Very pleased with our recent experience here. Kyle Blanchard was great to work with. He was very professional, kind and supportive without making us feel pressured. Both Kyle and Kelly were super patient as we considered options. Kelly Bolton too was a blast to work out the final components of the purchase with. Overall really great guys there and I would recommend anyone in the market to go with Ken Garff.

*Update: Not even 30 minutes later after posting this review my boyfriend received a call from the sales department (claiming they thought it was my number even though my number was the one that they were contacting earlier that day ) and said they were going to get back to him about possibly financing the part the following day before 5pm. We didn t hear anything back until the following week and we had to contact them and said that is not an option, and has never been an option for their store. Now they are hounding my boyfriend about getting the car out of their shop because it s taking up too much space. Now I have to PAY for a tow truck to bring my invaluable broken down car that I only drove for 36 days problem free. Don t ever buy a car from here unless it s a new vehicle and don t expect them to be of any service to you post purchase.I Bought a used car (range rover Evoque) on May 11, 2023 and had problems with the vehicle on July 17, 2023, died on us while going through a canyon. We called the dealership and never heard back on anything, come September 23, 2023 and it completely stopped working. We sent the vehicle in and it was being worked on till January and we were notified it would cost us another $10,000 to fix and then it would only value in at $10,000. It is now March, and when speaking to them on the phone I was feeling hopeful about them helping me get into a good car and it was projected to be worth $7500 trade in value, and I went in to speak with them and they basically valued my car in at $2500 even though I have been paying a car payment and insurance for a vehicle I don t even have. The advice I was given basically was good luck, with another dealership because they couldn t help me out, since I don t have $4000 to put down on a car or a co-signer. They are terrible at communication and I have felt very taken advantage of financially and will never buy a car from here again. Worst experience with a dealership by far.

Kyle Blanchard is the man!In all seriousness, we had two really solid options from where we could order my wife s new RR Sport. We first checked out LR Lehi because they are 15 minutes from our house, were also slightly less expensive, but couldn t give us an accurate time, or even a rough time, on a delivery date for the new car. We went to SLC and met with Kyle, and the rest is pretty much history!Kyle was everything that I d wanted a salesman to be for a purchase of this size. He was professional, he was VERY respectful, he was knowledgeable and if he didn t know something (about the brand new model that wasn t released yet) he would just find out and follow-up with me, and he always did! Communication was awesome, he constantly provided us updates, subtle suggestions based on his experience which we really appreciated, and the experience from start to finish was a 10/10.If you re debating on where to go to buy your new car, stop here. Don t call anyone but Kyle Blanchard and buy from him!Thanks for everything, man!

Brian, Kelly, Kori were fantastic to work with. The whole team was great even the receptionist. Purchased a used vehicle out of state and was the easiest car buying experience I have had. The vehicle was as advertised and I got an excellent extended warranty as well from the finance team. Highly recommend this team if you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience.

I m generally pleased with Land Rover downtown. I own three different LR models and have 2 of them serviced here. I bought two new Range Rover s from them and customer service is pretty good although currently service appointments are 3 months out which is ridiculous if you have a real mechanical issue, who can wait 3 months to have a near term issue addressed. They need to hire more people or fix this. I also don t like waiting 4 hours and paying $388 for an oil change. But I do like going downtown because I can go out for a nice lunch with wine and do other things in Salt Lake while I am waiting four hours from my oil to be changed. Now a few words on their purchasing and delivery process. About 2 years ago I purchased a 2 year old certified Range Rover from them. On the day I drove down to pick it up, it took me nearly 2 hours Why? The vehicle was missing its floor mats, missing owners manual and documentation, missing the tools for the spare tire, also the lug nut lock was missing it was as if someone had taken everything out of the car, and never put it back. The salesman spent almost an hour and a half going around the dealership, trying to find all of the parts for my certified Range Rover, which wasn t ready to be delivered. It was really a pain in the butt. But bottom line I was just about to drive off of the property when I thought to look for these things, and would have driven two hours home before I noticed all of these critical items missing from my new vehicle. So I will buy my next vehicle from Lehi not Salt Lake.

My experience at landrover was a 10/10! Exceptional personal and detailed communication was outstanding. My car arrived ahead of schedule and every effort was made to ensure we received it before Christmas. The staff was working overtime and their dedication showed! My representative was incredibly helpful. We would recommend landrover Salt Lake City to our friends and family!

Tyler Seawright went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle received the attention it needed. He took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary repairs and maintenance, ensuring that I was well-informed and comfortable with the service recommendations.

