Wow, what an amazing experience I had with the employees and service at this Toyota. They scheduled me in to get a lift kit, wheels, and tires put on my 22 1794 tundra. It looks absolutely incredible. And they were done sooner than scheduled because one of the techs stayed late. They gave me a nice courtesy car, and they were very careful with my truck. Very kind people and amazing service. I ll definitely be returning in the future.

Kelly is amazing. I use to go to a different Toyota dealership but Kelly was able to make some magic happen and get me, my dream truck. I ve been searching for this truck for years and one conversation with Kelly I was sitting in and driving a way in my truck just a couple weeks later. He s truthful and if he doesn t know a question he s not afraid to admit it and go ask for help. Kelly will be my new main POC for Toyota. I have had nothing but a great and fair experience with Mark Miller Toyota.

Chris, and Robin were great! They both helped me out when it came to finding the right car for me. I ended up getting the Toyota Corolla hatchback 24, and I LOVE IT! it s definitely turning heads, and it s smooth, and a reliable car that will last me a while. I used their free oil change and tire rotation service at 10k miles that came with the Toyota Highlander purchase. First come first serve pull up bay service, I was met by a polite gentleman who gathered some basic auto and personal information and pulled the car into the bay. I waited briefly in the waiting area while receiving the fastest oil change and tire rotation I have ever received. It felt like only 15 minutes went by and my car was ready. Impressive to say the least.

Selection was better than other Toyota dealers. Chris in sales listened, explained and got us what we wanted. No wiggle room on sticker price and that was disappointing. Nice staff. Quick. Efficient. Financing office was professional, efficient and thorough.It was three hours from looking to test drive, decision, purchase, financing office and car concierge who reviewed with us all the functions of the dash and key. Overall a very good experience.

Sales and service have been fantastic. Everyone we have worked with has been polite and I never at any point felt pressured. Going in for my 10k oil change was incredibly fast and I did not need to make an appointment. The waiting area/lobby has a coffee/drink/bagel bar with an actual barista and many of the basic drinks were free. Not to mention that my 4-Runner purchase price was better than anywhere else I researched, and their on-site selection was great. I d recommend this place to anyone looking for a Toyota.

I had an amazing experience at the Toyota dealer, especially with the service manager Mr Payne. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, providing valuable insights. He also wrote down some issues I need to keep an eye on. I have an old 2007 Toyota Rav 4, very reliable car. I love my car. Thank you for helping me fixed the problem. Today s visit was incredibly pleasant, with everyone being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was comfortable, and I genuinely enjoyed engaging with the staff. Highly recommend

Great Service !! The Service Guy who checked my car in listened to my concerns about the trouble I recently had at a stop light. They checked my Corolla Cross system, did an upgrade , & reset some stuff. I was just scheduled for an airbag recall. Im happy they took the time to upgrade my car during that service appointment. Guy who scheduled my app was nice over the phone too!

I bought a perfect spec Tacoma TRD Off Road this past weekend and I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I worked with Scott from start to finish and it was the most laid back zero pressure buying experience I have ever had, it was like talking to an old friend the whole time. Scott and the dealership are Aces in my book. Definitely will only go to them from here on out!

My sales guy Kelly was great, and they worked around my schedule to finish the purchase of a used vehicle. I got the vehicle I had been searching for at a great price, and it only took about 2 hours. I would definitely buy another used car from them, and I would absolutely come here to look for a new Toyota. They were never pushy, and everyone was kind and professional.

I love it here! I usually always give 5 stars to everyone, just to be nice, but this is the greatest service and the price is unbeatable! Seriously I ve looked around and even with a 40% discount to other shops it s still unbeatable. The people working here are great and instead of dreading to get my car serviced I look forward to it! In fact my youngest kid and my significant other always want to tag along with me. To top off all the excitement Mark Miller Toyota through in 2 years road side assistance with our service package and offers us a complimentary car wash every time we come in. Most of all I know I m getting professional care for my vehicle.

Just once I would love to have an experience with a staff member that isn t tinged with condescension. I bought my used car at this dealership, and they left the previous owner s registration information in the glove box. Lovely. And the auto repair area is littered with the classic boy s club mechanics who just can t help but be demeaning. The service they provide is fine. They do their job, and I simply don t care to find another mechanic (totally on me, I ll cop to that). But the employees they hire to do customer facing jobs that require some attention to detail seem like they have lead poisoning.

