent. and i got a great price for it.

I was looking to get body work done on my daughters 4-runner, jose made the process pretty easy. He texted me his availability, and his price was very reasonable. It took about 4 days to complete the work, and I was super impressed at the body work. I would recommend him to others!!Thanks again!!!Chad

Jose and his team are extremely talented, actually some of the best body and paint work I've ever seen, and I've owned many wrecked or salvaged title vehicles. Body gaps are perfect and he is a perfectionist when it comes to delivering a vehicle to its new owner. He was extremely fair with his pricing, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I'm certainly going to shop is inventory for future cars and have him fix my other son's car that someone else painted.Thanks Jose!

DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER BIG TIME!!!!!! I went there yesterday to buy a car through them, I explained to them that I will be getting a car loan on Friday and I absolutely love the car and it was perfect for me so they made me sign a contract with them and boom they sell the car from under me! So unless you have the money in your hand to buy a car from them I suggest not going here! The manger was a great person and very nice but I will not tolerate getting screwed over like that!

One of the best places where to purchase a vehicle. i brought my self a 2007 gti and i could not be more grateful. loved the fact that they give you their vehicles with services done and stuff, really REALLY nice and clean as well with their vehicles. This dealership would surely not let you walk out unhappy. well at least i did not.

Liars, scummy, and do awful work with cheap partsThey told me the car I bought had only cosmetic damage but only 3 months later did I find out they replaced far more and replaced the transmission with a cheap, used one. It broke down and I had to spend $3000 to replace it. When I asked them, they denied replacing it and refused to help in any way. They also blamed me for the transmission breaking and said I probably did something myself that caused it.After replacing it, the suspension creaked and rattled like crazy. Finally just cut my losses and got rid of the lemon and it cost me thousands!They come off as nice guys but they do horrible work and replace parts with the cheapest they can find. I'm warning you, don't buy from them.

Do not buy from this dealer. They cut corners. A week after we purchased our car it started to vibrate really bad. We took it in to a mechanic and the motor mounts were broken. I went back to Claudia at next auto and they refused to fix it. I told them legally the car should pass a safety inspection. I looked up on utah.Gov and they were in the wrong. Only after threatening legal action did they fix the car.

Un rob� completo . Este hombre nos dijo que auto estaba en perfecto estado , una semana despu�s de comprarlo comenz� tener un extra�o sonido y hacer una nube gris de humo , por lo que lo llevamos al mec�nico , para nuestra sorpresa era el motor que est� completamente da�ado . Mi recomendaci�n si usted compra un auto lleve a su mec�nico no deje que lo enga�en y que pierda su dinero completamente como nos enga�aron a nosotros .
