Great team at this Jiffy Lube location! They re very honest, efficient, and friendly. Sam was especially helpful and knowledgeable! Seriously was the best repair shop experience I ve had in a long time.

I was in there today just for an oil change, and to fix the back license plate lights. I'm perfectly fine with the courtesy stuff, in fact I appreciate it, but the girl that was working informed me that they had put windshield wiper fluid in the radiotor, and coolant where the windshield wiper fluid goes. They ended up having to evacuate the entire system. Had they not realized, and not evacuated it my car would be done. I was super patient about it, but obviously fuming on the inside. They said it was a new employee that had done that. If you can't trust your new employees to put the correct fluid in the correct place, have the experienced people do it! Then when my car was pulled forward and I was getting ready to drive off, I noticed that my car was beeping. It said that the trunk was open, so I pulled out and went to the parking lot next door to open and shut the trunk a few times to see if it would stop. It didn't. So I went back and asked them to look at it. The guy acted like I was clueless and kept pointing at my check engine light. I know about that already and it is a completely unrelated issue. He then kept asking me if I tried opening the trunk and shutting it. I told him several times that i had tried that already more than once. When he looked at it again, he found out that it was beeping because HE had unplugged a sensor in there because he was "curious" about it before I left the first time. There is no way he didn't realize the car was beeping, because as long as it's on and in drive, it will beep to warn you if a door or the trunk is open. And then to assume I'm stupid over something he had done?? I think his name was Ryan? I'm not okay with anything that happened today. I will not be coming back to this location, and will warn others not to either until your new employees can be trusted to not potentially ruin someone's car.EDIT: they were supposed to change out my back license plate lights and didn't. If you're gonna charge me for a service, at least do the service...Let it be noted that the girl who billed me out was super helpful and offered some sort of discount if anything was to happen. And the guy Muhammad was very helpful as well with check in.

Oil change was preformed well and timely, BUT when getting my car back and leaving it was evident that the staff did not wipe off his hands as I found oil grease on my ignition, window switches, window sill and an oil stain on my cloth armrest.

Worst experience. They asked me $235 just to replace my front 2 tire even I got my own new tires. They are just stealing money. I will not recommend anyone.

Fast, professional, polite. Much better experience than other Jiffy Lube's I have been to. I felt like they let me know what was going on with my car, and didn't harrass me with upselling. They didn't push it, or throw dirt on my air filter or something else stupid that I have experienced at other Jiffy Lube's. I will always use this location if I can help it.

They tried to charge me 160 dollars, for an 80 dollar oil change. Thinking I didn t know the price of a simple oil change. Saying my 10 year old ford needed super ultra premium oil . Bruh, my car takes simple 5w20. After complain, I received a discount to the listed price of 80 dollars. Straight scammin at this location. If you dont understand cars, you ve probably had money stolen from you.

Took advantage of the FREE Vin # Engraving on my catalytic converter. Folks there are always real friendly no matter how stressful it may get. With a skeleton crew they got me in out very fast in my opinion, Awesome crew today, and every day.A friend went here because of my review. Apparently her 1 to 1 1/2 hour timeline was past 2 hours waiting, that's when her vehicle was finally rolled into the garage. She'll be looking elsewhere for vehicle maintenance.

Saw a $20 off conventional oil change sign out front so I stopped in for a quick oil change. Didn t look busy, I thought I would be next. 90 minutes and several customers later I m still sitting in the lobby and my car is still waiting. Maybe the other people had appointments or somehow were there before me? I don t know, and that is my point. If they had told me it would be over two hours I might have gone to get lunch or do something productive while I waited. Or maybe I would have gone somewhere else. The only reason to not tell a customer how long it might be is because you are attempting to deceive them.Also got my bill and the $20 discount somehow didn t materialize. Where I m from that s called a bait and switch.

Decent service but I asked if they could fill my tires after my emissions test and they said it was part of their complementary services. Well I checked my tires when I got home and they only filled the tires on the left side of the car which adds wear and tear to your vehicle.Update: I took it back and they fixed the pressure in the tires.

This shop saved my life!I was having a serious issue with my recently replaced brakes not having stopping power.I was on a long trip from Vernal to SLC and called ahead from the road to see if they could help me, and was told that their specialty technician was in that day so I was in luck.I got the car into the shop and Jamie took the brakes apart and identified the issue, which was that they had been installed incorrectly.She was able to pull up a diagram and fix the issue by reassembling the brakes correctly and had me back on the road safely that same afternoon, no charge either!Jamie, if you see this, I am eternally grateful for your service. You truly cared about my safety and worked very hard to get me back on the road quickly so I could pick my wife up from the airport in a timely fashion.Management, if you are reading this and have an employee recognition program, Jamie needs to be recognized, she really went above and beyond and it showed!!

This place is awesome. I had to go to the hospital to see my mom and when leaving to head back home my belt snapped. I took my car here cause it was the closest location and was treated better then expected. So well in fact i wanted to give back and bought some of the staff coffee as my way of saying thanks. Service was great and they got me back on the road in a very short time. These guys were awesome and if going back to salt lake city again and need service will take my car there.P. S. We got an oil change here during a road trip. They quoted us 30-45 minutes but it took an hour. The oil change was supposed to include an interior vacuum and exterior window wash. Both were marked as completed but were not done. Greasy smears were left inside the car on the steering wheel and center console, so the car was actually dirtier than it started.

I have the time to write this review right now, because Jim, the manager at Jiffy Lube, is making us wait while they help other customers after my wife and I have had to return for the second time to have our skid plate reattached. Jim was very rude to us and defensive about their 2 prior failed attempts to attach our skid plate after a routine oil change. He even made us wait longer than we needed to while there was an open bay (see attached photo), seemingly out of spite. Then he tried to blame us for the problem, claiming it wasn't entirely their fault and told me to "shut my mouth" when I tried to tell him that he was not taking accountable for their mistake. If you are looking for competent, professional and friendly service, or simply being treated with the respect owed to any human being, then I recommend looking elsewhere.

