My experience from door to car was probably the most smooth and stress free of all luxury dealerships I've encountered in SLC. I was greeted by professional salesmen who in no way lurked or pressured me into a conversation. When I made my decision on the vehicle I wanted, the finance manager made it a no fuss, straight forward, and clear experience. In addition to the sales experience, the service is superb. I am definitely a loyal customer to MB because of this dealership. Thank you all!Update: I got my new c300 here in May and the consistency in client experience from salesmanship to service is top notch. Eric will be my forever salesman for being so accommodating and pressure-free! Everyone as well is so friendly and courteous! The best or nothing, and they mean it.

Great experience with Dillon and the MB staff. Very easy process. Maybe one hour start to finish. Super happy and love the new vehicle.

Sales team is great, but that s what brings in the revenue so they have to be top notch. I was super important to them at the sales stage. However, they don t seem to have a great structure for any kind of long term relationship after a car is sold. I have yet to get a response from anyone here after emails and messages because the right person somehow is never available.

I've literally never felt this way when buying a vehicle, but I genuinely had a great experience at Mercedes of SLC. Ella did a great job helping us along the way, I felt like we got a great deal, and the process was smooth and easy. Really, a great experience!

I had issues with my C300 that I needed investigating and fixing ASAP. Crawford and his team took care of the issues quickly and diligently, keeping me informed along the way whilst keeping me on the road with an excellent vehicle meantime. Repairs and all round service were to my fullest satisfaction! We're already discussing my future upgrade. Very happy!

We had a great experience with Gardner. He was always readily available to us and went the extra mile to get us a great deal on both cars we purchased. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Mercedes Downtown Salt Lake.

I had written a review that was not so glowing, but after talking with Dave Bennion, the General Manager, he resolved all my issues. Not only did Dave handle it with professionalism but made sure I was happy with the way it was being handled and made sure I was 100% happy with the repairs. I ve bought 5 cars in my lifetime from Ken Garff Mercedes and every single time all problems are addressed, fixed and then they made sure you are happy with it. Every salesman was honest and professional. All but one salesman was great at following up with any issues I had (thus the first not so glowing review). Thank you Dave for all your help. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new car.

As a automotive repair shop owner and ASE certified mechanic for the past 18 years, it was hard for me to have to take my wife's mercedez to another shop for repairs. We have a warranty on the car but we can't use our own business as the repair facility so we are stuck taking it elsewhere. Before I brought the vehicle to Mercedez in salt lake, I did my own diagnostic on the two issues I wanted looked at wich were clicking noise when turning left or right (cv axles or suspension component) and a random timing chain rattle on start up with a stored fault code ( p0016 intake camshaft issue) my short diagnostic and research told me that this is a common issue with some mercedez motors and the culprit is the cam adjusteror tone wheel on the camshaft has moved. Both are very labor intensive repairs but crutial to the engine. If fhe timing chain skips and gets too far out of sync, the valves and pistons will collide and the engine will be destroyed. We made an appointment with MB and dropped it off Friday at 2:45. When we waked in we were waiting in line to speak with the service advisor and overheard two service advisors talking about a customer's vehicle that had been back to the shop 5 times for the same issue. Thay immediately made me a bit hesitant to leave the car there. We were set up with Vivian as our service advisor. She has a dry personality and wasn't friendly at all. She said she would relay my information to the tech and call us when the diagnostic was done. After not hearing anything by the next Wednesday, my wife called to get an update and was told they still haven't looked at it and we were second in line. Later that day Vivian called and said the technician drove the car and didn't hear any clicking noise when driving the car. I said, whell then he didn't drive it because it does it every single time you turn and her response was, oh actually Nevermind I see he says you need front and left cv axle for a cost of $5600. I was surprised of the cost and said OK what about the timing chain rattle and stored engine code. She said there is no check engine light and I said I know there is no check engine light but there is a code stored for camshaft timing wich correlates with the rattle in the timing chain and she said the tech didn't look at it. I told her I am a shop owner and ASE certified mechanic and asked if I could speak to the tech about the information I have with the common issues on that motor and she said no I can not, she will relay any message to the tech. Very rude and over confident with herself. I told her to have her tech look at the stored code in the computer and do a diagnostic on it. She called back 30 minutes later and said the tech scanned the computer and seen the stored code. He check the camshaft adjuster (pressed a few buttons on his scanner) and the adjuster test good so there is nothing wrong and to bring it back when the check engine light comes on.Just to inform anyone reading this. If there is an audible issue (rattle) in the timing chain area of the motor and a stored code that relates to the timing components and known documented issues of certain timing components. That is something you want to fix asap and save the motor from catastrophic failure. Not something you just want to drive and wait to see what happens. The outcome of skipped timing chain will be catastrophic. With the timing chain noise, stored fault code, and documented issues with timing components, I as a shop owner would have warranted a repair to fix the issue before it becomes a more costly and inconvenient problem. They don't listen to their customers and their concerns. The mechanics must be inexperienced and or lazy. They are highly over priced and the customer service needs attention. If you have to bring your vehicle to MB of salt lake I hope you don't have to deal with Vivian and I hope they listen to your concerns and address them so that you don't have to take your vehicle back multiple times.

