This place came in clutch! I had called like 10 places over an hour looking for wheels for my 2011 Crown Vic about to give up, then called here. I got Marco, and this man hooked me up! He got the exact set I was looking for and sold it to me what they paid for them years ago, before I left I stopped and parked again and he already knew I was wanting some new tires. We went over some tires, he didn't up charge or try to haggle me into getting anything not needed, and did the alignment and balance for free ( drove straight as a fiddle, my guys). I never had someone as cool as Marco do work on my car. He told me about places in the area I should check out around the area, and we joked around, so I wanted to rep them, got a couple stickers, and will probably be back to get a shirt. These guys are my now my go-to for future wheel and tire needs .

This wheel and tire shop is by far some of the best service that I ve ever received anywhere I ve ever been in my entire life. I have not had the best luck the last two weeks with wheels and tires, and ended up buying a set of four tires on my wife s Honda Accord and my 2020 M550. I had one of the front wheels fixed because I got a crack in it, it took the dealership about a week and a half to get that done. When I got the set of four tires on just last week, they went to put the new tire on, and found that and had another crack, I hurried and started googling tire stores that fixed Mac wheels and tire came up. I called and I spoke to Jay, hands-down one of the coolest kids I ve ever met. Because we service in this kid is top notch and he s destined for greatness. He said that there will guy is there and can fix it just bring it on and he gave me a quote over the phone And was true to his word. Once the tire was there, they did find that there was other flat spots on the wheel from it being bent and gave me a proper quote quickly after which I was OK with because I didn t want to spend $1700 for one wheel from BMW. They fixed the wheel it does not air. It looks beautiful and I m happy to have saved $1500. I wish their store was on the corner lot with big huge signs to advertise because they deserve all the business they can get. They are tucked away all the redwood Road, but I recommend anybody go here if you want top level service from local folks that actually care, please do everybody a favor more importantly, do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here. Hands-down, some of the best service I ve ever received.

I recently installed an adjustable suspension on my bmw 3 series. I have been to Mac wheels for tires and alignments many time so I went back in hopes of getting my car back on the road and driving straight. After the work was done the car was not driving as it should and worse than before the alignment. It pulls to the right and the steering wheel is not straight so I brought it back to Mac wheels only minutes after picking it up to have the issue addressed. The car was put on the alignment rack but only a scan tool was used to supposedly correct the steering angle sensor but after another test it drive i found it in the same shape. I again brought the car back and then was told the outer tierod would not adjust so the alignment could not be done correctly. I was told to replace the tierod and return for another alignment. After I got home with my car I noticed the tech that worked on my car scratched my new coilover hat and the strut tower as well. The right front tire was poking out of the fender at the top and the other side doesn't look like that. The ride height was 3/4 of an inch taller only on that front right corner. I then called Mac wheels and was told the same thing about the tierod and the damage was omitted. The tech reported he did what he had to do to make the tire align even if that meant doing the alignment incorrectly. Tech did not use factory camber adjustment but instead set the camber plate all the way to one side. I called the next day and spoke to Marco in regards to a refund. He told me to call back the next day to get that done. He then had the next two days off leaving me to wait. When I received no response from Mac wheels I called again 7 days after the work was done and the owner told me he will not resolve the issue over the phone and that if I want anything I have to come to his shop face to face and then hung up the phone. Honestly it sounds like he just wants a physical altercation in lue of resolving my issue. The tech also reported that no changes were made to the left front of the car. The pics show the drivers side vs the passenger side and the damage caused by the tech. Worst customer service ever. All I want is my money back so I can have the vehicle worked on by a real professional. If Mac wheels response to this review is to have me call them for resolution then we know they don't care at all about quality or their customers.

Please do not bring your vehicle here for any reason at all. I've taken two different cars here for flat repair. Both times I was told the tire was bad. They do this scammy thing where you'll bring your tire in to have it repaired with an obvious screw or nail hole in the tread of the tire. They will then punch a hole in the sidewall of the tire when you're not looking and say that the tire's bad and they can't repair it & that you'll have to buy a new one. The first time I didn't notice they had done it, once again they showed me a hole that was not previously in the sidewall of the tire and said I had to replace. They replaced my tire with the wrong size tire which has likely goofed up my odometer, not to mention the car's suspension. I asked to keep the tire and took it to another shop where that shop showed me the evidence that they had punched a hole in the sidewall of the tire from the inside. They told me it happens often. Another thing they will do is quote you low on the phone and then they will charge you more money when you get there after they've already performed the work. My suggestion to anyone thinking of doing business with these guys, always get a second opinion from somewhere else after you take your car here. You will likely discover the way I did that they will tell on themselves or someone else will tell on them. I do not recommend this place and heed my words when I say DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON AT ALL. They are dishonest. Hope this helps avoid at least a few people getting ripped off.

