Great new location of Master Muffler. I have gotten many car repairs done with them and had great service. I really recommend Jessi. He is the best mechanic in Salt Lake! He's very experienced and has been honest and reliable. I first saw him a few years ago when I needed a second opinion on a repair. Another mechanic shop had quoted a very costly, extensive repair. Jessi was able to find the real problem and repair at a fraction of the cost, so I keep going back with both of my vehicles. Highly recommend!

I had a situation where I bought a car on Ksl and it came with a catalytic converter missing .someone welded on some regular pipe in It s place. But these guys were SO friendly and SO fast! It was as affordable as a catalytic converter could be. I will definitely return if I have car problems down the road. It s the type of mechanic shop where everyone would get to know you and not jerk you around.

What an amazing experience! John has great knowledge in what he does and is honest and fair. He made an unfortunate situation more bearable. I will definitely go back with any of my car needs, and feel comfortable referring all my family and friends! Great customer service from Manager Mike as well.

This place is amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I didn t really know what was wrong with my car but, John and Mike were able to get me in get my car looked at. They informed me the issues and were able to get the part same day and labor done in under 2 hours. I will not be going anywhere else, if you want knowledgeable and efficient go here! Thanks again John and Mike you ve truly been the best of help!

We love Master AutoTech and they have served us so well since we moved to SLC in 2019. Mike is absolute best and cares deeply about the work he does and the customers he helps. Jessi is someone who we can always trust to give us great service for our cars. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. I love Master Autotech, these guys can change your oil or replace your whole engine! Michael at the counter is great and they have great prices too. This new location is nice, roomy lobby with amenities to wait in if you are in for a quick job.

I just found out that Master Muffler rebranded to Master Auto Tech!! I love the new name as it makes so much more sense! :) They have fixed everything but my muffler so far!! :) Only because it hasn't needed it! But if it would have, I would have taken it to my go to Jessi B!!I have been a dedicated customer of Master Auto Tech, formerly Master Muffler, located at 1050 South State, Salt Lake City, UT for years! I am always greeted with a smile, and the customer service is always awesome, and my vehicle is always ready quickly! My favorite part of being is a customer is knowing no matter how big small the repair is, I always know I am being treated fairly and honestly by Jessi B.I have sent so many friends and family to Jessi B., and they have gotten the same level of service and quality work. I take both my cars here and ask for Jessi. He is the only person I will let work on my cars. He is honest and only fixes what I need fixed and he lets me know what I might need to do in the future. He always makes me feel like he has my best interest in mind. Thanks Jessi and Master Tech Auto!!!

Superior customer service and integrity! Two years ago I went in to replace a muffler, they took the time to hold an aftermarket and OEM muffler in place so I could hear the sound difference as I revved my engine. The part I picked turned out to be defective 2 years later and they replaced it under warranty without complaint. Also from the employee vehicles in the parking lot, these folks love cars, always a good sign for the type of people you want working on yours.

Took my Hyundai in for a coolant leak I couldnt fix myself. John T worked on my car, and got it fixed quick! It wasnt an easy job. John was AWESOME. Mike at the front dest was friendly and took care of me. I will absolutely bring my car back here next time.
