Fast and professional! We were preparing for a trip in my Mercedes Sprinter Van when we found out about the problems with the air conditioner. Many other companies and the MB dealer refused to help us with this problem. Thank you, Meineke! The problem has been solved! Everyone is alive and not overheated!))

Dishonest and they will profile you. Different prices for different people. I was initially told one price to have my brakes and rotors done. When I brought my car in they tried to charge me more. After the back and forth of him trying to hustle me I had to bring my dad in who stuck up for me about the price being what it was supposed to be. I left with my brakes feeling weird so I went with my gut and had another professional look at my brakes just a couple days later. He confirmed meineke ruined my rotors and brand new brakes and I would need to replace both. He also advised me that the situation is dangerous because they sanded my rotors very uneven and there was bumps and different thickness and could cause brake failure. I was upset. I took pictures, went back to meineke for a refund. The manager said no refunds they would only fix my car the following week and tried to minimize the situation and said it wasn t dangerous. Since trust has been broken at meineke I took my car somewhere else. I have tried to fight these guys for a refund but they wouldn t give me one. I paid for new brakes and rotors at a different place and they are now working fine. Meineke in south salt didn t do the job I paid them to do and tried to put me in a corner to fix the problem their way when they should have just refunded my money. Why would I trust someone who I just complained about (your employee) to fix my car? Bad business practice.

Found out the rotors installed were defective The manager did a great job of explaining was able to get new ones and install at the same visit paying just for the labor very pleased with his service and explaining the warranty

I had a great experience. I got in the same day and they stayed late to finish. Everything was explained and they even showed me my worn brake parts. Friendly and courteous as well. I will use their services again

Wonderful customer service from George. Very good work done efficiently and timely. I take my vehicle to this shop for brakes, muffler, shocks, axel, suspension, anything I need they can most likely do and I love it.

They didn't check for the problem I asked them too, but they got right to work on the brakes and oil change. When I called and said I wanted to change my appointment from leaving car to waiting he said "fine" and didn't even ask my name. I sat there for hours because the appointment still said that I was leaving the car. Pretty "meh" experience. Annoyed I still have to take it somewhere else for the sound I'm hearing.

The entire bottom panel of our car was unsecured and dropped to the ground for 60 miles until we got home. The panel is ruined and needs replaced. I was able to secure it in place long enough to wait and order a new panel and rivets.

Genuine and honest work! I ve been going there for 5 years and never have to worry about being overcharged or taken advantage of. The location is great too. Priced the part (AC compressor) I needed replaced at over 2x what a reputable OEM replacement costs including shipping, plus outsized labor for a fairly straightforward process. Multiple stars for being somewhat truthful.

I know several people that they over quotes and made up issues for. They quoted my friend $1400 for all these things and when she took it for a second opinion they told her none of that was wrong, and that what was wrong wasn t even listed

Great service!! Very fast and helpful, both the technician and the owner are a great team! Our car got hit to a rock and we towed it to this place as a nearby option. They took it in soon and identified the problems soon enough, also called their warehouse to try to help me order the part the car needs, not over promised and even we couldn't get it all fixed today, but we can see them trustworthy which many car owners also came to them while we were waiting, I have no doubt why. Great place to send your car here~Oscar, I just learned the technician's name and read other reviews, are really an amazing human being, along with his partner George (or Jorge). He got out of his way to stay till passed 7pm to still help me fix my car and turn off my car engine because the car gear is not engaging. The most important thing is he knows what he is doing and he was very patiently explaining to me. I am super lucky to meet them in a super unlucky day...

I'm a bit torn on this review. I took my car in to have the catalytic converter replaced , and they were able to provide the needed service for a lower cost than I had been quoted elsewhere. While I was there I had them check the steering on the car as well, because it was making a clicking noise when turning. After driving it for a moment and looking it over I was told that " the rack and pinion steering was the problem and needed to be replaced" at a cost of about $1200. ($800 for the part) First off. There are a lot of components in a steering system, and just spouting off the name of the type of system the car uses, without being able to tell me a specific part was a red flag. I had it looked at somewhere else, and it was determined to be one of the cv axles that was bad. The part was $125 and replacing it fixed the issue I was having.

Made an appointment and showed up only to have the man tell me that he doesn t have refrigerant. I had to explain to him 3 times that isn t what I was looking to fix. He then ran the codes and told me he doesn t have parts for my car and sent me away. Waste of time.

