Absolutely zero sales pressure, We were very happy with Natalie. My wife and I pulled into the lot and walked around looking at vehicles. Once we found our car we proceeded to the front doors. Natalie met us with a smile.Everything went so smooth it was scary, You hear all the horror stories of dealership. Not this one!!!Straight forward and completely satisfied with all the options given. A couple days ago I noticed my oil light was on, and immediately contacted this dealership. Ken Garff took care of me, and they definitely HEARD me. Yes, they listen.. specifically the gentleman named Andrew.He greeted me with a smile, and like All State I knew I was in good hands. He explained everything clearly and even had the Master Lube technician make a video for me! When I had a concern on my vehicle, Andrew was quick to let me know what was going on and he even brought me out to the shop with safety glasses! I ve been to many Jiffy Lubes, but the team at Ken Garff puts the Jiffy in service! I m glad I can count on the Ken Garff Team, best of all Is my car is not even a Honda!

Ken Garff Honda Downtown is absolutely the best. I ve never had a bad experience there. I have been getting my oil changed down there for years (great deal when you bundle for 3 changes), have always been treated wonderfully. Everyone is so professional and kind. Both my parents have had leases there and same thing so kind and professional. The manager, Brandon, is amazing. He has a great relationship with everyone who works there. And Hondas are the best! Last forever. This is the place to get a car!!!! So impressed.

I rate Ken Garff Honda five (5) stars. I worked with service advisor Danielle and mechanic Barney. The service requested was excellent. It was clear that Danielle and Barney were competent at their jobs. I was given explanations that made sense and explained the issues with my car (damaged undercarry or skid guard). Danielle clearly explained the process, and the service followed that plan. My car was properly working after the service. The value was excellent. The final fee was less than what was quoted. This review was not solicited.

These guys are phenomenal. They took videos and photos of my car up on the lift and explained in detail everything that they recommended to get done. I've been working with Gene who has been nothing but helpful, communicative, and customer focused. He even accommodated some things that existed from the dealership I purchased it from but the original dealership would not fix it or own up to it. Don't hesitate to service or purchase a vehicle here. Outstanding service.

I would not recommend this place for service on your car. I brought my Honda in for the first time bc there was a small piece that needed fixed and I figured it would be easier to get the piece at a Honda dealership. I waited an hour and they told me it would be $300. They also did not put the piece back on the car so I had to try to reattach it so I could drive home. My husband ended up fixing it in 10 minutes on his own at home and we found the piece online for cheap. I should ve just done that in the first place but I m new to the area and wanted to try to find a Honda dealership that I trusted for service. Seems like people have a good experience with buying a car here, but not service, just based on reviews.

I went out of my way to take my 2004 Accord to Ken Garff because of the good reviews, but sadly they were very overrated.My rear defroster wasn't working, so before I took it in, I checked the relay and the fuse. Both were working properly, so I decided I needed the experts to fix it.Once I took it in, they sent me a list of recommended service amounting to $3,059. Two of those recommended services had been done within the last two weeks, so that made me suspicious. I declined the extra services and just asked for the rear defroster to be done.When I got my vehicle back, they charged my $255, and all they did was change the working fuse and working relay. The labor was itemized at $208! I did the same service myself in less than five minutes. I didn't complain, because I figured if the rear defrost was working, I could just go with it.But the defroster is still not working! So, they recommended work I didn't need, replaced working parts, and charged me $208 for a five-minute job that didn't change anything.I'm very frustrated and won't be using them again.

I live in Montana and I found the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I was put in contact with Natalie and she was excellent at getting me all the photos, videos and information I needed. We bought the car sight unseen and we only were able to do that because Natalie and her team made us feel comfortable with buying a car from so far away. The car was exactly as expected (actually even better)! They were easy to work with and had the sale done quickly and my car was in my driveway within 2 days of completing all that was needed. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again and have it shipped. Natalie even contacted the last owner to get the 2nd key for the car. It was mailed to her and then mailed on to me. Everything went so smoothly!

Wow!! I m visiting SLC from out of state and my oil pan cover on my 2020 Honda Insight got destroyed from my poor choices of driving through a construction zone.Garff Honda was so great! The service department was incredibly kind and helpful. They had the part in stock and had it replaced in less than 90 minutes. Also, free coffee and soda in the lounge. I was expecting to pay an arm and leg since I m from CA but it all got fixed at an extremely reasonable price. Even on the areas highlighted in my multi-point inspection, they didn t try to hard sell me or up sell me on anything. They even washed/vacuumed my car!Hopefully, I won t need to be back but if I do, I fully trust Garff Honda to do a great job. Who knows, when I m in the market for a new Honda, I may be back here to Utah!

My experience with Ken Graff Honda was awesome. I visited them with my friend for his CRV delivery. David Reyes handled the sales for us. He was soo dedicated in his job. He explained every minute details of the car. Cottel (Finance guy sorry I may be wrong) handled the finance process and explained the information in detail. Thanks a lot guys for such a experience for me.I recently bought Sport touring hybrid CRV from another dealer. My feedback is Ken Garff Honda is the best in Utah.

My key fob needed a battery replaced and it couldn't get it open. I went down to the service area and was welcomed by a very friendly worker. I told him the problem and he had it taken care of in less than 5 minutes. I didn't even need to get out of the car. I asked how much I owed them, and he said it was on the house. So grateful for excellent customer service.

