I started my car last week and clearly there was an issue with exhaust. I took my care to a national chain who wanted over $1,000 to fix the issue. Upon recommendation, I took my car in to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. The gentleman diagnosed my issue and gave my multiple options to fix it. Highly recommend. Will take my cars here in the future. Great service, great communication and an easy process!

Cesar is fair, prompt, friendly and professional. He has taken care of my car s muffler wear and tear for the last 8-ish years. He runs a great shop and I highly recommend.

Cesar is the best one there, hands down! He does honest work. My car needed a catalytic converter replacement and he did the job FAST! There was also other faults my car had and explained them throughly, which I am entirely grateful for. From now on, I will be coming here for all of my car concerns and repairs! I highly recommend their services!

I have had a hell of a run with my truck lately. I had so many things upgraded/replaced (shocks, ball bearings, idler pulleys, brakes, rotors, drive belt, all the tires, etc just giving her some well deserved TLC), including my clutch, and ever since then my truck has felt NOT right she was noisy, like she was coming apart!Ceasar came HIGHLY recommended to me, by the same (auto-industry) friend who took a look and said that it was due to my shocks and exhaust. Took it in today. Ceasar found all sorts of issues some due to the installation of the exhaust, and some likely due to the place that did my clutch. He had her ready to go again after two and a half hours and he had to take the whole thing apart, cut things down, re-weld several places, and add in missing brackets.I just drove it all over the place that was 100% of the noises that I was hearing While turning, while driving, while starting the truck up, while shutting the truck down, I don t know why it was so noisy after all the work that they did, but it just sounded loose Constantly! Made me feel like my truck was going to fall apart at any moment. Cesar, seriously saved the day, and my sanity!I m in love with my truck again.

Great place to go for honest work. Went in for a rattle noise, they determined it was just the bracket from my after market trailer hitch being a little too close to the muffler. Didn t even charge me to fix it

Great. Honest and upfront and nice people! Maybe more expensive than some, but when the job is fixed, it js cheaper in the long run.They diagnosed the problem that I was throwing parts at, fixed it and explained what happened. They didn t make me feel bad for trying to fix it myself.The only hang up was getting the best part, but given the fear that the part that I had used was subpar and the 13 hour drive that was coming, it was totally worth it and they did my emissions at the same time.

I did not feel like they were trying to up-sell me at all. I feel like they did excellent work on my muffler/exhaust pipes. They even provide a guarantee which I was surprised by considering the shape that my muffler was in when I brought it in.

My visit to "Mr Muffler" turned into a distressing tale of being scammed. Initially quoted $200 for the repair, my own mistake of providing the wrong part unwittingly played into their hands. Seizing the opportunity, they shamelessly inflated the bill to a staggering $500. Their manipulative tactics and lack of empathy left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. It serves as a stark reminder to be cautious and meticulous when dealing with automotive repairs, as even a simple error can be exploited for financial gain. And trust me don't go to them thinking they are cheap because I'm the end they will do whatever they can to squeeze every last penny out of you.

All the positive reviews are right, Cesar is the man! Instead of replacing the flex pipe and Catalytic convertor for $1200. He welded a repair flex pipe in for only $400 on my Dodge Grand Caravan.

Cesar is very honest and thorough in his work. I've had him do a lot of work for me and he is always consultative and professional. He talks through projects and understands the nuance of what he could run into the deeper he gets into fixes(I've had him do some major surgery). I've always felt his prices are fair and his work is fast and done right. He's experienced to the point that I hope he never retires so I can lean on him to keep my van on the road. You won't be sorry you took your car to him.

Check engine light came on. We were able to get it there and got it looked at and worked done the same day. It was the fuel injector. Price was reasonable. Thanks

Cesar is amazing. Great customer service and his knowledge is incredible. I got turned away from a couple different muffler shops because they didn't couldn't do exactly what I wanted for my custom application. Me muffler did it for a competitive price and i had my truck back a day and a half later. I will use them again and will refer everyone his way. Thank you Mr. Muffler

I needed to have custom work done to accommodate an ADA van. Caesar did a fantastic job in one day and charged me a very reasonable price for his hard work. My van is running great, and I will definitely refer my friends and family!

