I had a great experience at Jody Wilkinson Acura and you will too!! Alex and Matt did a great job listening to my needs and helped me get into the right car. I felt like everyone at the dealership wanted to make sure we were taken care of throughout the process and that it was as painless as possible. John and Joe also were very helpful and professional. I will be back for my next car purchase!!!

Awesome experience. Everyone we dealt with was warm and professional. Julia, Kira, the sales manager, the finance manager, and the young gentleman I chatted with about the 2 NSX's on the showroom. There was a minor issue at delivery, and they stepped up immediately to make it right. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

What a difference a short trip from State street to Main street made! We started out looking at the RDX at another dealership here in the valley and had an experience that did not represent the brand in a positive light.We decided to go to see Jamie the General Sales Manager at Jody Wilkinson on the recommendation of a good friend.She has an outstanding team.Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were the most important people in the dealership.I have been in the automotive industry for 31 years and from my vantage point this dealership is doing it right.Thanks to Jamie, Josh, our sales professional, and the finance team for making this such a great experience.My wife loves her new Acura.-Scott

When I bought the extended warranty, I was never told I "had" to bring my car to you for repairs, I have bought these warranties in the past and I was able to take my car anywhere.Secondly, when I brought it to you the first time for the heater issue, the service advisor forced me to pay a $27.00 deductible. The warranty states I have a $25.00 deductible.� The heater worked for 3 days, then quit.� I brought the car back in, and you had it for almost 3 weeks.� When I came to pick it up finally, you tried to charge me the deductible again. It was back in for the same reason, I shouldn't have to pay another deductible.When I originally brought the car to you, my air conditioning worked fine.� When I picked the car up, it didn't work, I brought it back in a 3rd time and waited for it.� The service advisor came out and told me I had to pay $400.00 to recharge the A/C, just so you could try to diagnose why the A/C wasn't working.� I watched you (or whoever the service manager was that day) go into the service area with him, talk about it, then he came out and told me that.I have had the A/C evacuated and new freon put in, and the A/C is still not working.� Now I have to bring it back to you a 4th time for an issue that was not an issue when I brought it to you the first time.� Certainly, you can see why I'm upset.� I just want my car fixed.� I'm not going to pay another deductible for a problem your dealership caused.I was asked to contact them, which I did. Emailed the service manager, as well as left a VM for the general manager. I received an email from the service manager asking me to bring the car in, and they would add freon. I told him I already had it recharged at my own expense. Haven't heard a word since.When I bought the car 3 years ago, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The service department is another story.

My new 2023 Acura TLX Advanced package is the Bomb! I highly recommend this vehicle it drives so nice. I live in Henderson, Nevada and made the trip to Salt Lake City for the purchase due to the excellent price. Sales person was Kira Joko she was very knowledgeable and thorough on the TLX and answered all my questions and returned my phone call quickly. Becky Arnold-Ramirez made my experience with Jody Wilkinson Acura fantastic, she completed all the paperwork with me over the phone so when I flew into Salt Lake City to pickup the vehicle it went fast I was only at the dealership about 1 hour total, she even came in on her day off to help me. Jody Wilkinson Acura goes above and beyond with great customer service!

Very sketchy sales and finance department. Tried to tack on nearly $1500 in fees for an out of state purchase. When I questioned fees they offered to possibly reduce some costs only if Id finance through them.so they could get a kickback from their bank . Im.a cash buyer. $300 out of state fee. $300 FOR what I assume was an ozone treatment ( standard on most lots at sellers cost) documents fees. It was bonkers. Thankfully I spoke with several other dealers who were honest and figured out I was being bamboozled. Not that it matters since I literally have never had worse communication in a car sale. Happy ending though. I got the same model year and miles car from an honest dealer for $1000 less. If you want an initiative salesman, rude finance manager and to pay a load of fees these are your guys!

My daughter and I worked with Matt Rice. He was so nice and helpful. Even when we wanted to try a feature in one of the new cars, but didn't have an apple cord, he went through all the offices until he found us one. He is no pressure and super kind. If you're looking for an Acura or a used car, talk to Matt.

I went to have routine oil change and Andrew Robles ( service advisor ) was really good at his job . Customer service was beyond my expectations ! They discovered I had lost 2 lug nuts and 2 studs were sheered off . Andrew arranged for a loaner car because my RDX was not safe to drive home .I recommend Jody Wilkinson Acura because of the outstanding service I receive there

What an awesome family owned business! Unlike many car dealerships, they didn't try to push more things onto me to buy. Very straightforward transaction! In addition, Ms. Wilkinson was super helpful when I tried to figure out a difficult situation! Professional and friendly!Also have to mention the lifetime complimentary oil changes!

Words cannot describe how EXCELLENT, Jody Wilkinson Acura is! They are the epitome of service and excellence when it comes to treating its customers with care, respect, and thoughtfulness. Matt is a truly FANTASTIC Car Consultant and I'll buy from him again and again!The reason I chose Jody Wilkinson nearly two years ago was because their sales rep was so kind and professional, that I just had the feeling I wanted to do business with them (I was putting my feelers out there before making the purchase).I ended up buying a 2023 Acura Integra 6MT and not only are they fair in their pricing, they refuse to charge above MSRP, which in this day, is appreciated. They truly are in this for the long-term relationship and would like you to become part of their Acura family, and it shows!I've really enjoyed getting to know the entire team and they all care about making you feel like you are a valued and important person and really are great to work with!I have now purchased my second car from them, and I will be purchasing all future Acuras from them due to the GREAT experiences I have had with them.Top-Notch Service, and they are THE EXAMPLE of how an Acura Dealership should be run.Great work, Jody Wilkinson Acura! My wife and I are looking for our dream SUV to roll us into my retirement. We have looked at many and decided at the last minute to add Acura to the list. We stopped into Jody Wilkinson just to say we did. We were so impressed with the RDX and the MDX but mostly with Kira. She was so patient and informative. Honestly the best salesperson we have spent time with of the 8 dealerships visited in the last three weeks. We will be back.

