Sisma and the guys here are all exceptional mechanics, and I got a way better price from them then a whole lot of other places in the city, I got my rear air shocks done, and new 20-in rims and tires put on my Cadillac Deville, I absolutely highly recommend you come these guys if you need anything done with your car such as alignment oil changes brakes wheels and tires and they do or will help you with other stuff too come in and talk to them they're great guys!!!!!?

Everyone will have their own unique, issue with their vehicles so it's difficult to know how the cost will effect your situation...But if you ever want an alternative to fit your budget this might work for you...Also this is a small shop & it's friendly to foreigners as well....Just like many other shops there's not much different in repairs they do as much work as other shops provide...I was there for Emissions and state tags...But I was pleased to visit somewhere new,! For a change....If I'm going to give money away,!!Why not help others shops...I'm not sure what effects me most,?The cost vs. The time spent waiting,???

Finding these guys has given me true peace of mind. My family has 3 cars from a 2017 kia to a 2001 & 2018 Ford. M&M has worked on them all, and did the work well! their advice has been spot on, and they ve given me options to save money while keeping my older cars running longer. Been coming here off and on for the past 8 years. They have always treated me with respect and honesty.. its so hard trying to find the right mechanic who will do you good and I promise these guys will do you good! They are so generous! I also ordered 2 uhauls through them moving around in the valley and they do me good there to! Highly recommend!!

These guys are the best. I won't take my truck anywhere else. They do their best to be quick and they do great work. They're also always really nice every time I've been in. 10/10, I'll always recommend M&M.

I brought my car in for a standard oil change, fast forward a month later and the oil filter slipped off causing engine damage. I brought the car counting on these guys and they are not wanting to find a solution. Will definitely be looking to start paper trail with taking legal action but I strongly suggest going elsewhere with your business.

"My family keeps going to this place for vehicle services and I recently had my car serviced at [M&M Service Station Auto Repair], and I couldn't be more satisfied with their excellent mechanics. From the moment I walked in, their team was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. And the prices were affordable. They diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly, and the results were outstanding. My car now runs like new! In conclusion, I highly recommend them to anyone who requires car repair services.

Christie and her team were awesome, I came in for some warranty work on an AirLift system that had been installed and they took the time to make sure and get everything fixed up right. Communicated with me the whole time to let me know what was happening and everyone there was very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely use these guys again! I have been coming here for years. Everytime I come in they have treated me with the upmost respect. As a woman I do not like going places where they are going to lie and tell you that you need more done than what you came in for! I have never had that here! I woke up this morning to flat tires due to screws and nails! I was able to get my car here quickly because they are down the street. I was greeted by Alan even before they were fully open and they are very friendly and down to earth. He was able to do my repairs quickly and everything was perfect! I will forever be a customer here as for they are honest and do great work with a friendly smile on their face! Thank you M & M for being so Awesome! My father and I came to finish doing his emissions cuz the guytold him he needed to drive about 80 miles for the system to reset & should pass no problem. So here we are on Friday @ about 11am and they're closed. The sign on the door showing their hours of operation clearly state they're open mon-fri 8-5 & sat 8-4 closed Sunday so we thought maybe they're @ lunch and waited a bit til I finally decided to check online for their number of course they didn't answer but then noticed online their hrs are only mon-thur 8-5 closed Friday, sat & Sunday. They need to fix the business hours sign on the door. I guess we'll be back Monday.

I always take my vehicle here for the emissions testing and DMV sticker. Super fast and friendly service. Definitely the place to go if you are short on time and looking for something fast. I have used them for repairs and emissions for 3 years now, on 2 of my cars. They very helpful, honest and know what their doing! They don't sevice Jaguars, but they have helped me with a few things anyway. And did excellent and fast work. I absolutely recommend them!

I rented a Uhaul from these guys, and they were awesome! Super friendly, super helpful, and inexpensive. My bill came in $90 cheaper than I thought it would be. I left my phone charger in the cab by mistake, and when I showed up to get it, he had it in his desk waiting for me. Excellent service, I'll definitely use them for other things in the future.

These guys are the only place I go for my two cars now. They have done my oil changes, tire rotations, emissions, brake checks. You name it they have been able to help. I have never waited more that an hour. If you call a head and they are busy they will make you an appt.They are honest and I trust they are not just trying to get money for services my car does not actually need.They always reset my car computer after servicing which even the dealership has failed to do in the past.I know that they look into each cars manufacture recommendations as well.The prices are good and the location is convenient. They are my one stop shop!!They also have uhaul rentals available. I've never used them for this but its just a nice added service if you are in the market for that. They also sell some moving supplies and make keys.I even get a email/text notice of when my car is due for service! I have nothing but praise for this Auto Repair Shop! They always treat me with the upmost respect! Like any company, i'm sure some have bad experiences, however, they are human, and we all make mistakes! They are honest, and upright whenever I have gone to them. I ve brought all my cars into M & M for years now. They are always very professional, and do quality work. I think of them as friends, and not just my local mechanic.But above all, is their honesty. Waiting on Uhaul corporate to resolve.They didn't explain prices or breakdown until after I was charged.Charged me three times the mileage fee than posted on uhauls website.The truck was on E when I picked it up so i didn't put gas in it. They charged me 60$ for gas.They charged me for the dolly and mats even though I explained that it was broken and I couldn't use it.Uhaul take your business somewhere else.

I deliver auto parts to these guys daily. They are always kind, with a professional manner and attitude. I'm a firm believer that the way you choose to present yourself also presents in your work.Regards to Rob Court's review about the dog. I completely agree! Dogs are better than people! It's the 21st century guys, go digital, it's not expensive and it will bring love to a dog's heart and soul.

After I waited for about two hours for an oil change, they told me they didn t have the oil to do the service on my VW Passat. I told them to use whatever synthetic they had and it should be fine. They didn t leave it there! They didn t want to let me ruin my engine by using the wrong spec so they told me NO! They ran the risk of upsetting me in order to maintain integrity!! But that s not all!They told me that I could get the oil and they would do the service for a small labor fee. I thought that was a great deal so I thanked them for maintaining integrity and off I went to find the oil. I came back about 20 minutes later and the lobby was full again! They were so committed to helping me today that they still got my car done with less than an hour left in their day! If you ve ever worked in a shop, you KNOW what a pain slipping that last thing in can be!Not only did they go to all the trouble to save me from myself AND squeeze the service in at the end of the day, they DIDN T EVEN CHARGE ME THAT SMALL LABOR FEE! They said that since I waited so long, it was on them!! Seriously??? I couldn t believe it!They have a customer for life and with a family of three cars, we will be taking everything we need there. They even do rock chip repairs and propane for my grill! This place is a diamond in the rough! Check them out! Now!!!

They were looking at my car within an hour of me dropping it off. They were done fixing it just a couple hours later. The price was quite reasonable. Had an excellent experience with the Uhaul! I work for a moving company and our office scheduled the truck for the wrong day, fortunately, the man up front let me take it despite the kerfuffle; without the uhaul, today would've been exceptionally difficult. I also lost my keys inside the uhaul, right before they closed, and yet again, the man up front let me take the keys to conduct a full cavity search of the uhaul; miraculously, I was able to find them and be on my way. Very happy with the way I was treated and the service I recieved.Oh, and if you're trying to find this place, it's actually next to an Artic Circle, Google maps led me to nowhere. So I guess you'd just look for "Artic Circle on Redwood" on Google maps to find this place.
