I recently had to have new brakes and belts put on my car as well as an overall inspection after I was quoted an insane amount of money to fix the issues by the dealership. Master AutoTech was super friendly, very professional, quick with service, honest and up front about pricing and just provided an overall amazing experience. Thank you for getting me back on the road and saving me a ton of money! I will definitely be a returning customer.

These folks have cared for my cars for years and I highly recommend them. I currently drive a 2009 Toyota Highlander with 225,000 miles, so I have lots of needs. They always fix it right the first time, never try to upsell, and are extremely reasonable in their prices. They are willing to do the basics to keep my car on the road. Their quality is very good and they are very good listeners to work with. I highly recommend.

First time to Master Autotech, they did a great job servicing my transmission and finding additional problems that were fixed before I picked it up, fair price and time waited for it.Give them a shot if you're in need of auto maintenance.

Just hit 300,000 miles on my daily ride thanks to Scott's step-by-step guidance. They live up to their sign that says "honest work." Great shop in an industry that too many take advantage of too often. The reputation for "good work" means there might be a line but if you call Scott he'll get you on a schedule you can plan on and get you squared away.

I've been coming to Millcreek automotive for a long time. They were always fair honest and has always done a good job. I came in recently and was shocked that they changed ownership. Only to learn that they haven't really changed. They still have the same employees. They just spruced up the place a bit. Good mechanics are hard to find and would definately recommend this place

Great shop, been coming here for a few years now with all my work. Scott is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what needs to be done. Fairly priced, honest, and great service. Will continue going here for years to come.For example, they recently checked out my vehicle and told me that it would need up to 4k in repairs. I asked Scott his opinion and he told me to look at a new vehicle. Most mechanics would have said to do the repair so they can make money, not Millcreek. Went with their suggestion and couldn t be happier. Millcreek Auto Tech 3385 Highland Dr., Salt Lake City, UT 84106 Excellent service, they put in real GMC parts at half the price from the Dealership a year ago and not plastic gears to break. And they fixed the flat tire for free...... they turn my bad day to a great day. Thank you That's true customer service.

Hey everyone, I just HAD to share my incredible experience with Millcreek Automotive! These guys are the real deal when it comes to car repairs.So, I went in with some issues related to a previous exhaust repair done by another shop. Scott, the super friendly guy who helped me, was a fantastic listener and made sure he understood what was going on. He and his team checked out my car and figured out the problem in no time.And guess what? They told me the issue was caused by the other shop's poor repair job, and instead of charging me for a fix, they suggested I go back to the first shop to get it sorted. The best part? They didn't charge me a dime for their time and advice!Millcreek Automotive is all about honesty and treating customers right. Scott and the team could've easily cashed in on my situation, but they chose to do the right thing. Now that's what I call a top-notch auto repair shop!If you're looking for a down-to-earth, skilled, and honest auto repair place, you've gotta check out Millcreek Automotive. Scott was friendly and thorough. I enjoyed chatting with him when I dropped off and picked up my truck. I thought the problem had something to do with the spark plug. But the team diagnosed our problem and replaced a damaged coil. The truck is running like a champ again. They got the job done faster than promised! And the price was right where I expected it. I also spoke with Scott about another car of ours and he recommended we go to Napa auto parts. Like many people I have a certain fear about going to a mechanic and ending up with an exorbitant bill. This was the first time I needed a mechanic in awhile and chose these guys. Scott was super friendly on the phone and in person. Their work was fast and for a good price. I trust them and will use them again if needed

My first experience was taking my car in for my AC. It had been going out (and temporarily fixed at another shop) for almost a year. Scott was able to fix it for good on his first attempt! I was so thankful that he was able to quickly and confidently diagnose the issue.I also had it taken in for an oil change and to look at a few other things. Again, he was so straightforward and gave me exact quotes on everything so I could come back when I wanted to fix any of the non urgent things. No pressure at all to fix it all on the same day.My most recent experience was also great. My car broke down and had to be towed in. Scott took the time to research the problem and found that the issue was covered under an extended warranty by calling the dealership for me.Highly recommend if you want an honest, not pushy, reasonably priced automotive shop.

