Went for an oil change and transmission flush. Never would I go there again!! Way overpriced and they didn't even change the transmission filter for all it costed. They also said they vacuumed my car as well. I had garbage like I did before getting serviced. Bunch of employees there, I have hard time believing they can make so much money there. I feel like I was totally ripped off. Won't go again.

I swung by Jiffy Lube for what I expected to be a routine oil change, but it turned out to be much more. Not only did they seamlessly swap out my old oil for new, keeping my engine purring like a kitten, but they also replaced my filters, ensuring my ride was breathing as fresh as a brisk morning jog. To my delight, they noticed my car's battle scars the dimmed and weathered headlights. Without hesitation, they offered their restoration service, and by the time they were done, my lights were shining with the clarity and brightness of when I first drove off the lot. Jiffy Lube didn t just perform a maintenance check; they rejuvenated my trusty vehicle, and that s service that shines.

I stopped in today for a top off. Daniel went above and beyond on delivering customer service. He kept me appraised of timing during my wait. When he had address something that came up during the top off, he kept me well informed and took extra time to get things right. Daniel was great.

I have a JDM diesel camper van that they would not change the oil on. But they did remove my oil cap and not put it back on securely so when I arrived at a shop that would do it, I had an engine bay covered in oil in the result of the oil cap coming off the engine. Luckily it didn t loose enough oil to do harm to the engine. However the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

This is the jiffy lube we have used for 4 years because it's right around the corner. They always have good coupons and don't treat girls like we don't know how to check oil! Good people!

If I could give zero stars I would! Ladies, do not go to this Jiffy Lube location for any kind of service. This is my third time going here for an oil change and each time has been bad but this time takes the win for terrible. Their staff takes advantage of women who are otherwise ignorant to this industry. They also took a razor blade to my windshield wipers and peeled them halfway off after I declined wanting to purchase new ones as well as many other parts and services they tried to upsell me when all I asked for was an oil change. As I continued to say no, who I assumed was the manager because of the way he was yelling at the other employees, grew more and more agitated and gave me attitude. My blades were perfectly fine before my service from them and were completely destroyed when I left. I went to the AutoZone on about 5600 S and 900 E I believe, it's right by the Macy's there, to buy new blades after my terrible experience at Jiffy Lube and the gentleman there was extremely helpful, helped me to pick a quality blade that was not the most expensive option, talked to me about my experience and how sad it is that this Industry unfortunately has a lot of men still in it that take advantage of women, and then he put them on my car for free while also confirming that it was obvious my blades had been deliberately cut with a razor blade. I highly recommend going to this AutoZone for any parts you may need. Not all Jiffy Lubes are created equal... avoid this one at all costs. The one right across from the AutoZone I just described however has given great service in the past. I hope this review helps someone avoid being taken for a ride the way I was.(I posted a video of my blades in action below after being destroyed, you can see that the rubber on each of them is flapping freely)

Awful service! My wife went in for a regular oil change that should have cost a simple $150 or less, it ended up being $477. They up sold her on every thing possible. She found them incredible unhelpful and their reasons for the other fixes were erroneous when she later told me. They sold her a new battery because her current one was leaking acid . It was a rainy day and she said it just looked a little wet and didn t understand the reason completely. The car was having zero problems with the battery before this. They then proceeded to convince her that the engine needed a complete cleaning and flush. It s a 2017 Subaru that s always gotten it s oil changes on time and it s never came up in the past. She came in with a coupon and they never even applied it.They were incredibly disrespectful to her and it feels they took advantage of the fact she was a women. Looking at other reviews this isn t the first time for this place. If I were a women I d take my business elsewhere or know the crew takes advantage of women.

The owner/manager was aggressive and dismissive while we were checking out. I asked to see the total invoice cost because it was much higher than expected and he told me he had already gone through it. He had flashed the screen at me for a few seconds, but I couldn t read it. I asked him to not be rude and to please show me the invoice. He was visibly irritated and after staring at me angrily said he was not being rude and turned the screen to me. I noticed a $70 fee for the cabin filter in the past it has been $20 and so I was surprised. I asked them to not change it. He said too late, it s done even though I had just barely said I d like it changed. He seemed aggressive and upset through the entire interaction. They took two cars before and I waited 40 min to start despite saying I was next up and it would be a 5-10 min wait. I asked they check my tire pressure because one was very low and they didn t, requiring a second stop leaving me nearly an hour late. I will not be back. We ended up late for our trip and overcharged.

Jaxon was so friendly and extremely helpful He made me feel like he cared about me and my car it was quick and convenient and I m so grateful he made my experience here amazing!! I highly recommend this store and hope Jiffy Lube recognizes Jaxon for his hard work

They totally took advantage of my son who came in and asked for their cheapest oil change. Instead of telling him the price for regular conventional oil, they intentionally sold him a high mileage oil that cost over $30 more plus an oil filter that was another $12. When we went back in to talk to them about it, they were very unhelpful an unwilling to make it right.

