From the gentleman who helped me schedule my appointment , to everyone I encountered the day I brought my car in , were welcoming, friendly, talkative , and knowledgeable . i noticed that they work well together , I felt welcomed .They sent me a video while I waited showing which repairs were needed and explained why. Customers will always come back to where they feel welcomed , where they are treated nicely , and that they trust! Thank you guys!!!

Needed repairs and service on two Altimas. There are two prominent Nissan Dealerships, and based on the reviews chose Ken Garff. The other based on reviews is terrible. When we walked in we were immediatly greeted and directed to service. Then again when we got to service immediatly greeted and helped. The cars are traveled and loaded heavy from NJ.Wasn't sure if we were going to be able to get appts as it was closer to the end of the day and we were just walk-ins. But that presented no problem as we were able to get in immediately.I know I've been using that word alot but everything was on point..service, people, standards.Needed to get brakes, tire balancing, fuel injector cleaner (recommend if ur car doesn't feel like your car), transmission fluids flushed and replaced.I love the fact that the tech sends you a custom video and goes over your vehicle. SHOUT OUT SEAN!! Never had this done b4 and I've been to several Nissan dealerships. Both vehicles were serviced perfectly and the cars feel closer to factory than they have in a couple years. Can't Thank the Ken Garff Team enough for their time and attention to everything that matters. Will not hesitate to go here again.Thank you Brad for making us feel welcome, heard, and confident in the service provided.

We had a great experience buying our new Rogue. As soon as we arrived we were treated like family. Brendin our sales consultant was great and very knowledgeable. They were honest, professional and personable. We would like to thank Brendin Hamilton and Jason Juarez for being so great to us. We love our Rogue and would definitely recommend this team and location to my family and friends. Our experience surpassed any expectations we had. Thank you Happy Holidays

Buyer beware! This deal tries to add almost $2000 worth of extra items that they put onto the vehicle that the customer doesn't ask for. They then proceed to say that since the items are already installed, they can't take them off and you the customer are forced to pay for something you didn't ask for. Unless you want the items, tell them to deduct that amount from the car. To me, its super shady to add items and expect the customer to pay for it. They also like to pressure you into other items they offer and are put out when you say no thank you.

It was an excellent experience. I came in for an oil change, and my windshield rock chip was repaired and my warranty covered a replacement key fob. Came in for one thing and left same day with three things done an hour and half less time then expected. It was great!!

Salesman advised hasn't sold a Z model car below msrp. No car should be sold at or above msrp. It's a sign of a greedy dealership that isn't interested in anything but money. Very bad experience. Advised that's a red flag for me and advised I don't do business with greedy dealers like that. If you want to teach these type of dealers who are trying to rip you off a lesson, the best way is to not do business with them.

I have taken my Nissan Altima 2008 to this dealership for the last 10+ years but after today I will no longer take another car to them again. The quality of the service department is no longer what it once was. They push unnecessary services (they redid my spark plugs 18k miles after already having done it because "they forgot". They can't remember more than 3 years worth of what they have done to your vehicle. They skip over and take shortcuts with the multi-point inspection that is supposed to be included in your advantage care plan, (my power steering / driver axel / torque mount was marked green two months before it was marked failing catastrophically with normal driving 2x a week to work) with the reason given that they have inexperience technicians performing the advantage care inspection that don't know what to look for. If they are going to be charging dealership rates for these services they need to make some changes to make sure they are done reliably.UPDATE:My initial frustration is more than made up for by the exceptional outreach and support from Ben Pace (General Manager) and Brad Isenhour (Service Advisor). My vehicle is now in perfect working order and I am quite happy with it.

I had nothing but an amazing Experience with SLC Nissan. This is a late review but Sam and Troy receive the credit. My family and I were traveling cross country when my transmission went out. Sam took amazing care of me in helping me. My family and I only lost part of a day, not bad for a transmission. He was able to get me in first thing in the morning and Troy was able to do his magic and have my car up and running my 1pm and I was back on the road with my family by 2pm. I cant say enough good things about how they treated us. The best Nissan Dealership I have ever been to and wish I could always take my car to them. Excellent service!

