Tried ordering a part several times, over the course of 2 weeks, they sent me the wrong part 2x. I needed the part in black and both times it was grey, after repeatedly telling them it was black. For this final try this past monday when I called they said they would have it to me tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I called wednesday, the guy claimed that I didn't call and tell them the 1st part was wrong, and requested a new one, so I had to do a new request for the correct part again. It arrived today and again was the incorrect part so I handed it back to the driver and just request a refund. Doubt I'll try to order a part from them again.

LKQ is the best. Put the wrong shipping address and it cost them money to change it but they didn t charge me!!! I would highly recommend them!

Love all the help and great attitude that Dan brings to the phone everytime I'm looking for a part he gets it quick and quality. Can't ask for better service! Thanks again

They never answer the phone. All the other recyclers answer the phone when you call but lkq doesnt. I have to call several times during the day hoping to they ll answer

I m not one to write reviews but people who are thinking of using this company should take their business elsewhere. First off when we called about a price estimate, one of the sales reps blatantly lied to us about price and what would be included. We needed a bumper and we were told multiple times that this company had a paint shop and a paint job was included in the price. We ve never used this company before and didn t have any reason to think he d lie to us. We needed three different parts and he told us that he would order them and we could come pick them up on Thursday. He told us to just say his name when we got to the little walk in store and he d come down from his office. My husband multiple times on the phone said and the paint job is included right? The sales rep said the paint job was included in the price.We wait the week and head to lkq ready to pick up the parts. When we arrive we mention the sales rep name and the store worker told us that he doesn t leave his office. We told her about the parts we were there to pick up. Non of the parts were ordered. He lied about that. She did have the bumper in stock though. We asked how long it takes for the paint job before we could take it home. She s literally bewildered. They don t do paint! Nor do they have their own paint shop. She kept us waiting for an hour and a half while she would look something up and then she d help any customer who came in before looking at us and asking my husband for phone number for the thousandth time. We were there first but obviously we weren t her priority. Finally she gets the parts ordered and says we d have to come back again to pick them up. We were not happy. We also live an hour away and took time out of our busy schedules to go to LKQ. As we pay for the parts, There s an issue with the keypad. she said the payment didn t go through but we saw on the computer that she had to click a button that showed this would be a duplicate charge. After that she told us that the parts would be there on Tuesday but that she would call us. The parts came on Thursday! We waited two weeks for those stupid parts.We came today. And they had double charged us on the parts which both charges went through. We were absolutely done. We went into the with store no acknowledgement from the lady up front and stood there weirdly until another worker saw us. We talked to him about everything and he finally helped us and got things sorted out. It took a half hour for him to do twice as much as the other worker did for us and she took an hour and a half.I can confidently say. We ll never use this place again. I don t like to be lied to. We were absolutely scammed and then received horrible customer service. There are cheaper places to get your parts with ten times less hassle. Go to a local salvage yard before you come here.

Absolutely the worst company you will deal with. Commercial account and can never get anyone to pick up the phone. If you talk with different salesman you get different prices. Impossible to return items. Called in over 87 times (only picked up 8 times) on just one (new) item to return. Never could pickup because no one would generate paperwork. The driver felt sorry for me and took it back finally 1 day before it could no longer be taken back. Also had to throw away $841 in parts that needed to be returned because they would not issue paperwork for the driver to pick up these new keystone parts. I called in within a day of delivery but they were never picked up and they will not take them back after 30 days. I called in 54 times 2 weeks ago and got them to pick up 2 times. This week I called in 71 times and they picked up 4 times. Use to be the best company out there, now the worst. If you want to deal with this company you need to hire a person part time to do it.

This place is hands down the best place to get all of your automotive needs I have dealt with Francisco for years and the guy has been nothing short of amazing hes highly skilled in the automotive world understands cars and repair body work very well has saved me multiple times by asking me the right questions and don't diligent work to make sure he got me the right parts I do not get that anywhere else he saves me by helping me understand what I'm getting and the value in it and also by showing me the right part that I need he asks me for a Vin and does research again I do not get that anywhere else this guy is one of the best parts professional in the entire state of Utah! and I have pretty much dealt with every parts place as I am a 20 year plus a dealer and Auto Body Shop, Francisco are a dying breed and I wanna thank him for his service over the years

Hey man, so iv only known about this place for a couple months. So I have a three star until I get more experienced with them. That said, these dudes straight up had the parts I needed and had them shipped from the Vegas location to Utah within 24 he's, they told me it may be 48hrs but will call me in the morning to let me know which. To my surprise they did call me, which is rare for companies to actually take time to follow threw. Anyways I missed the call but he left me a Voice mail letting me know it would be there and it was only 24 hrs. From when I called them unroll it was in my hands across state line. It was exactly what I needed and in pretty much perfect "mint" condition for 1/4 the price I seen new online. I'd say great deal. Im gonna try them again tomorrow as I need another part, hence why I'm on here. Hope I get these same results. So far, so good. Cam from Payson, ut

This company has the absolutely worst service I have ever seen. You can't get a person to answer the phones! How do these guys stay in business? One time I got the wrong part from them and sent it back, but they messed up their paperwork and they made it my fault. That is about when things started not only going downhill, but falling of a cliff. I run a shop and used to buy parts from them, but now I can't because they never even pick up the phone! My experience with them has been poor. I started avoiding these guys back in 2014 but once in a while I call to check in and like I said, never there.