I scheduled a test-drive for a pre-owned vehicle, hours in advance. When I arrived the gas tank was completely empty with the gas light on - so I was only able to drive it around the block! This was a huge red flag, but I came for a specific vehicle after doing a lot of research - so I pressed on. I did purchase the car, and I'll be buying a second vehicle later this year - but not from this dealership. The car works for us okay, but - wow - it drives like it has the brake on. I suspect if I had been able to take it onto the freeway, I'd have started looking for a different model. Lesson learned. I'll never again buy a car that I can't take on the freeway, and I'll walk away from a dealership that can't make the smallest effort on behalf of a buyer. The photos of the vehicle on their website showed the mats and cargo cover in the trunk of the car. The sales person - who was entirely pleasant to work with, and whom I have NO complaints about - did inform me that they didn't have the mats for the back seats. I had wrongfully assumed I would be received the remaining mat and cargo cover. I wish they could have made a small effort to get these - considering they were shown with the vehicle. In the future, I hope they'll consider gassing up their cars, and remove photos that aren't an accurate representation of what you're getting.

Ken, the General Manger, was personable, friendly, and took extra time to be with us. We loved Rossi, the financial manager, who was wonderful, worked extra time to help us, and made our car buying experience a joy! We came away from Mercedes with a new friend!Angela, the service manager, is amazing! She helped make sure everything was in tip-top shape and gave us wonderful tips about the car and future maintenance and service! Will have no problem trusting her with our car as we move forward. This was the best car buying experience we have had! Love SLC Mercedes and all the people who helped us so wonderfully!

I bought my Ford from them and I had an amazing experience! Dave L. Was definitely the best car salesman I have ever had or met, he isn't pushy or sly, just upfront honest and patient as you search for a car. And the care they take with their customers AFTER you have bought a car is five star, I would definitely buy here again and recommend anyone to buy here. Also they got me 1/4 point less interest than the lowest the credit union offered!

This group was top notch from the initial call down to the final purchase agreement. I worked specifically with Spence who made the experience of purchasing a vehicle from out of state a very good experience. Prior to shipping the vehicle to me they found a small crack on the sun roof and made sure it was replaced prior to sending to me. That showed me they stand behind taking care of their customers. I will be looking to them the next time I'm in the market to buy. A shout out to Rossi as well for taking care of all the paper work and keeping me informed on the progress. Overall a top notch Team!

Bought a CPO vehicle from this dealership from out of state. Initially, the experience was great. During the purchase, pictures and videos of the car were sent, included accessories etc. Having been a CPO, its required to meet certain guidelines from Mercedes or so I thought. When questioned prior to purchase of car condition, no physical damage was ever mentioned. The car was shipped (dealer selected transportation company) and sent to me. Car arrived completely covered in dirt - to be expected on a large trip, no worries. It being a high end CPO, why was it shipped on an open carrier? Upon inspecting the car, the extra set of winter tires (which don't even fit the car), were thrown in the back seat in thin plastic bags. The tires were wedged into place damaging the leather, coating the seats in black dirt (white interior leather by the way). Further, upon inspection of the outside of the vehicle, rear end paint chips and scratches were found. Even worse, someone had tried to cover the damage with incorrect touch up paint. I read the inspection report from the transportation company and they had found the same damage I had just found, prior to shipping. I continued to find physical damage, horribly scratched rims, dented speaker grill, scratched center console, scratches on inside of one the passenger windows, and moisture inside both the headlights. Sent all the damage to the sales person at the dealership and got a $250 check for a detailing but otherwise they told me to go pound sand and haven't been any help since. Filed a formal complaint with Mercedes USA and was told manager would reach out, they never did. Can't believe this was the Mercedes experience I received. Completely disgusted with the overall experience and would not recommend buying from them.Update 2/10/20: After finally receiving some form of contact from management seen below, a month has now gone by after a direct email was sent to the manager with no response period. To continue the down right awful experience I've had, I received a call last week from the dealership stating that they wrote the title wrong and now is my problem to fix. This organization is a joke.