Basically a high pressure sales operation. I usually go to Valvoline Instant Oil change, but I was visiting some friends in SLC and there wasn't one near me where I was staying, So I went with Jiffy Lube because I was pressed for time. I'm pretty sure they intentionally ripped my wiper blade after I declined to have them replaced there. Guy tried to tell me I had engine sludge and needed a "sludge flush" or some other nonsense. I am diligent with my maintenance and see no reason to believe what he said in regards to that. My car had a remanufactured battery that was 2 years old. Wasn't sure if the battery really was "dying" like they said or not but I didnt wanna chance it and got a battery. Overall a ripoff. Was really ticked about them destroying my wiper blade. Was recently replaced not too long before this visit. Overall a disapppointment. had better luck with other locations in the past. This location gives Jiffy Lube a bad name. I have a fleet vehicle for work and take that vehicle to another location. No problems. This location was rather shady.

Went in to get my emissions done. Didn t scan my car or check my info. Told them I had to run some errands while they did the emissions testing and they told me I couldn t leave. Told them okay and put my car in reverse and proceeded go to the Jiffy Lube down the street. They were barking at me as I backed my car out. Very unprofessional, the shop on 900 E has much better service. Would recommend driving the extra half mile.

I've been going to this place for the last 3 years for simple oil changes. They've been great. But yesterday when I went was exceptionally good. Jaxon and his coworkers were the best!!!

The people who work here are no more than scam artists who will try to see just how much they can get you to pay. First of all, they asked me if I wanted to pay $10 to get my fluids topped off, when their website says that they offer complementary fluid top off. Also, when I went to pay, I used a coupon, but the total came out to higher than I was expecting. I had them pull up the itemized invoice and they had added a bunch of ridiculous fees. I know that they were expecting me to just swipe my card and not pay attention, but I noticed and when I fought back they immediately just removed the fees. My issue is that I know many people may not have even noticed that they were getting overcharged for their service.Also, when I shared my experience with my family and friends they mentioned that they had similar experiences at other locations. I believe that this is something Jiffy Lube teaches its employees to do and not just a one off occurrence at this location. I would chose just about any other location to get my oil change besides Jiffy Lube.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I was in Holladay attending to business when I decided to go to the Jiffy Lube there. All was well until I began hearing this AWFUL sound. It sounded like metal grinding against something. Since I live in Murray, I decided to bring it into the Jiffy Lube here in Murray on State St. I asked to speak to a manager and Mark immediately was on the case. Him and his trusty crew of young bucks took pride in there work. They found out the FRANCHISED location in Holladay didn't even re-attach my skid plate correctly which was the cause of the awful noise. They didn't stop there. They double checked ALL the work the Holladay location did and found out the lug nuts weren't tightened properly after my tires were rotated. If I ever need any light maintenance done to my car, I'm going here from now on. Mark and his entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, and kind to me. I ve been here before but today was not a good experience. They had what seemed like a lot of students learning which would be fine with me but they were kind of rude and took way longer then in the past. I called ahead of time to ask about price and it was all much higher once I got there. They were all eating and working. Even one eating a sandwich and leaning under the hood of my vehicle.

Made me wait 30 minutes when they said it would be 15 then came to my car and told me it will be longer and I could feel free to leave. Worst location. Ever.

The store was supposed to close at 5:30 PM. I left work early to get there with plenty of time. I arrived at 4:55 PM. One of the techs came out and told me that they weren t taking any more vehicles at that time unless I just needed my tire pressure checked because they were going to close soon. There was only one car in the bay ahead of me. I used to work at Jiffy Lube and we wouldn t close until there were no cars left in the lot even if it was after closing time. Has his policy changed? Even if it has, 35 minutes should be plenty of time to complete an emissions test on my vehicle. I won t be returning.

Staff seemed to not know much of what they were doing I felt I only trusted the mechanic below the floor. One employee had to be walked through everything which made me uneasy. They were quite responsive to me and the other vehicles however and were great on time. Not shirt enough to be skeptical but not long enough to be weary. Overall my vehicle works fine after stopping by, but if you have the time, go somewhere you won t feel anxious about an oil change.

Adding an addition to my earlier review. When my husband camehome and went over my vehicle he found that they have broken a piece on my glove box. I called the manager Tyson who just blamed me and said I was mean. I said I was direct that's not mean. He just talked over me and said I should have said I didn't want the filters checked. I just want emissions isn't clear enough. He said if he only did the emissions like I asked he'd go out of business because people don't know what needs to be checked. He hung up on me like a child. He never let me tell him about the damage. Also, I record all calls for quality assurance! Wish I'd have done this at their shop too.

I went in for an oil change and they were all so sweet but professional! Just to summarize it they literally are the highlight of my day and they opened mine and my friends door and so I m in love with them all not to mention they were really quick with the oil change. I also had a very poor experience at this Jiffy Lube location and will not be going back for any kind of service. Before entering the garage I asked what the price of my oil change would be and I was told $89. After they completed the oil change I was given a receipt that you couldn t read because their printer was out of ink. They told me my total was $125. I ve never had an oil change over $100. What a joke.