I got my oil changed at this jiffy lube location and had to wait 4 hours. When I dropped off my car, none of the employees mentioned that it would take that long. When I got my car back, I was told that they had deflated my tires to below the recommended air pressure and hadn't asked if I wanted them to do that, so then I had to re-inflate my tires to their original air pressure. The very next day after getting my oil changed, my check engine light went on for the first time since I have had the car, so I took it to a different car shop to figure out what the problem was. They ran diagnostics and reset the warning light which fixed it but I still ended up spending that entire morning trying to correct the problems that happened directly after I took my car to this jiffy lube.Service: Oil change

I will never go back to Jiffylube. They quoted me 3 things that I needed to fix on my vehicle. I got a second opinion. I'm glad I did because one of the "issues" was inaccurate because my vehicle didn't even have that part in my car. Very sketchy and downright lies. Jiffy lube is a scam. Always get a second opinion on Mechanic shops because they're shady.

Worst location I ve been to in Salt Lake. Very slow, poor communication, and sketchy waiting area. I waited 90 minutes and my car hadn t even moved from its parking spot.

Brought my car in for an oil change. They said I needed a new radiator cap, I told them to go ahead. About 24 hours later my radiator hose blew off, never had an issue in the past. I bring it back to them, they worked on it for two days and got it working. Now a month later I m having the same issue. Called jiffy lube again and waited 2 hours for a call back. Basically they are not willing to look at it again and are saying it s an internal issue with my coolant system. Brought it to another shop and they did a diagnosis for free and couldn t find any issue. They said that jiffy lube left my oil filter loose so it was leaking and they used the cheapest parts and coolant when they did my repair. Would not recommend jiffy lube for any services.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Awesome staff quick service and affordable. Will definitely go again! They were also informative. I explained I normally do my own work and didn't talk down to me. They took my experience into consideration and even showed me scans, I couldn't pick up at home. Definitely my go to when I don't want to work myself, I also met some other home mechanics there doing the same thing.

I came in for an emissions re-test. On check-in I was told the wait was 45 mins to an hour. It took over 2 hours before they got to my vehicle. When the test was complete I tried to clarify something about why my test had failed and was cut off mid sentence. I'm not upset that they were short staffed and that it took so long to get looked at. I just would've liked an honest estimate from the start and to not be dismissed so readily when I am trying to understand the status of my vehicle.

They over charged me for an oil change and wouldn't listen when I said that is all I wanted. They kept pushing other products and services no matter how many times I declined. Then they told me that they 'added' some things and 'didn't charge me. It shouldn't have cost $130 for an oil change. Not even the dealership is that expensive. Do not take your car here. They also laid my seats all of the way back, not bad just a really bizarre thing to do for an oil change.

They failed to put a new oil filter on correctly and it ended up leaking like a sieve. Luckily I caught it just before my car ran out of oil. Sure their oil change is cheap, but it comes with a risk. I would not recommend their service.

Jamie and Chris were amazing and so professional! My son brought in his truck after having a bad experience with another shop location and Jamie took great care of him. I can t thank Jamie and the employees enough for their help and all the work they did, it s hard to find a trustworthy shop these days and I have to say we ve found one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, because they all deserve 10! Thanks again Jamie and crew.-Theresa

I came into this Jiffy Lube back in October 2020 to get my inspection done on my car before getting it registered for the upcoming year. The inspection went great and everything was done pretty quickly. My dad told me to just get the test and not get it registered at Jiffy Lube because he can just do it online. A couple months later, I came to found out he never did it and I had been waiting for the 2021 sticker for no reason. He told me to quickly go to Jiffy Lube to get it registered instead. I was pretty upset at myself for waiting this long and my dad for not registering the car like he had said.So I re-visited the same Jiffy Lube expecting it to be a short visit with just quick paperwork for registration, so I went in about 20 minutes before close. However, they told me my emissions test (I think) was out of date because my previous test was only valid for 60 days, so I had to pay for a new one. I thought I would have had to come back tomorrow because I came in so late. As I was on my way out, the employees at Jiffy Lube talked it over and decided to take my car in for the inspection and to register it now anyways. They ended up working 15 minutes after close to get everything done for me. After, when they were ringing me up, I thought I had to pay for the inspection all over again, along with the registration fee, and the state taxes on my car. To my surprise, they took care of my test fee and registration fee. I'm very thankful to them for taking care of me even at their expense with having to stay late and dealing with my own mistake.I have come to this Jiffy Lube location a couple times and I have never had any problems! They do tell me about things that are overdue, like air filters, but I kindly deny and tell them my dad will take care of it. Once I explain it to them, they politely pass by to the next topic. Their service is pretty quick and normally I do not have any problems during or after my visit. My most recent visit showed me that their service is better than just decent, but rather is actually a place that will take care of you even if it is not their problem. Really made my day better. Thank you!

Slowest service ever but friendly staff. They quoted me an hour and a half for an oil change. It s been 4 hours. This isn t the first time they ve taken 4 hours.

They want beyond customer service for me great experience. My battery died they help me jump started, then get it over to their place, changed it, tested. After that I was in no time on my way back home. Hands down, great customer service thank you very much. I really do enjoy going to Jiffy Lube. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off I like the fact they are honest. Yes this is busy area but there is a coffee shop right next door just leave your car and go grab great coffee .

Have been a customer at this Jiffy Lube for years and have always been treated great. Not a number to them, but a person. The people working there are great.