Kelly was genuinely awesome. I was impressed with his honesty, candidness, and willingness to get me the best deal on my new 2024 Toyota Crown Limited. I m usually skeptical with car shopping and this last time was especially difficult given my sentimental car that was a gift from my father was totaled by an intoxicated driver. Coming out of a somewhat traumatic experience in losing my car in an unexpected manner, the shopping experience was already something that has been stressful and something I was dreading. I knew what I wanted, where my price points were, and what would be considered both a fair and good deal for both parties. Kelly made it super simple for me and it was certainly the fastest car buying experience I ve had. I ll definitely be coming back to Miller Toyota in the future for my cars because of Kelly. He was a pleasure to work with and gave me faith that car salesmen can be genuinely honest and awesome people to work with- thanks Kelly and Miller Toyota for making my dreaded car buying experience super simple, easy, and the best I ve had yet, appreciate you all SM!

We have purchased two new Toyotas in the past 3 years from Mark Miller. They are without a doubt the best dealership we have ever purchased vehicles from, and we have purchased new Hondas, Toyotas, Audis, an Acura, and even a Porsche over the years - some of those dealerships were horrible, some okay or even good, but Mark Miller has absolutely been the best to purchase vehicles from. The dealership is a little far away from us so we have not used them for service and cannot comment there.Our most recent purchase was a new 4Runner for our young adult son. Erin Misaka was our salesperson and she was exceptional to work with. We negotiated a fair purchase price and fair vehicle trade-in within about 15 minutes of sitting down with Erin without any form of stressful back-and-forth haggling, threats, bluffs, high pressure tactics, etc., that are sadly common in the trade. Erin was kind, friendly, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout and felt to us as much like our advocate as the dealership's advocate. She has been in regular touch with us following the purchase ensuring that everything has gone well with the vehicle, to address any questions we may have, etc. We would gladly return to buy another vehicle from her.We worked with Mark Pugh (sp?) in finance. He and a finance manager from a local Honda dealership stand out as the best finance people we have dealt with. Not at all shady, Mark didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need, nor sneak in any fees, charges, or upgrades, as we have experienced with many other finance personnel at other dealerships. Like Erin, Mark was extremely friendly, down to earth, professional and courteous throughout the process. He struck us as having the utmost integrity and honesty, which is what you really hope for when working with the finance department at a dealership.If you are in the market for a Toyota in Utah, I would highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota and working with Erin M and Mark P.

Update: I did talk with Daniel and I hope things get figured out and fixed so it never happens to others. They did try to make things right and I appreciate the dealership reaching out and trying to do better.I have bought many cars in my life and this was the worst experience! The sales guy was rude and short. Financing computer were freezing up and took way to long. But the worst was getting locked in the parking lot! Not knowing who to call to get out. Finally called the rude sales guy, who called the manager, who had to come back from Layton. Just the worst customer service. They told me they would wash the car and fill the tank. The car got washed but only had 3/4 a tank and when I test drove the car was at 1/2 so they only added a quarter of gas. Super disappointed with this car dealership.

Similar to other reviews, the quality of service here is poor. Yes, they over-promise on how quickly they'll get to your car and make you wait unacceptably long times. The bigger issue I have is that when I took the car in for an oil change and full inspection, the inspected items were shown to be in acceptable or good condition, but a week later a warning light came on. When I returned, a new inspection suddenly found $1,000 of various items--the same items that were documented in their previous inspection as being acceptable. On a separate occasion, I have also tried to come here after talking with customer service (for instance, availability of technicians), only to hear a completely different response upon arrival. There is no consistency here, and I would recommend steering clear of their service department.

Came to Mark Miller Toyota on a Saturday night 5 minutes before they closed. That did not stop Greg Butcher from providing us with high level of service, after finding the right vehicle we went into the finance office and worked with Danny Vangeesen, great person, having our best interest in mind. We never felt pressured and the whole experience was very simple. I raved to family and friends about the whole experience and will be back for our next purchase. Thank you Miller team you have won a new customer.

Love that Mark Miller isn t following the dumb trend of charging over MSRP. Had an absolute great experience working with Chris Scholle there. I hate dealing with car salesman. But Chris is super pleasant to work with, not pushy. Definitely ask for him when going there.

The people were quick and courteous. And then there was Brian Payne. Do you people know what nonpareil means? I don t mean those little chunks of candy. I mean the real French. I m thinking the place should be Brian Payne Toyota. If you can t do that then give him a raise. At least make sure he has the best office chair available.

The communication for trying to get a new car from this dealership has been unreasonablely complicated. I paid a deposit to reserve a new car only for the dealership to sell it anyway because I had to figure out some budgeting for the deposit. Even though I did get refunded the deposit, and initially they were transparent with the finances and understood exactly what features I want, I am still very dissatisfied and wasted 2 months that I can not get back.