I have gotten fantastic customer service since I started coming here. The work has been done in a timely manner and definitely affordable. I have been able to get appointments within the same day or week of calling and they have even fit me in on short notice when there was a problem with my car. All of my family members now bring their car to Milcreek Automotive due to its central location and great service. I won t hesitate to recommend anyone get their car looked at here.

In the middle of a long road trip and had issues with radiator/ coolant. Millcreek Automotive was willing to take a look even though they were busy. We had a diagnosis in 10 minutes and the replacement part in 25 minutes. We were back on the road with no hassle well under an hour from pulling into the parking lot. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. Services were reasonably priced. Waiting area was clean. We had no further issues for the remainder of our 6000 mile trip. Thanks Millcreek Automotive!

Scott and his team are nothing short of five stars from the customer service they provide to the detailed care they take with your vehicle. I won t be going anywhere else for my car service needs, they are trustworthy, detail oriented, friendly, and fairly priced for labor and parts.

Great guys. I had a pill of a car that was having a lot of issues, so when my engine overheated I didn't even look and assumed the worst and took it in. They were awesome as the radiator cap just fell off. They could have replaced my radiator and I would have never known any better. As it stands they charged me for the radiator cap and sent me on my way. Can't recommend them enough.

Would drive from Layton to him because this is the only shop I trust with my cars. Just moved out of state and am dreading finding a new shop. Good, honest shop.

I Have been taking my car, and my wife and two sons cars to Millcreek Automotive for many years. This place has VERY Experienced Mechanics that I was told have many years of dealership training. They are fast, the car has always been done by the end of the same day I drop them off in the morning. Dan the owner and operator is a very friendly upfront and honest guy. Dan seemed like a very smart experienced mechanic, he said he has over 30 years dealership experience. He told me he has been working on all kinds of cars since the 70s but he is a specialists in working on Cadillac, I take my Escalade and Deville to him and they always get the job done and at a fair price. Dan keeps my old and new cars safe and he saves me a lot of money not having to go to the dealership, and by only doing the work that the car needs. Quality work done by this place every time I go. I recommend Millcreek Automotive. Dan is always very nice and honest, great place to go, wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Very unprofessional, I had to sign a document before they could even touch my vehicle, and estimate was a notepad paper hand written with no specifics. I asked him 3 times for explanation about the problems, he was telling me the problem at the wrong location in the vehicle (bearing in a coil spring top cap, it doesn't even exist), very unclear. When I went to pick estimate there was a previous costumer complaining her car start rough idling and other problems after they replaced a rad for 500 bucks, in her old camry. I asked how much the fix will cost just threw 600 bucks on top of his head... good thing I went in for estimate only. I will not recommend...

Not happy at all! Took my jeep in 3 separate times to get the A/C fixed, spent over $700 and its still not working. Called and they said they can try again but it will cost me another $125. If they were honest, they would honor their work and fix for nothing. Very frustrated and feel ripped off!

Not only was I lied to once by the owner of MIllcreek Automotive, I was LIED to almost FOUR different times! I was quoted a cost of between $120-$160 & ended up paying $280! Not to mention that my car was NEVER ready when they had told me it would be.I was told it would take them two hours to replace that parts that needed to be fixed, & in the end, they had my car overnight & through their business hours, a total of 7 hours. SO INCONVENIENT!!! The best part is, they told me that there were more things wrong, & wanted almost $500 dollars to repair my vehicle (or so they said). Finally, I got my car (had to have someone else pick it up because the time I had coordinated with them was changed..surprise) & my car is WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE I TOOK IT IN.My fiance told the owner that he shouldn't have quoted me such a low price & then change it when all is said & done on the car. We told him that we didn't appreciate the way he did business & that we would NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. The owner felt SO BAD that he gave us a blank stare & said nothing, not even a thought to apologize.DO NOT GO TO MILLCREEK AUTOMOTIVE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!

Let s be honest, I have no idea about cars! I knew I needed a new battery on my car and this being sort of the closest auto shop : I had my car jump started and barley made it there ! They took care of me and gave me a hell of a deal. They put in a new battery in less than 5 minutes ! I was surprised that it was so speedy! They had me in and out in no time!