This is the second time I've used Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake City to buy a vehicle. Greta, my most favorite salesperson, was wonderful and knowledgeable. I bought both of my vehicles from Greta! The process was painless and forthright. I didn't feel pressure to buy, although I really didn't need any, and I got exactly what I wanted! All my questions were answered. Every option was provided to me, and everything was explained in detail. Thank you so much for a "Second" great experience! Would most definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a used car from Ken Garff Nissan. My sales rep was Harold, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He thoroughly answered all of my questions. I would ask for him if you go there. The great service continued through the financial paperwork as well. I was initially unsure of the numbers proposed, but they tweaked the numbers to accommodate our budget. We will be return customers when it is time.

Bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from the Ken Garff Salt Lake facility 7 months ago. Two months ago, I had to replace the rear axle seals, the rotors, calipers, and brake pads on all four wheels, both intake manifold gasket sets, spark plugs, fuel injectors, cam shaft sensor and crank shaft sensor. Last week, my mechanic told me the whole engine is shot. $12,000 for a new engine and the Ken Garff response was " we can do nothing for you". Paid 20k for it and now have put $16,000 more into it.Avoid this dealership. They sale junk and they don't stand behind their sales.

Came in to get my car serviced, and they were about to charged me, when that was not part of the deal when we bought our car. Thankfully I found Melody, our sales person and she took cared of everything. First class service. Thank you Melody for going above and beyond. Ken GARFF is the place to buy a car..good honest people.

It took over a month for them to locate a vehicle and provide an acceptable price on my Frontier. I was left with disturbing surprises after the sale. The truck had nice features, but lacked two which are standard on practically all new vehicles: navigation and Homelink. They did not inform me these were not standard. I had to wait a month after delivery to get an account number for my NMAC loan. When I did, I was shocked to see I was charged $320 interest on a loan I could not even pay on yet. This is a scam to the customer. I was never told interest would acrue from the day of delivery. I will not be recommending Ken Garff Nissan of Salt Lake to anyone. I could not believe they actually invited me to be a lifetime customer! Not after these surprises! No way!

My wife shopped for a new car at two dealers in SLC and had very negative experiences. Bait and switch. Hard, hard sell of financing and extended warranties, neither of which she wanted. Condesending and and offensive. She walked out both times. We decided to try Ken Garff in downtown SLC, even though it's not a very convenient location for us. We agreed on the car and price and all was well until they realized the salesperson had made a crucial but inadvertent error and had underpriced the car by $3000. I'm the suspicious type, but I believed her. More importantly, they acknowledged it was their error and gave it to us for the lower cost, which was about zero margin for the dealer. Anyway, what could have been another disaster turned out very positively. Nice job by the Ken Garff Nissan team.

I worked with Greta, and she was the best. She constantly communicated with me on the updates of the cars' arrival at the shop. She answered all of my questions and more. She explained everything to me that I needed to know about buying the car and the details of the car. I would recommend her to anyone looking to by a Nissan vehicle. The experience with her was excellent and she made me so excited to drive a Nissan for the first time. If I could give her a raise or a bonus I definitely would. She was more than just a salesperson, she also became a friend. 100/100!!!

our salesman Jesson Schear was super awesome! We felt really comfortable with him. We did not get the "car salesman" feel from him. He was very knowledgeable and very respectful. He made the experience great for us doing everything he could to make things work for us.

The team there was really great to work with! Harold, Sam, and Nick were extremely accommodating and helped me with what I really needed.I told everyone how I would recommend Ken Garff. Michael (Sales Manager) used intimidation tactics and the threat of "bad credit" if we wanted to go to another dealership. He was unwilling to even negotiate the price at all and was fully willing to rip-off my mother in law and overcharge her for a vehicle. The second that I asked to negotiate prices and questioned what certain fees were for, he became very aggressive and told us to go to another dealership if we wanted to "waste our time and ding our credit over and over again". Horrible place and very aggressive.