I backed into an object and dislodged part of the muffler. It was hanging. I first went to a different establishment, but they were no help. I then went to Meineke. The tech then put my car on the rack, looked over the damage, told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and I agreed. An hour and a half later, I was on my way. The work was done in a timely manner and the guys there were very professional and friendly. We needed our muffler to be fixed so we could get back home to another state. Actualite I was somewhat disappointed sure. I used to go to this shop often, probably went to it over 30 years ago, and it has changed hands a couple times since then. I doubt I will go there again.I was given a quote by an employee that was very personable and was totally great, until I went in to pay the bill. I think it was the owner that was in the office, and he told me that the employee shouldn't have quoted me that price for the work I had done at his shop, and criticized other points about the whole transaction, getting out the door was more expensive then I thought it would be. I thought the guy was a little bit hard on his employee and me as a customer, because I had a little bit of a different thing than they usually do. Overall, the owner, or manager, I think it was the owner, seemed upset that I didn't buy more things from them oh, and it seems like that's why he charged me more, because I didn't buy more from them. They didn't do extra work or anything, and did the work I need it done quickly, and didn't have to use extra materials or anything, but this guy seem to have a bug in his butt and just wanted to charge me more. I paid it this time, and wish it were the old days when there were good people running that shop. I'll try somewhere else next time

I got in my car after work and the car would not start. The batter was dead. I got a jump but as I was driving the dashboard started flashing and my power steering was not working so I knew it was the alternator. By this time it s almost 5 pm. I called several places and they could not take me. I called meineke and spoke with George/Jorge who was so kind and said to bring it over right away. He and his mechanic stayed late to fix my car. He said I would need a new battery too. I told him it was new from Auto Zone. He said it should be under warranty. He actually called them and told them and Auto Zone replaced the battery for free. My bill went from $1300 to $950.00. I m a happy customer!!Service: Auto battery replacement

Went here and they told me all these things were wrong with my car the total came out to more than a grand so i had my grandpa who s an engineer and fixes cars for a living look at it and said all the parts they claimed were wrong with it looked just fine excerpt for the motor mount did need that one but they were charging more for what he replaced it for and then the actual part that was making the rattling noise in my car he replaced and it wasn t even a part they pointed out he fixed it for 75 dollars way cheaper than over a grand for problems that s weren t even there my mom had a similar situation with this place never go there they will just hassle you for as much money as they can get from u if they think ur stupid

I came in for an ac issue. Wasn t staying cold in city traffic. 2 hours and 15 minutes later was told they had done an ac charge and that I was 2 ounces low on coolant. Went to pay and they tried charging me more than i was told. The ac was still working as it was when i brought the car in. Three weeks later I brought my Volvo into my regular mechanic. He did a flush on my coolant and added dye. No leaks were detected and he added 2 ounces of coolant. AC is working wonderfully. I do not recommend this Meineke auto shop. This was my first and last visit here. I learned my lesson and it cost me $140 and a little over 2 hours of my time. In my opinion, they are running a scam on people with ac issues. My regular mechanic charged me for a half hour of labor and with the added coolant, the bill came to $61.

I m pretty impressed with this place. I was able to get my truck in for an oil and filter change with tire rotation on a walk-in for $65. They also told me that my rear brake pads should be replaced soon (which I was aware of), but they left it at that. No high-pressure sales tactics or anything. Friendly staff and timely service. I usually do my own oil changes, but at this price? I ll be back.

Called them after another Car repair shop quoted me a high price to fix my A/c. They saved me money and Jorge got it done in just a couple of hours! Very impressed by their friendly service and super quick repair time. Going to switch to them for my other repairs now as well. I am a truck driver and don't have much time for getting things done in the time I have off, before returning to work for 7 full weeks. I had a problem taking my truck into a Chevy dealer to get work done. And I ran across this Meineke shop on Google search. I call them and talked to Jorge personally, and asked If I could bring my truck in for a tune up and oil change. He said no problem, we can get you in Tuesday. So I made an appointment, and he had my truck ready 2 hours later. And I was very satisfied with the work being done when he said it would. I highly recommend this shop, for their professionalism. They do what they say, and dont use progressive sales tactics to boost their profits. Five stars are given for five star service and values.