I recently went to this dealership to look at a used jeep grand Cherokee they had on their lot. The sales team told me everything was good to go and the jeep was strong. When test driving the check engine light came on instantly. It seems the sales team and their leader Jamie were willing to tell me any lie to make me think this was just a fluke and the car was fine. After seeing the most recent reviews I cannot believe this dealership masked the problem of this car and had somebody come buy it out of state. Very dishonest of them. The jeep was marked at $4000 when I went to look at it. They claim this is inexpensive but for a car with a bad engine this is highway robbery. No jeep shell is worth $4000 with a bad engine. I cannot believe the owner of this dealership allows his team to do this to hard working people let alone people who have families and are led to believe they are buying reliable transportation. Something needs to change with this dealership. I truly feel horrible for the person they did this too.

Stop your car search now, save the hassle of sleezy sales people. I worked with Julia shes truely professional, and offered a stress free buying experience. She even had spare baby wipes for our little one! Talk about customer service!Honestly from the moment I walked into the dealership everyone was so kind. The pricing and bottom line number was discussed before coming in, and after extensive research on our RDX Aspec Jody Wilkinson had the best deal, i mean who else offers oil changes for life? I feel apart of the Acura family already and I m looking forward to my next purchase with them.

I will always swear by local and family owned businesses! I recently bought a 2019 Toyota Rav 4 from Jody Wilkerson Acura, and I had the best buying experience!This was my first time buying from a dealership and I was skeptical because of all the horror stories you hear about pushy sales folks, outrages fees, etc. However, this is NOT the case at Jody Wilkerson. Josh was my sales guy and he made my car buying experience a dream. There was no pressure, he answered all my questions, and offered great customer service all around.As for dealership fees, I paid under $600- that was a huge relief because I had heard from some people who say they ve paid thousands in dealership fees, which is insane. Overall, I highly recommend Jody Wilkerson Acura to anyone looking to buy a car!

We've had an MDX for about 9 years and decided to upgrade. I've always appreciated the MDX for its overall reliability and bang for your buck. I was leaning towards another brand strongly to change it up a bit, until I found a 2023 MDX that was certified and came with an extended warranty. Alex was the icing on the cake. He is very knowledgeable and is eager to make sure we had a great experience. He bent over backwards to make sure our buying experience was a good one.

This dealership had me fly out from Colorado to buy a jeep grand Cherokee that they claimed was in great condition and passed a full inspection by the technician (which cost me an extra $180). The jeep lasted a total of 10 hours before completely dying and the head gasket blowing. The sales manager JAMIE and her sales team member JONATHAN ERICKSEN sold me a car knowing it wouldn t last. They refuse to call me back or do anything about the problem they put on me. They are shady to say the least. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

We just recently purchased a vehicle from Olivia Clyde, she was awesome!No pressure, made sure all of my requests were taken care of as well as ensured that we were communicated with through the process. The finance manager also got us a really good rate through a local credit union that I requested.Very good dealership, great inventory and nice team!

This review is on the service center. We purchased our MDX from Jody Wilkinson and had a great experience. We purchased the extended warranty but never had the opportunity to use it because none of the issues we had with it were ever covered under the warranty. We have only had service and repairs done at the dealer hoping there would be value in loyalty and consistency. Oil changes have been free because we purchased from JW and quality has always been great. The poor rating is pricing. Parts here are comparatively over priced even when comparing to other sources for OE parts. Also labor charges are excessively high. For example I was charged 30 minutes of labor for the tech to undue two nuts on my saw bar end links while doing other work that required the nuts on the other end. The service manager acknowledges this is not a 30 minute task but said I need to pay my tech.. My recommendation is to find a local non-dealer mechanic. They ll install OE parts for much less and charge the appropriate amount of work for the job.

I have taken my car here twice and have received exceptional service both times. Frankly, I know very little about cars and I could easily be taken advantage of but the team at Jody Wilkinson has been constantly honest and forthright.

He worked with me and his team to put together a really tempting and fantastic deal on a gorgeous 23 Acura Integra! My experience was amazing thanks to Olivia. Not only did she make it a stress free buying process, she was honest. She never once pressured me into anything or rushed. She simply said if you're not ready there will be other cars. I bought a beautiful TLX and I couldn't be happier with it. Efficient and friendly service! Complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait at the service center. I was a bit nervous about needing an axle leak & seal replaced, a 120k mileage service for the transmission. Jaslynn was AMAZING! She kept me in the loop about needing an additional tensioner for this service, which wasn't part of the original quote. She reassured me that the cost would only be the part and not additional labor since the technicians would already be replacing the timing belt & water pump. Thank you, Jaslynn, for the best experience in 7 years that we have been doing our complimentary multi-point inspections with Acura's service. It was a great experience receiving a loaner car for the 1.5 days that our vehicle was being serviced! It was relaxing to not juggle keeping our daily routine during the service!BONUS: they recently added a nespresso machine to the lineup of complimentary drinks! Hot cocoa & espresso for the win!!

The service and sales departments are some of the best I have worked with. The sales team is not pushy and works to find you the car that best fits your needs. The service department is outstanding. They listen to your needs, they only recommend needed service and go out of their way to resolve your issue. Every single one of the staff are great people and many have been there for more than 10 years (which says a lot about the work environment and how the dealership takes care of it's employees). I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