Colton and the Ken Garf Nissan team were incredibly outstanding in their customer service. Colton went above and beyond to make sure my car was good as new. Also provided me with a full explanation of what the issue was, and why it happened. I am definitely satisfied with their service and will be coming back to this service location from now on. I will also fully recommend this service location to all of my friends and family.

2/10 don't recommend I bought a car back in April of 2023, that had an air bag light on.. Paul of Nissan assured me the air bag light would be taken to be shut off after I purchased the car. It is now November of 2023 and Paul didn't hold up his end.. don't deal with men who can't hold their word. I wouldn't buy from here again and will not be recommending anyone to buy from here. I especially wouldn't buy from Paul.

Franke is a new salesman but has studied his material and knows the product. When he needed answers, Bones was on the spot. I took Franke to another dealership to do a side-by-side and, although awkward, he didn't complain. I put the new guy in a strange situation and he handled it.

Bought a 2020 Maxda CX-9. Was a bit pricey but the economy is what it is, whatever. Get the package that includes oil changes, etc. from any Ken Graff facility. Well a month later it's time to change the oil, take it to a different Ken Graff facility, and we are told the brake fluid and needs to be replaced for $180.Selling cars with bad break fluid is bad business, don't you think?

The repair and communication seemed fine until it wasn't. My rep Sean was communicating all day. I knew I needed to leave work around 4:30pm to get to the dealership and pick my kids up on time. I let him know this at 2:30 to see if I could get a link to book a lyft/uber, and he said, no, I just needed to tell him when I was ready to leave, but that you all had a christmas party and were only open until 5pm. Of course this made me a little nervous, but I had patients to see and couldn't just leave at 230.. I texted Sean a little after 4 that I was ready to go and never heard back. I continued to text him, tried calling the dealership and couldn't get through, and ultimately, a co-worker drove me to the dealer. I was really nervous because I was scared I wouldn't be there in time for your Christmas party closure, and also that I'd end up there without being able to access my car to pick mykids up from school on time. This was completely unacceptable. I did not hear from Sean until 4:45 and he said, sorry, I was away from my desk. So you guys need to figure out a better way to do this, especially if you're closing early. I am so frustrated by this and now even am questioning if the correct repair/maintenance were done to my car. I will likely never come back to this dealership.

This time it appears everything is OK. Previously I've been all the way to the airport and received a call they forgot to put my engine filter back. Last time the didn't put the plate under my car on right and it was dragging on the ground. My husband had to get under there and screw it on. No to mention there's always something my car needs according to your service guys...

Service department is a all day every day, but what I as a customer don t want. Is a tracking device or whatever they wanna call it (an anti theft device) added on when I didn t ask for it, and expected to pay for it. To me that will always be a deal breaker! Dealer add on s are a great way for customer to upside down on, unless they ask for the add ons that they want and of course covering it with their down payment. On a truck some add ons can be great as in off road accessories. I m not meaning to knock this particular location. But all Ken Garff auto groups need to take note. Otherwise I can buy my Nissan s from other dealerships and you guy can service them.

What a GREAT experience! It started off with Michael Hansen. We showed up right before they were closing and Michael was very professional and welcoming with us. Michael never rushed us and did a great job of walking us through the process. Michael got amazing help from his Sales Manager Sam Beck. Sam was FANTASTIC as he helped us get to where we wanted to be on the vehicle. I have not had the greatest time buying cars from local dealers so the last 3 that I purchased have been out of state because I didn't want to have to get up and leave the dealership 5 times before they took me seriously. I had the opposite experience with Michael and Sam. The deal was quick and painless. If you are looking for a great experience buying a car, don't think twice and go see Michael and Sam. They are awesome...