We purchase vehicles frequently, so I'm very familiar with the process from start to finish. These guys did make the process quick, which is what I needed, but the dealer markup is something to be aware of. Yes, we were able to get what we wanted (by chance), but we were also able to find similar options in nearby states that were not marking up their vehicles...they were just the wrong color for us.

I ve called this dealership a couple different days, for pricing on an oil change. I was put on hold each time for 15 minutes before hanging up. My Airbnb is between 2 Mercedes dealerships, but both are too good to answer the phone for a price quote.

Be Careful with Mercedes benz of salt lake.We bought a Mercedes from mercedes in salt lake. We was told that the car was inspected and fully serviced. Couple months later we notice some safety issues were not working. When we took the car to do service, we found out that no fully service has been done as the sales man told us .Be careful dealing or purchasing a used car from Mercedes benz of Salt Lake .

Eric is AMAZING, he helped us from afar for more than 6 months! Today my BABY arrived (brand new AMG G-WAGON) she is gorgeous.. buying a car like this without ever stepping foot in the dealership could be scary, but Eric updated us constantly, he was also so patient with us, I was very picky to say the least, but over the 6 months he was continuously sending new Wagons, and we finally found the winner!! Between Eric and Mrs.Rossi it was a seamless transaction especially for being in a totally different state. Thank you so much!! We'll be doing business with them againin the future!!!

Dave Bennion and his team (Rossi) Were incredible to work with. They found the cars (2) we wanted and went way out of their way to get them to the dealership and then deliver them to St. George -300 miles away.

The salesman never responded to me after I told him I filled out the customer survey. Up until then, he was very attentive and responsive when I had questions about my new purchase. I feel that as soon as I told him I gave him a positive review, he had no reason to help me. Very disappointed and won t be a return customer.

I called to make an appointment to get my wife's g wagon fixed under warranty as it had a squeaky idle pulley. They scheduled me for over a month out. When I dropped the car off on the day and time they had set I was informed it wouldn't be looked at for several more days. After 4 days of them not looking at the car it took several calls to different advisors to get it looked at. They determined that the idle pulley was bad as I had told them. Telling us it was a "big job" we were told that it would be another week until the car would be done. When I said I would be picking the car up then all of a sudden they had the pulley that wasn't supposed to be delivered until the following week and got it done in 2 hours. Terrible service and won't be going back.

BEST Mercedes dealer and we went to two others that day. My husband and I were shocked, in a good way, by the whole experience here. We were helped by Eric he was very knowledgeable, helpful answered all questions, prompt, up front, friendly overall awesome. Everything was smooth, quick and easy.Even after hours Eric stayed and made sure to explain, in detail how everything in the car works and to set up my phone, it was just the best car buying experience we ve personally ever had. Will for sure be recommending SLC Mercedes to friends and family.

Very disappointed in service department. They recommended a spark plugs change on my Ml350 and after that my check engine light came on. I went back to service and my car stayed for 4 days and they told me it's ready, problem was solved with ignition coils. I went home, the next morning the same problem with check engine light came on. I went back to service and they told me that the guy who worked on my car doesn't have to much experience, very strange for dealership. And new guy found that ignition coil need to be changed and they charged me $524.00. With my old spark plugs I had no problem with new ones problem. I had to pay price that is not fair. Next time I will think about going to that service. P.S. Try to contact service manager never call back, either general manager never respond to my email. Very unprofessional for a Big Mercedes house.

Spoke to parts guy on the phone about a part that was ordered. He was short with me and claimed there was nothing ordered under our name but had 1 in stock, when responding to him about our account he hung up the phone on me. Very rude, will take my business to MB Draper instead.

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I am out of state so I asked for all issues cosmetic/mechanic to be disclosed to me ahead of time. When the vehicle arrived to me, there was damage to the front bumper that was present before the car was transported and that the dealership failed to disclose to me when I asked. After numerous back and forth, and providing proof that the damage was present before transport, the dealership is refusing to pay for the full cost of the repair. Claiming that I am asking for a blank check when I have only asked a specific amount based on 2 estimates from local shops. Their fair offer from 20 years in business is 1/3 of the repair cost of damage that they failed to disclose to me. Making me have to pay thousands of dollars on top of the cost of the car, to have it in the condition that was agreed to.I would not trust this establishment to provide a vehicle in the condition promised unless you physically see it yourself.Their business practices are unethical and disrespectful.

We had a great experience with Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake City. Our sales person was Gary and honestly I have never seen better customer service than his. He is great as person and he made the transaction very helpful. Brad general manager was pretty great and helpful as well.