I had my EV towed here for a tire blow out. Very friendly and knowledgeable on tires (I had snow tires). I was rolling back into my day within an hour. Highly recommend!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I wrecked my wheel completely denting it as you can see in the photo .. went to 5 places that told me they can t fix it + one of them saying they ll do it for $250 ( almost a new wheel fee ) . So I kept looking and came to mac & they fixed it same day for $90 and gave me a brand new tire for $100 . EXACTLY what I was searching for . They were fast and super nice & didn t upsell me . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Drove from Provo to this place because they would be able to boar a wheel. Turns out we didn't need to and they quickly swapped out our old rims to our new rims. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Thank you.

Marco is the man! He and his team worked with me and got me what I wanted and very close to my budget too. They had some of the nicest wheels I found in town and they actually had them in stock! I was able to roll in Saturday morning and roll out that same afternoon with new wheels and tires. I m loving the look of my Jeep Grand Cherokee more than ever. Highly recommend Mac Wheels & Tires!

A great shop! They repaired two of my rims from stupid pot hole damage. Found a matching 4th tire to get me by another 3 months, from the same incident. Regularly swap out multiple car s winter to summer tires now. Very prompt & competitive

The tire and mounting ended up more than they quoted me. Charged me separately for parts and labor so I had two charges on my Credit Card. It took about 2 hours to get 1 new tire. The tire is good quality and rides smooth.There is a restroom and vending machine if you are there awhile. It was pretty clean for a tire shop. There aren't alot of places to walk to while you wait. I had a specialty tire so if you have a traditional size tire your experience may be very different.

I brought in a chrome 14" hundred spoke wheel to be resealed because it was leaking. He advised me it would be done in 2-3 days. On the 3rd day I called, (a Friday) and they said it would be done that day, but needed the weekend to dry. Not what I was originally told, but that was fine. I called back Monday, and got the same story, that it was drying and to come back the next day to pickup. I called back the next day, (Tuesday) and they said, it's going to be done today, just needed a couple more hours to dry. I said OK look, I'll just come by tomorrow and that means it should be done for sure this time right? I returned on Wednesday and it was finally done. I honestly didn't have a problem with the time, I was more happy about getting my wheel fixed, that's why I left 5 stars. And because the quality of their work and when I picked it up the cust service was A+++. I only advised about the time and lack of communication because I'm sure other people would have been bothered by it, when I wasn't. Maybe something to work on, besides that, I couldn't be happier, excellent work, and I'll definitely never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I would recommend this shop to anyone looking! They were very quick and fair priced. My tires wasn't sealing to the rim and the got my rim fixed within 30min tops! I am grateful for the recommendation to them and will be a returning customer!

If i could do 10 stars i would! Very good business, quick and very good customer service! Been going to the same spot 3 years and they never disappoint! Alot of wheel options, tint and other services! They do it all! Definitely recommend!

My dad introduced me to this local tire shop. They're fantastic. The staff here is very helpful and hardworking. Prices are good. I was in and out within 30 minutes as a walk in customer.

Update: Went again because they told me they were going to realign my truck and when I get there the guys that does the alignment asks me if I gave the bad review and said yes, he said to me if I didnt like it then I should've went a different place and I just left because I didn't want to argue with a guy like him, now its been 3 weeks and my front tires are bald from the outsideThey take too long for anything and went in today for an alignment because I had bad camber and was eating my tires so supposedly I got the alignment and now my trucks steering wheel is crooked and turns right (passenger side wheel does not look straight) and I have to hold my wheel left to go straight also my right wheel looks crooked like if he aligned it with my steering wheel sideways

Horrible business! Sold me a set of rims with tires that were way too big then turned around and sold my brother a set of rims that they knew wouldn't fit then talked him into spending more money on suspension mods and then they put a dent in his rear fender, knowing the whole time the rims they sold him were bent!

I have never had any issues with Mac Wheels. They have always helped me out with finding the best deals on tires for my vehicles. I have brought numerous vehicles to them and everytime I have left a very happy customer. My kids bring their cars into Mac Wheels because they have seen how happy, satisfied, and what a good job they have done for their mom. My daughter has bought rims and tires for a couple of her cars and is truly satisfied with how clean her ride looks. Her boyfriend came and got the same done to his car. They have never steered me wrong and I even had an incident where after I had purchased tires from them and about a few days to a week later my car started to shake. I called them and was told to bring my car in and in no time I was back on the road with a smooth running vehicle once again. Mac Wheels is my families go to for tires, rims and other vehicle maintenance. Let's not forget their alignments are on point. Thanks Mac Wheels for all you have done to keep myself and my kiddos safe out on the road.Greatly appreciated

Was driving through the state to get to Yellowstone and had my wheel cracked on the highway. These guys were the only one in town that could do it the same day, others were 2 or more days out. These guys got me in 15 minutes after I arrived. Not only that, the owners were very polite and tried to get me out asap to get me on my trip. Ohh and they were way much better deal than any of the other places I called. I would definitely go back if I didn t live out of state.

Brought some tires in that needed stretched. I had another shop tell me it was too difficult after trying for a few hours. Mac had them mounted and balanced in 20 mins! Definitely my go to for tires from now on!

Best tire shop in town was able to remove my screw I had in tire , tire rotation and even enjoy my lunch with family in waiting room while on my work lunch break . Thanks Mac Wheels and Tires your the best
