This place is amazing. Had my tires slashed, not once, but twice by some lowlife scum and these guys were there to help me out.Great service and amazing people! Definitely recommend.

Went in last week to Les Schwab and had a great experience. I was on the freeway and when we changed lanes the tire hit a razor blade on my driver rear and made a loud pop sound. Pulled off the nearest exit and realized what the sound was and drove straight to Les Schwab. Although the tire was unrepairable they were able to switch it out for the spare until I could afford a new one. They were also excellent in communication and updating me throughout the entire process. Over all highly recommend

Hunter was great. He helped with my flat tire and looked at it to help fix a giant hole on my unique car. I appreciate his willingness to help even though it couldn t be patched. He was very kind and excellent customer service . Glad he was able to assist him.

As you can see the tires on my wheels are very thin. There's some shops that won't even touch them because of the size. I used to go to Victor's tires because of price, but the service alone at Les Schwab is what keeps us coming back. They repaired a leak from the rim because they're chrome, but I had to come back a weak later for another leak. Shatonia, Joshua, and the whole team were great to work with and didn't even charge for it. We've brought our Grand Wagoneer for all our oil changes because their service is better than the dealership and their pricing matches that. I haven't been back to Victor's or Glenn's because again, the service here is world class and their work matches that. Oil changes, brakes, some suspension, and tires. This will be our one stop shop for this services on our new cars and our old ones.

Disappointed, came in for alignment and got out with a damage tire and the air light censor on my dashboard, my tire got damage in their shop to the point of no repair needing to buy all 4 new tires, for the reason that my car is all wheel drive and cannot buy a single tire.

Needed to Re-Torque my wheels. Very nice staff, went in got greeted and he said to go to bay 3 and they ll get it taken care of. Whole thing took less than 3 minutes. Highly Recommended! 10/10

Had a flat tire and got stuck at a Sam s club here in town. These guys sent out a technician to repair the tire. The tire ended up having to be taken back to the shop to be fixed. These guys were great and extremely helpful

Had an alignment done on the vehicle and roughly a month later the alignment went out on my vehicle, I called to let the Taylorsville location know about it and was told that I would not be charged to redo the alignment. Once I got the alignment done and had a new bolt put in, they informed me that I would have to pay for it again even though I had already paid for it once.The manager accused me of not informing him that I had new shocks and struts put on when I know that I did. I won't be coming back to this location again.Every time I come here I don't get treated with respect or dignity. The employees and managers are always really rude to there customers.After being accused of deflating my tires and being accused of not telling them that I had new shocks and struts put in I won't be going back to the Taylorsville location les schwab.

Went intending to get an alignment. They could have done it and charged me for it, but they told me I didn't need it. Instead, they adjusted my tire pressure and rotated my tires. Honest and fair!

Many problems diagnosing what was wrong with my car. After many hours of labor on it finally diagnosed the problem repaired it and agreed on mutually satisfactory price. I recommend the shop in Taylorsville to all my friends and family.I thank you very very much

I came here for the honesty and professional work that les schwab advertised and I was left quite disappointed. After breaking down on the side of the road I got a tow to this Les schwab. It was my 4th trip to this location regarding the same project. I had them do a couple grand in work regarding an issue I was experiencing. On the first trip, they blew my brand new shock I had just installed which was out of stock everywhere. The mechanic instructed me to drive on the blown front end shock until the new one arrived. I refused and was insulted for him to ever recommend this to a customer. A couple weeks later they paid for the new one and got it installed. Another couple weeks go by and I was back due to symptoms of the original issue they convinced me it was rotors and turned them again at no charge. During this visit I also complained of a popping noise coming from the area they had recently worked on. They assured me everything was tight and safe. Two more weeks later in broke down on the side of the road because my sway bar link was not tight and my steering started to fail. I then got towed back to Les schwab where they had to again replace a component that was just installed by them. They told me that it was installed correctly and must have been defective. This was definitely not true as I have photos showing that the damage was cause by a component that they did not tighten down like they had assured me they had. I drive the canyons regularly and this could have been very bad. I was shrugged off with nothing but sorry things happen, that s all I can say what a truly inconvenient customer service experience. I came to Les schwab for the top notch service they advertised and instead got treated like my safety was secondary.

RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS. STAFF GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. TREATED LIKE FAMILY. SOMETIMES THE HONESTY IS HARSH BUT THESE GUYS REALLY CARE. A LITTLE PATIENCE GOES A LONG WAY. IF YOU ARE UNSURE DEFINTELY COME BACK ASAP.NOT EVERYTHING CHEAP IS GOOD, BUT THE QUALITY STANDS OUT. THEY DEFINETLY HAVE YOUR SAFETY IN MIND. SPEND A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY/TIME AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN.A++

Don t waste your time! My husband sat in the lobby for 3 hours just to get his oil changed. He went early so he could get it done before his softball game today. 3 hours later and he still hasn t heard anything, no one came to update him either. When he finally was able to talk to someone they tell him, Oh, that s been done for awhile now . It shouldn t take that long, and they definitely should have called or walked into their lobby to tell him it s finished. I don t feel like that s a great way to run a company, should be a lot more organized with the way things are ran and communicated.

Never going to buy tires from them again. They are all nice and friendly when you buy the tires. But if you have a flat not so friendly. In my driveway put tire back on car. Not happy . costumer for 20 + years

My wife brought her Honda Civic in due to some vibration while driving and the technician took a look and suggested some parts that were not needed. I took the car back in and spoke with the manager and feel that credit is due because he removed the unneeded parts from the quote And was extremely considerate of my time I would recommend this location to anyone with tire or suspension issues. Staff is friendly, place was clean. Had them replace rocker arm on car and car made noise still afterwards. Was unable to come back in right away. Spoke to John the manager and he took another look at the car about 3-4 weeks later. Apparently I have a loose piece on the other side of my car. They are fixing that for me and I m extremely happy that this was a fast process. I definitely recommend John and his team. Everyone is super nice here. Thanks guys for helping me get to the bottom of this noise.

They get you in and out but because of that they overlook a lot of things. Iv been taking my truck there for a while now, and iv had to bring it back multiple times because stuff starts creaking again. I took it in for ball joints and they replace one side cause the other side is still stiff. Sure enough a couple weeks later the other side goes out. Take it in get that side fixed and then not even a month later I m creeping and popping when I turn. Not sure if it s failure to grease them or if they just use bottom quality parts and charge to price for them but it s ridiculous. I do NOT off-road my truck I don t ride it hard it s a total pavement queen. There is no reason for it.

Another issue about this place is that it took them an hour and one half to do a rotation.I used to work at big o tire and if it took 15 minutes it was free.Oho!!!its the covid is it?????I got four new tires,Went fishing on Labor Day,Came back down on highway80,At 1700east,Lost the left rear tire,Wheel and almost got killed.Reason?They forgot to put the lug nuts back on.They claim they ALWAYS have a second person backing them upto make sure.I could see the person working on my truck."PERSON" not persons.Totaled my truck.2004 Nissan Frontier with a brand new shell.This truck was ready for everything and Les Schwab killed my dreamsto retire in 365 days just because of there fault.I will never go there even if the tires are free.Update!My brother in law had the SAME thing happen to him also.Different place,Same company. Dont leave this place until you check your vehicle completely.

Once again Les Schwab Tires center came through for me. Multiple times I have needed a tire they don't carry and have reached out to other suppliers to find the tires I wanted. Matt and John are amazingI will only get tires from Taylorsville Les Schwab.

Excellent crew here. Had my new tires on and mounted promptly and the saleswoman behind the counter was extremely polite. I love les Schwab and this one certainly upholds the brand. 12/10. Nice work

Chase was amazing! We pulled in, on our way to the airport, with a flat tire. Chase had the spare on in less than 10 minutes, and we made it to the airport in time. Excellent customer service!

