They did an amazing job with our exhausted system. We had to have custom made piping and a muffler add to my son s F150. The cost was lower than the pricing we had from other shops. They got us in quickly and finished everything within a day. They went above and beyond with service and making us feel like we were in great hands. Thank you so much, Rich and team!

Very friendly and honest!I had a custom exhaust installed on my Tacoma, I was unsure about which muffler I wanted and they were kind enough to install two different mufflers just to let me hear the difference. The work they did looks great and no exhaust leaks through welds.I m totally happy with the results and the service of this shop!

Took my car in for a complete brake replacement/oil change, and they were super helpful! Got it done in a few hours, and they were really friendly through the whole process. I'll be coming back for more repairs. Thanks Scott & team!

The person behind the desk was nice & think they did a good job with the installation. But I'm giving this place a 4 instead of a 5 star because I think I could have paid less money somewhere else. Also, I walked in there wanting a 14 inch Magnaflow performance muffler and he talked me into getting a 16 inch instead, Saying I wouldn't care for the 14" because in his opinion it was going to be to loud driving down the highway for me, & I wouldn't like it. I wish I hadn't listened and gone with what I wanted instead ... But he did throw in a nicer tail pipe tip for me(which was kind of him to do). I'm thinking because I wasn't too happy with the price.

Stopped in for an assessment on a broken muffler and they cut, welded and fixed my problem on the spot in about 30 minutes - it was a real blessing and I d go back to these guys anytime!

The te at Master Muffler were very thoughtful and helped me get a new muffler in a matter of hours. The had called to see if they could fit me in and they made it happen around their schedule when another client had canceled. I appreciate the call back and the excellent job they did getting me back on the road the very same day. Would highly recommend this branch.Service: Exhaust

Brian is a very honest & trustworthy mechanic that I have worked with for many years. Dave is great to work with in the front office. Call a few shops and either too busy or closed. Called Master AutoTech and they said that they would get me in and get it done today. Went in for a couple wheel lug bolts/nuts to be removed and replaced and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly and skilled staff. Very impressive.

They were able to get me in the same day which was nice, but charged me over 400 dollars in diagnostic fees. Little annoyed because I asked specifically for them to look further to diagnose the other leak.

I was really worried about having a shop modify my car, however I am happy to say that they will take care of you nicely here. The employee's are very polite, straightforward, and respectful. They explained everything they were going to do before they got going, and laid out a price for me. I have been here twice to a muffler delete and again to install quad tips, and both times had been smooth. I will definitely continue coming here for any of my exhaust needs in the future!

My husband and I came to Utah to buy a truck, ran great the first day but the next day started losing power on the interstate. We got a tow to another auto shop that said they were going to take 3 days to fix it. Called around and everybody else was the same. We called Master Auto Tech they said they could look at it once we got it over there. We did, they diagnosed it and fixed it very quickly. The price was more than reasonable! They were very friendly and helpful. I cannot express my appreciation enough for them helping us get back on the road and back home!

Very pleased with how these guys took care of my check engine light. I thought I would need expensive parts but it turned out to be only adjustments so I was only charged labor. I will always return here for all of my automotive needs.

I ve taken my cars here for a while now, and I always leave feeling confident that they have taken care of everything I needed to get fixed. Dave handles things at the counter with such a great demeanor as well where I ve never felt talked down to or patronized when he is explaining what needs to happen. He is always straight to the point and makes you feel assured that things will get taken care of. Everything has felt like a fair price for the great service as well. Highly recommend.

I had my battery replaced back in April so it was relatively new but was randomly dying and not holding charge. AAA had to jump me from a dead start. Took it back in and they checked out the battery and it was bad. They warranty-ed it no problem and got me out in an hour. Super helpful.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Even though they were a little backed up, these guys took care of my car swiftly and professionally. Josh at the desk is very friendly. Wait room is comfortable. Great prices on exhaust work, will definitely come back if I need work done on my car!

I called to see if I needed to make an appointment, I did not. I took my car in at that time and that afternoon it was done and I'm totally pleased with the outcome of my experience with this company. I will recommend them to others and letting them know about the satisfaction that I received by using this company. I will use them again in the future when needed. I needed a new motor in my work vehicle and Dave found a couple for me when they came to his shop he refused them until he knew he received one that was reliable. Thank you guys soooo much. He could have put in the 1st, I would have never known. I since then I now use him for all of our work vehicles for all services. I have 15 vehicles and it's real comforting knowing that they're being taken care of without being taken.

I Spoke with Dave He was very knowledgeable exciting positive reassuring!* Then I called back spoke with Richard He was equally as knowledgeable exciting and talented as Dave!* That was just the beginning of an overwhelmingly positively Important experience!* I have been a service manager for over 25 + years. I have extensive knowledge of how automotive business operations are performed. You have automotive operations that are Honest w/Amazing Integrity!* Far to often there are businesses on the other end of that spectrum!* Unfortunately it is becoming more difficult to locate the Good Honest Caring automotive businesses!*Well indeed I FOUND A REAL STRAIGHT FORWARD HONEST TRUSTWORTHY PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE @ MASTER AUTO TECH!!* I ran into the back of a 4x4 Truck I damaged the exhaust tailpipe assy. The owner of the 4x4 Gave me the choice of Who I wanted to performed the repairs. I decided to take it to Master Auto Tech. I Crossed all my fingers they wouldn't sell me a boat load of unnecessary additional repairs to run up a huge billing Invoice!* To my big surprise they were able to Heat-up the tailpipe assy and reposition the tailpipe to it's original alignment position. The Owner of the 4x4 Truck was very satisfied with the beautiful Repairs all the work they performed on his new truck. I was absolutely surprised They only charged me $20.00 When I anticipated Cost of much much more like $200.00 + This experience has taught me I can HONESTLY SINCERELY TRUST MASTER AUTO TECHTHANK YOU DAVE!* THANK YOU RICHARD!*: THANK YOU TO THE AWESOME AUTOMOTIVE ASE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN!* For Your Amazing Quality work but your Fair Honest Integrity which is so difficult to find!* I will refer all my friends neighborsBest RegardsScott D.
