DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! The owner completely destroyed my car and charged me 3000 to do that, not only did he do that he also stole my wheel well liner, badges, my antenna, and my cargo cover. He threw away a love note my girlfriend wrote me years ago he broke a bolt off in my wing and stripped the others out, he broke my door trim, he didn t paint match literally anything I was told it would be oem hardware and bumper which it s obviously not. He even loosened one door latch completely and tightened the other down so tight I BROKE 2 bits trying to get it out. A complete joke of a mechanic and a terrible company. There is much more I am sure to find at some point.

Bill and this company are the very best in this valley. Thank you so much for correcting what another company just absolutely destroyed the paint on my truck. MG Autobody did a fantastic job on my truck! I had a little oops with a trailer meeting my pillar and everyone wanted around 5k to fix it. These guys did it for a fraction and in 1/3 the time! Very impressed!

I went in to see if they could give me an estimate for a collision repair. The old man at the front was creepy and very rude. He also made an unprofessional comment what did you do to your car I did not do anything actually, somebody else hit my car. You need to teach your staff to not make accusing comments to customers. Do not go here if you are a women.

Awesome people very friendly and quality services performed. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, they treat your vehicle as if it was there vehicle and that shows a lot of care. I highly recommend them! :)

My brand new VW (which I LOVE) was rear-ended just a few weeks after purchase. We all know cars never look the same after repair work. That s not the case here at Ventura!!! Bill and his team did an amazing job repairing it. I am so impressed with their work that my husband and I ll will take all our vehicles here now. Really happy to have found this place! I would totally recommend Ventura s to anyone. My car came back to me looking better then the day I bought it after having repair work done on it. I have used Venture for about 10 years. Every time I get my cars back whether a detail or collision repair they appear perfect. There attention to detail and total transparency is unmatched. They are worth the extra money though I have always found they are competitive with other shops. Highly recommend Ventura s.

I've come here twice for work on my car and left happy every time. The color match is spot on and I have a very uncommon color. You can't even tell I've ever had any body work or touch ups done. It is as perfect as the day I drove it off the lot when I leave Ventura's. Not to mention how unbelievably nice and honest they are there!

This is the place to go! I could not be happier with the work completed. I am VERY picky about my vehicles and they made my truck look as good as the day I drove it off the showroom floor. I got quotes from a few different shops, but after talking with Bill it was obvious he had the attention to detail I wanted. Best of all the customer service was excellent, they took great care of me! I'm not one to write reviews, but this one was worth the effort. Thanks again.

My truck is brand new and had some vandalism done to it. I called and met with 10 different shops around the SLC. I really wanted to make sure I could trust the people working on it. The reason I chose this shop is mostly because I could tell Bill genuinely had my best interest in mind and treated my truck exactly as if it was his. The office staff is also super friendly. They will have a lifelong customer with me now.

My mechanic (Wofford European) recommended Ventura s, and I am SO grateful.First, I noticed the business is immaculate: front door, steps, windows, everything. That set my expectations high: These people are detail-oriented.The repairs were done promptly and correctly, with BMW parts. AND when I picked up the car, it was immaculate, too, inside and out! It s like the Ventura s people only know one way of doing things: perfectly.Ventura s is five star plus-plus.

Had to take my car here three times due to various accidents. They are fantastic here. They will deal with your insurance to make sure you get new OEM parts for your repairs. They are polite and helpful any time I call to get an update on how my repair is going. Every time I get my car back from them, it looks flawless. As long as I own a Volkswagen, I will be bringing my car back here for body work. Highly recomended!

Bill took care of all communications with the other party's insurance company, and kept me up to date on the repairs and estimates. The work on my car was superb. It looks and feels like nothing ever happened to it. I highly recommend this business.

Called ahead and scheduled to have an estimate done. I had backed out of my driveway and caught the front bumper on the curb. I showed up during my lunch hour and they got a tech to look at my issue. It turned out not to be too serious and he fixed in in minutes! I appreciated the customer service and will be going back here for any body repair needs!

Without question the finest repair and paint shop in Salt Lake. The crew is solid, and have been there for years. That speaks volumes about the owners. They match challenging factory paint with flawless results. You can't go wrong here.

Amazing work, my brand new VW got hit into and they did an excellent job, it looks brand new again, everything matches up perfectly. They worked with the other party's insurance and fought to get me all new and genuine parts. I would not take my cars anywhere else.

Incredibly honest and knowledgeable people here. The ladies at the front desk were super attentive and helped me get situated immediately and the man doing the estimation clearly had a lot of experience and was very informative. Best experience I've ever had at an auto shop.

After further inspection they messed up on everything but the paint, they didn't realign the tailgate, they didn't put the clear rock guards back on the bed, the exhaust hangers weren't replaced, all he did was replace two tires, one rim and painted the truck bed for $7500 and it took over a month. I will not go to him again or recommend him to anyone