Whenever I need exhaust work or to get my vehicles inspected I choose Mr Muffler. I wouldn't hesitate to have repairs done here either. I've been coming here for 10 years now. I've had 3 complete header back exhaust systems done here and they were all perfect, but the main reason I keep coming back is this place is honest! If Cesar (owner operator) tells you that you need brakes or any other repair you actually need it. It can be hard to find competent fair priced work, but with Mr Muffler that's exactly what you get.

I was absolutely blessed, that Aamco was busy and ended up here. Very, honest, hardworking and he saved me in desperate jam at a more than fair price. I will be a customer here for life. I almost never give 5 stars but this is a business I can trust! Take your car here first!

The crew at Mr. Muffler took care of my exhaust on my BMW after a painless appointment was set. The turn around time was fast, Prices were amazing, and the best part of all they are perfectionists. My dual exhaust is centered, flush, and looks like nobody has ever touched it. True Professionals. Look no further!! They also perform general service on all makes and models. I'm a customer for life! Thanks for the stellar work!

Had the best experience today at Mr. Muffler! The Jeep dealership told me I needed to replace a $500 part to eliminate a rattle that was underneath my car. Brought it into Mr. Muffler and told Cesar what the dealership had told me was wrong with it. He later called me back and informed me he found the noise and it was just a clamp that had fallen loose and that after he tightened the bolts the noise was gone. Not only was his price much lower than the dealerships, he saved me even more money by simply tightening some bolts. Honest, great people that know how to treat the customers! Mr. Muffler will have my business for life! I highly recommend them.

Javier and Caesar are awesome! They are very competent, honest and fair. Due to my positions as inventory manager at car and truck dealerships, I have used them for years to work on a wide variety of passenger cars, trucks and medium and heavy duty trucks, too. You absolutely can't go wrong with this shop doing your work.They are up-front with everything. If there is ever a situation where they feel they can not make the repair you are asking about, they will simply tell you. Let that sink in... They would rather pass up earning your money today, to keep your business for tomorrow.

Wow, what a painless experience. We called, they said come on down, and had it done in less than two hours for a very reasonable price. Cesar spouted off model facts about our 28 year old Previa that made me feel really confident about his experience and skill. I ll be calling them next time for sure.

I have had a handful of cars that I have owned, serviced with Mr. Muffler and I cannot say enough bout the great service and attention I received. They have been quick, courteous and more than fair. I have had suspension on my 2002 Civic Si repaired and the air conditioning worked on. I have had my ford pick up electrical and tune up done. All this work and so much more I have had with Mr. Muffler and they have been so professional. It is so hard to find an honest mechanic shop these days and I am lucky to have found Mr. Muffler. If you looking for peace of mind, fair prices and excellent service I recommend Mr Muffler.Russ West Valley

Mr. Muffler has been servicing my vehicles for years. Both of my cars are over 15 years old with more than 200k miles and still run strong thanks to these guys. They are honest, and they do excellent work at affordable and competitive prices. They are helpful and get repairs done in a timely manner! They have exceeded my expectations everytime and never try to sell me things I dont need. I do not go anywhere else unless it is something they have referred me elsewhere for (which was only once for transmission rebuild). I highly recommend them!

Great place! We were about to buy a used car and wanted them to take a look at it. Caesar looked over our car and took the time to explain everything that was going on so that we could understand what we were getting into! Very fairly priced too. Would recommend to other people!

Mr muffler is shop that you can trust, I've worked at other shops and always sent people to him that couldn't afford a higher price shop. He is always willing to help in any situation and when I'm not available to help family members I send them to him, cause I know they will be treated with respect and honesty. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.

Always 100% excellent and friendly service. They really care about your automotive needs, and they will never try to rip you off like most dealers and chain auto shops. They are always 100% honest with you, and will advise you of needed repairs without pressuring you into spending more money at that very moment.