I just wanted to make sure and let the management and general public know how satisfied we were with our recent visit. We were at the beginning of a long road trip in our brand new 2023 Honda Pilot and had a smart entry system problem . Our car wouldn t start or recognize our key fob in southern New Mexico. We finally got it going and went to a Honda dealer there and they recommended having our module replaced. We opted to drive straight through (not turning off the car) and taking it to Ken Garff Honda in Salt Lake City (since we d planned on staying there a few days anyway).What a great decision this was! We are especially grateful to our point person, service advisor Natalie Durfee. She communicated well, keeping me in the loop and was so helpful and pleasant. We felt very well taken care of. She helped make a frustrating disruption much more bearable by her excellent customer care and demeanor.Thanks to Ken Garff Honda and especially to Natalie Durfee for your excellent service.

Drove here from Eagle Mtn to have a wheel repaired (purchased wheel coverage) because Orem Honda's service is horrible.03/19/2024 - 1st Attempt - dropped my car off. After several hours, Garff told me car was ready to pick up. Upon arriving at the dealership, they said my wheel replacement actually wasn't approved, so they removed the wheel and put my old wheel on, and rescheduled me for the following week.03/27/2024 - 2nd Attempt - arrived for my scheduled appointment and Garff did not schedule the wheel repair service to fix my wheel. Was sent home and was told Garff service team would call me by end of day to schedule wheel repair to come to my house. Never heard back.I have purchased 6 cars in the last 15 years. Garff is by far the worst experience I've had purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Was warned by friends to avoid Garff, and wish I listened.If anyone from Garff reads this, please reach out when you're able to schedule the wheel repair team to come to my house in Eagle Mtn. Danielle (I believe her name is) from your service team offered to have the wheel repair team come to my house, and I would like to have that arranged since I paid $750+ for this service and you're unable to do it at the dealership. Thanks.

UPDATE: I did take my car back to Ken Garff for the same issue. This time I was very clear that I felt disappointed and frustrated that they could not solve the problem last time as it recurred. Luckily I worked with Bryan, who actually based on his years of experience as a Service Manager, knew what the issue was almost immediately. He also knew thatTheir team could offer a higher discount especially for all the stress my experience had put me through. I also worked with Shyanne who was the most empathetic and made every effort to right the situation. And they did!!We did replace the sensor in my door, which was draining my battery on my 2016 Honda crv. It worked! I haven t had my car die needlessly since. I am so so thrilled to have my car back and so happy Ken Garff was able to right the issue with stellar customer service.Thank you Ken Garff, for listening this time and fixing the problem.I would recommend going to them if you have the same issue and request to work with Bryan if you can Welcome to Ken Garff where you come to their service department with one issue and they waste time and energy and try to solicit your money on maintenance items that ARE NOT NECESSARY and have nothing to do with the original problem.I have a drain on my battery they couldn t definitively name what was causing it. Gave me 3 options. I tried 2, spent $400 plus dollars, and lo and behold neither of those solved the problem. Meanwhile they re pressuring me to do maintenance unnecessary for how much I ve driven my car. This maintenance has nothing to do with my battery issue.

Good place, good service and nice people. The issue is that they sell your information when you book services with them. Within 24hrs of scheduling I'm getting emails from 3rd party trying to sell me extended car warranty and the day after service, solicitation from Sirrus Satalite saying through Ken Garf I have a 30 day free trial. I'm not pleased about selling my email information.

I've visited 2 times for car repairs and I had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and honest . I didn't feel like they were trying to just push unnecessary repairs on me to just make money like other repair shops. I think we've found our new place to have our cars serviced and repaired.

I made an appointment a few days in advance for a oil change. My appointment was at 11 am. I was at the dealership for over 2 hours with no updates. They had the wrong contact number so I left the corrected number when I firet checked in. They contacted the wrong number multiple times and then started doing work on my tires that I had not approved of. My car was finally done at 1:15.I would not recommend coming here for simple services like oil changes or tire rotations.

They have been treating my wife and I like guinea pigs. Testing their brand new CRV 2024 and the issues that model is having with our car. The car has been in the shop for 1 month and had issues with the throttle body, absolute nightmare. A couple of people who work at the front are very nice, but they are just playing with us and with the safety of my family. The car slowed down and couldn't go more than 18 mph. We could have been in a nasty crash. The car has been flashing all the warnings lights for the 5th time since December. Is a safety hazard. Today they called us telling us they will put a 2nd throttle body in it after they have reset the warning lights every other week. WE ARE DESPERATE AND FRUSTRATED.

Payton in the parts department was extremely professional and super helpful. I had a long list of parts to procure and he went through my list item by item and was able to ensure I got the correct parts for my VIN. Additionally, when there was a mix-up on the quantity of a particular part I needed, he made sure it was corrected and I was refunded the appropriate amount.

I was blown away with the level of customer service I received. First of all, I love how they send me a video of all the service they re providing me, along with explanations of what they are doing. I dropped my car off for what I thought was just an oil change and they ran a whole diagnostic on my car, tested my battery (which was underperforming, so they replaced it), topped off my washer fluid, checked my wiper blades, rotated my tires washed the inside and outside of my car I was speechless! Listen guys, I don t care if this location is out of the way for you, you gotta go here!Also, thank you to Don, the shuttle driver. He was a delight, I was very grateful for the door to door service.