I went in for an oil change. The cap was not put back on so I drive for 3 days without it. I took it back to them, they checked out my engine, wiped everything down and topped off my oil. Refunded me my entire oil changed, which was awesome!BUT, they did not put my engine splash pad (under carriage cover) back on properly so over the weekend, it slowly started to detach and I drove around for a day with it completely dragging on the ground.They fixed the first issue but come on, 2 strikes and your out in my book. I won't be returning. No thanks, Taylorsville Les Schwab.

There are a few things I hate more than tires, it s one of the few things I can t do myself. I get grumpy at the mere thought of going to get a flat fixed or buying tires .I had a leaky tire and after being told it was a 3 hour wait at the big box chain from where I purchased them originally I found myself sitting in front of Les Schwab.Friendly greeting from the front desk, super quick service, and a cheerful you re all set! Do you want to earn my business the next time I purchase tires? This is how you do it! See you in 15,000 miles or so.

Flat tire on the job, happen to come across this Les Schwab so we stopped. Pulled a 6 inch piece of metal from our tire. Friendly greeting and out of there in 30min. Can't ask for better service than that. Both my co worker and will be coming back here for all our tire needs hands down.

After having a horrible experience at a different location, I stopped here and they took care of what I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. if you ve got a truck with oversize wheels and tires this is the place to go highly recommended.

Our go-to tire center. No matter the concern or issue, they always are next level experts & take the time to keep our cars safe and driving reliably. Whether it's a flat tire or a screw in a wheel, new brakes, or buying new rims and tires, they are a one-stop shop !!! We highly recommend these guys. The t- ville store is so honest & always give us our vehicles back better than what we left them with :)

I had been getting my tires from Les Schwab for years. However because of my most recent experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. I initially took in my car for a routine tire patch. My dashboard was reading the tire pressure for the wrong tires. The rep offered to fix that for me free of charge. So I thanked him and accepted the sevice. However when I left one of the tires sensors was not reading. I did not notice it till I had already left and did not have time to return that day. When I did return to have this fixed, I was surprised by a $70 charge. They had told me that they had replaced the sensor. The sensor was working before they messed with it. They did not tell me my sensor needed to be replaced till the service was already completed and was surprised with a bill. When I tried to contest the surprise charge they kept insisting that it had died in-between visits. How convenient for them. It did not die in between visits. It did not work since I had brought it in. It was reading before, just for the left tire instead of the right. Had I known that letting them "fix my sensors for me" would have costed $70 I would have declined. I didn't really care that my dash read the wrong tire pressure. I could have still gotten the correct pressure readings from the tires. I hate feeling swindled and will not be returning.

I arrived today 10/05/2022 to have my alignment done after having my suspension replaced, Max the alignment technician called me out into the work bay to show me his findings before the alignment would be performed. Upon his inspection he was able to point out a manufacturers defect in one of the brand new parts that was just replaced to enhance the proper operation and performance in my vehicles operation in relation to my suspension and preservation of life of my tires! Although I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get the alignment done I was very impressed and appreciated the honesty from Max, he showed me he took pride in his work by the relevance of proving to me the new part that was replaced was defective & failing to perform as it should be, not only did he save me from paying for a procedure that was set up for emediat failure due to a manufacturers defect he also brought to my attention the part was a failure.So thanks to Max I'm in the process of having the defective parts being replaced so I can return at a later date to have Max set my alignment. Most mechanic shops would have moved forward with the procedure, collected payment and sent the customer on their merry way! However Max took the time to show me the issues, gave me his professional recommendation in getting the issue corrected to reach 100% outta the performance of my vehicle.The relevance of this review is to prove that there are some honest facilities performing honest work.Thanks Max for your professionalism in doing your job with pride and integrity