Took them 2 months to fix the oil leak on my car. The hood was not mounted correctly it rubbed on my driver side door and chipped the paint on delivery. That was a quick fix but I start to doubt their work quality. I took the car back and shipped it to CA because somehow I knew it wouldn t make it there with driving. When I flew out there It only took one full throttle and it dumped all the coolant on the ground. Towed it to JLR Newport Beach and the coolant manifold and the thermostat is broken. The parts is back ordered till June. Now I m without my car for another 2 months. This 2018 autobiography had been in dealers 5 times since I bought it last June. Will be my last Range Rover.

In general I appreciated the thorough inspection and think it's nice it came with a video description. I'll continue to use this location to diagnose issues and inspect my vehicle, but I can't recommend this location for repairs because they use predatory tactics against people who don't know anything about cars. They recommended a $700 repair and a brand new part because it was leaking a bit of oil, which was easily fixed with a new gasket that cost $10. It obviously didn't need a whole new part, and what's more it sits on the top of the engine block and took me no more than 15 minutes to swap in. They also recommended new engine and cabin air filters despite them only being only a few months old (and wanted a couple hundred to do it). They also left the top of the air filter box unsecured and completely open, so my intake was sucking in unfiltered air after driving off the lot and around town for a few days. If I hadn't found it when I did I could have sustained serious damage to my engine.Update: land Rover reached out to me and did another inspection and vehicle rental completely free. While this was much appreciated, it took several weeks and their recommended fix did not work to resolve the issue.

I just bought my Land Rover Defender from Nick Favero and had a great experience. He really made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and even helped out with some things beyond his job as a salesperson. At no time did I feel pushed to do anything. He just helped me find what I was looking for. The whole operation was first class.

My Range Rover Sport had a "charging system fault" error occur. The car won't drive. These guys said they could get me in for service in 3 months. WOW!!! How does one pay such ridiculous prices for a car and tolerate this kind of service. 3 months!!! Will never buy a range rover again. Amazing car but if I can't drive it whats the point!!

This is a beautiful and welcoming dealer with great service. Adam was very professional and diligent, he kept me informed throughout the work order progress. However, Do NOT BUY A DIESEL LAND ROVER. Mine has sat in a LR shop for hours twice. Techs often don't know how to fix it this DEF glitch that would cause vehicle NOT to start because of a "low quality DEF Warning" A common issue in this POS diesel generation vehicle. Land Rover doesn't care. They'll sell you a diesel vehicle that can leave you stranded anywhere.

Driver s door won t open.Called service and was told the next available appointment is 10 weeks out.10 weeks of climbing over the center console? This car was $145k, but the doors don t open, and LR can t hire enough techs/advisors to support their customers.

Our experience here was incredible. Kyle was super patient with us, not pushy, really friendly, and helpful. We went in just to look and everyone was so great we ended up buying the next day.Kyle did everything over text and when we got there the car was ready for us and he had about 5 minutes of paperwork.Kelly in finance was just as great - didn t feel like we were getting sold at all. Just felt like we were hanging with friends who were excited for us to get into a car we liked.Ended up with a 23 Discovery Metropolitan in Carpathian Grey!Has been my wife s dream to buy a new Land Rover since she was a kid. Thanks for making the experience so easy and fun!

Luis Moreno is an incredibly helpful and efficient employee at Ken Garff Land Rover. He has been instrumental in helping me with my car needs, from getting a new car to servicing my current one. Luis is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of, and he has a knack for making me feel like I am his top priority.One example of Luis's helpfulness was when I was looking to buy a new car. I was feeling overwhelmed by the process, but Luis took the time to sit down with me and answer all of my questions. He also helped me find the perfect car for my needs and budget.Another example of Luis's efficiency was when I needed to have my car serviced. I had an appointment scheduled, but I had to run late. Luis made sure that my car was taken care of right away, and he even called me to let me know that it was ready.I am so grateful for Luis's help. I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. First, I dealt with Kyle and honestly it was a pleasure especially compared to some of the people (from other dealerships) that I spoke with before him. I bought the car without driving it or seeing it in person and Kyle made me feel comfortable with the condition, excited about owning the car, and confident that everything would go well.Kori helped me with the financing when Kyle was off for the day by giving me a simple "do you mind if we take a shot at the financing?". There was never a feeling of pressure and always a feeling of professionalism.I definitely appreciate the way this dealership does business and as a New Yorker I can say it was a breath of fresh air .

Good for the must use dealer services but the prices are ridiculous. I recommend checking the cost of the part first. They quoted me over $200 to replace a $30 engine air filter.I later took my car in for a diagnostic check on my radio that intermittently glitches and requires me to turn off the car to reset it. They had my car for 5 days and never figured out the problem so recommended that they do a hard reset of the radio. They said I would be responsible for the $250 reset even if it didn t solve the problem. I picked my car up and will take it somewhere else.They are far from knowledgeable.
