They do the oil changes just fine, but it's one of the dirtiest places I've ever been in.

I bought my SUV in 3 years and I had to fix so many things . I get it when you buy a used car it s going to have problems. Than once I bought it my SUV started acting up. Took it to a mechanic to find out it needs a new transmission. I don t recommend this Dealer. The car I bought has been a total lemon for the low low price of about $15,000 lol, BUT the auto service branch of Lucky's auto has really been above and beyond. Making sure to stay in contact with updates when your car is in the shop, and trying there best to accommodate your schedule. Good customer service!

If I could do 0 stars i would. Don't think I'll be buying any more vehicles from lucky auto. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and with in the first 2 years the transmissions have failed.

I got my Kia soul from lucky auto. They r amazing. I recommend to everyone. Brian who helped is amazing. Other car places wouldn't help, or said they would and put me in a couple different vehicle. I went to lucky's and was helped and got me in a ride immediately. I love u lucky auto. Kiss kiss!

Not what they say it is. They say they don't care about credit, but they pull your credit. They say they can work with anyone and their payments are manageable and they wont put you in a payment you cant afford- which are all in accurate. Single mom here an $170 minimum per check and $1000 down minimum is VERY un affordable. I would look else ware. $77 and a job does NOT get you in a car with these guys as advertised...

I got a car here with a warranty. Wound up later having a transmission issue. The service center made sure I was well taken care of considering my situation. Even when my credit improves I will check them out before I buy elsewhere.More to add since my review. The service center went above and beyond in my opinion. If I could suggest anything else it would be to have Saturday hours available.

Horrible Company just scamming people out of their money! I suggest you go to an actual body shop to fix your car due to their lack of being professional. They have had our car over 5 day over a battery and charging us for a tow in which they required. I m surprised they are still in business and expect them to be shut down. What they are doing should be illegal, not worth your time or money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

All I can say is NEVER have an issue with a payment they shut your car off.. life happens but I guess not for them. You pay 4 times what the car is worth and they are the most unprofessional people ever. I let them take their lemon back went to another place got the same car for 8000$ less.. Same credit same everything. Just make sure you take the kyjelly with you.

I went in for an oil change last week. I asked Josh to please make sure they knew not to put my windows down bc they won't go back up, and that I wanted to talk to someone about the cost for some repairs I'd like to get done soon. I sat in the waiting room for a while, but no one had any time to talk to me about those repairs. But I did get to overhear the staff that day discuss how people can just take their car somewhere else if they don't like the timeframe or service. I decided to take that advice, since they're clearly not interested in the business. They drive my car around with both the windows down, like I asked them not to. I got an "oh sorry" from josh, the manager just sat there, and now I get to deal with both windows stuck down in the rain bc no one hear wants to listen to the customer. But the WORST part of this is.. after a couple days of smelling burning after my oil change, I looked under the hood to find the cap was never put back on and oil spilled all over the place. Thanks luckys auto credit for ripping me off hard on my vehicle, and then giving me horrible service whenever I try to get "free oil changes". What a joke.

I have to say the car warranty is a total plus! I love being able to get my oil changes done at no cost, as well as other car services. Everyone at the Auto Service Center is super nice just like everyone else at Lucky's.

Had an amazing experience at Luckys. Paul C was amazing and by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. He didn't try to jerk us around and rush us out, he was actually patient and gave us advice on stuff to do to insure we got the best deal. He kept in touch with us and actually cared to help us and get us the car we wanted. And we did. We are extremely happy . Thank you so much Paul- and Luckys.

There's no doubt that this place completely rips you off. They take advantage of people living in poverty with horrible credit scores. But you do get a car that same day and hey the oil changes are free

I always have good experience with lucky they have always worked with me with my needs in been fair Jared in Josh are always very nice in do there best to help you in anyway they can big o tires that's another story I get to go deal with them again today about the same issue.

Put $100 down and drove out of the lot with the vehicle I wanted. The sales staff was very helpful and went over all the documents quickly. No hidden things as other dealerships. Thank you Margarita for selling me this car. THEY REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAU!!

Everytime I take my car to them for a repair something else breaks the next day. I dont know if they're just gross incompetence or putting used parts into the car at this point. The fact Lucky's charge a $100 deductible to use a real mechanic is suspicious

I was verry close to giving these guys 1 star. Had my car in for service and it came back with a missing wheel lug, when I took it back to get one put back on, what looked like the service manager was extremely rude and took no responsibility saying there was nothing he could do. BUT a tech and both service advisors where very kind and spent time searching for a spare lug, and eventually one of them came back with one of his own spares and put it on.So kudos to the staff here for going out of there way, and to the owners of luckys, fix your management.

Replaced my ball joints, after it snapped while driving. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER, it is coming out of place again. I fear for my own safety driving this car from them. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS

We went looking around, found an Xterra we loved! Margarita sat down with us and was so helpful! About 30 minutes later I thanked her, hugged her goodbye and drove off in my new car!! Thanks so much Margarita!

If you purchase a vehicle from Lucky's fear not, their auto service is great. Shane is the main man and very professional. Highly recommend

They are awesome I would recommend them to anyone and everyone they work with people with no credit and people like me and my husband we have the worst credit and they helped us get a car more than once. THANKS LUCKY'S AUTO

I used to work at Lucky's and I would have stamped it. But what I got to see the last time I stopped by wasn't promising. I wouldn't let them work on my vehicle. They don't have actual techs. Just kids. Like jiffy lube.

Man I man I'll tell you what when you need a blessing in a hurry this is the place to come the staff is undeniablely great Dennis is the man very friendly and knows what's he is doing I can't thank them enough. Thank thank thank you.