Fantastic availability of new and used auto parts. Plus the used parts come with a 6 month warranty. I've ordered several parts from used engines to new body panels and have always bee pleased with them. Cody is my salesman and he treats us right.

I don't know how this is a publicly traded company. You call them a dozen times and they never answer. They don't have a call center or any way for you to talk to someone. They also have all commission paid sales reps. If you talk to four different people they will give you four different prices. All $$$$ motivated. Don't buy their stock, don't buy their used parts.

I will never go to LKQ ever again. I got an engine from them and they had to order it which is normal, but when it was supposed to be shipped they put it back on the shelf in new mexico and didn't figure it out until i went in a week later to find out what was going on, and i only had to go in because they wouldn't answer their phones. well the engine came in about a week and a half after they said it would... which sucks... Then I got it put in and turns out there was a broken part on it that caused the fan to fly off and break my radiator. That was over $100 to replace. well after that it still wasn't running well so i took it back into the mechanic and they did a test and turns out the engine was bad and would die soon. it is under warranty but they offered an engine with 20,000 more miles for the same price. and they won't give me anything for the labor or the radiator. overall terrible experience that has put me out of a car for a month and running. I will never go there again and would not recommend it to anyone. LQK Straight up sucks. Take your business somewhere else.

Customer service is almost non existent. Slow. Long wait times. Some of the staff is knowledgeable. Seems like alot of people just getting paid to make small talk and stand around. Parts are reliable for the most part.

They have the worst customer service I had ever experience... I called to order one part under the name of the dealership that we work with, they started putting excuses not to sell the part thru that dealer account, I gave another account from another dealership that we have in another state, but they coudnt have access to another state account. This is not the first time I have problems with LKQ Springville UTAH, you call them and they never answer, when they do they are not able to help you out and they transfer you to another person that goes to the voicemail. They have so much business and money that seems that they care less about customer anymore... Thank you LKQ !!!!!!! Good JOB ! I will take my business somewhere else where they deserve it and need it because I PAY for my parts, I never ASK YOU NOTHING FOR FREE !

Went to pick up a couple parts for my Mazda. The front counter reps at the salt lake location were extremely helpful and hilarious. Definitely would come back again!!:)

Best place to buy a used part. People are very helpful and courteous.Read some of these unreasonable negative review of typical huge entitlement mentality people. Cant please them all.Definitely recommend.

Great friendly service and very fast delivery. Parts were shipped overnight for no extra cost and I got a call first thing the next morning to tell me they were ready for pickup.

Nice, clean junk yard. great attention and good database system. They charge $2 to get inside the yard, and they give you all the information you need to know to find the part you are looking for.

I HAVE ALWAYS LIKE LKQ FOR ALWAYS HAVING THE PARTS I NEED AND GOOD PRICED, ONLY RECENTLY DID I HAVE HAVE AN ISSUE ORDERING A PART I HAVE BEEN WAITING TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THE COMPUTER SAID THEY HAD A TRANSMISSION READY WHEN REALLY THEY HAD TO REBUILD ONE (WHICH IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR), THAT IS WHY I AM GIVING THEM A 4 STAR , OTHER THEN THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND THEY KEPT DIGGING TILL THEY FOUND OUT WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG, THANKS LKQ FOR ALWAYS HAVING MY BACK

Really bad customer service!! I placed an order and sent my brother to pick it up for me. Our business is located in north salt lake and this Springville location is the only one that had the part I needed. The drive it s close to an hour and a half. They didn t have the part ready and my brother had to wait hours to get it!

0/5. Absolute worst customer service. Ordering wrong parts, even after we told them it was wrong. Did not work at all to make things right. I feel bad that the people of Springville have to use them as a resource for repairs and parts.

STAY AWAY FROM LKQ. I ORDERED OVER $3,000.00 IN PARTS AND THEY HAVE MESSED UP MY ORDER OVER 5 TIMES! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PARTS FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW AND STILL DONT HAVE ALL OF THEM BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE.... FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO ORDER YOUR PARTS
