Been to this Jiffy Lube location now at least 5 times and they do not disappoint. Every service person treats their customers professionally and 5 star service. If you forget your coupon, no worries they apply one. While they do sell products and extra services, I never feel forced to purchase by the attendants. I always get a free full point fluids topoff and they vacuum my floors even. Jiffy gives awesome value for their services and I never go to the dealer now!

I came in back in December for an on the spot renewal for my car registration, and I was charged $180. They told me I passed and placed the new year decal on my license plate so I thought I was good to go. A few weeks later I started receiving emails from the state letting me know that my registration had still not been renewed yet. I went back to this location in February to find out what happened, and was told they performed an oil change back in December and not a registration renewal. I was required to pay another $161 to renew my registration despite being told that s what I paid for in December. A week after resolving all of that, I started getting warnings on my car that an oil change is required despite being told I received an oil change in December and they placed a sticker in my windshield that said I didn t need to come back until 96,000 miles (I m only at 92,000). I am extremely frustrated and feel lied to. Worst Jiffy Lube experience that I ve ever had

The folks at this Jiffy Lube location are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My Jeep was overheating and stalling over the weekend and wasn t sure where to take it to, considering most auto shops charge a diagnostic fee and require an appointment. On a wing and a prayer, I took it to Jiffy Lube and they diagnosed it - cracked radiator, along with a brake pedal sensor issue. They were able to get the work done the same afternoon and it s been driving well since. I use my vehicle for work doing deliveries, so it was vital that I got it repaired immediately. Additionally, my current budget forced me to finance the work through Surepay, which offers 90 days same as cash. I wouldn t have qualified for other credit offers at this time. All around, it was a huge blessing. (I shared the financial part for those who may be in a similar bind and are feeling overwhelmed/SOL.)

Got here at the end of they day on Friday. Work truck needed some love. Went for a walk to the food market while I waited.Truck was taken care of. And they have a nice little break room for you to wait in. The exit is kind of hard with how packed the main road is but if you just force your way out youll be fine.

Took my car in for an oil change.. not only did they not replace my oil filter but they actually didn't put oil in my car at all! Drained my old oil and gave me a new sticker of course.. my car broke. The car shop I took it too showed me a video of them draining what oil was left in my car.. less than 1 quart which should have been 5. Unreal. Do not go here.

I was a long time customer of jiffy lube, then when my girlfriend called to get a cost on a fluids check and flush they treated her poorly. She asked and the kid was rude and saying what kind of flush with a rude tone. She was asking for general and instead of him offering prices on all sorts or asking her questions on what she s looking for, he said to the person next to him, this lady is clueless while she was on the phone. We ll never go to jiffy lube, all locations and I ll never recommend jiffy lube, especially this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

Honestly, I am trying to figure out how I can get my money back. Can you get a refund on an oil change? I mean they changed my oil but then I had to add a quarter and a half like I just got an oil change they didn t read the dipstick correctly, also I asked them about a black Friday deal. They told me yes that if I got the oil change that I would get a free tire rotation they did not do the tire rotation when the location down the street told me that they would however, the worst part about it all is we left and I went to go get something out of my glove box and my glove box would not open pulling and pulling on. It finally got it open. They didn t even put my cabin air filter back in the car correctly that actually can do some damage. Cracked my son s cell phone that I had in there. I just noticed it when I got home.

As we were traveling we had one of our tires go out and we didnt have a way to fix it because our car jack had been misplaced. An employee here named Brady helped us out in a huge time of need and helped us fix our tire which ended up only needing some air and some minor repairs. (thank you for helping us out when we didnt know where to turn!:) )

This team was awesome! I was in and out in 15 mins for an oil change. I haven't experienced that type of efficiency at a Jiffy Lube in a long long time. Anna was the lead tech and she was friendly and professional. Thanks y'all!

My experience getting an emissions inspection here was great! Shane was extra communicative, kind, and kept the waiting area stocked and clean.

Friendly, respectful dudes.. unfortunately my car is squeaking 5X more (I m not exaggerating) than before, after getting new brake pads , rotors & oil change. I took it to BMW Murray for an overall inspection where they found an oil leak & cheapest aftermarket parts installed by JiffyLubeI went back to Jiffy, Marco looked at brakes he said they re fine.. that doesn t fix the extremely loud skreeeech my car is making :/When I mentioned the oil leak, he didn t acknowledge or directly address it I d like a manager to contact me, pls to fix the brakes with higher quality parts or partial refund me, it s embarrassing to have loudest BMW on the road when I break as if I didn t just get it serviced lol Regarding the oil leak, I m CONCERNED how that happened or how it went unnoticed when they changed it, as they were literally working on that very area.

Super busy. 2012 Mini Cooper running bad. Engine not working to par for about a week. Couldn't drive it to dealership too far away. Sounded like no oil. New to me since July 2021. They put new spark plugs & oil. Got $21 discount. All is well in the Cooper world...

Nothing jiffy about it. I needed an oil change and they said about 45 minutes . I waited an hour and asked and they said another 30 minutes . There weren t long lines or anything. My car was the next one for one of the bays. All four bays were in use and there were plenty of employees, but no one seemed in a hurry to get anything done. I gave up and left.

I went here with no appointment and the guys were so amazing! They got me right in for spark plugs and an oil change. Very customer service oriented and super helpful!!

I stop by and advised the attendant I was here to have emissions done again as it didn't pass the 1st time and was done at the sugarhouse location. The service adviser indicated he will scan the vin # and I can sit in the lobby. I waited for 2 HOURS then a service adviser said sorry we cant do this as it was done at another location and the system will call for me to pay again. I advised that I had paid and have a receipt and was told I can stop by any shop within 30 days to have another test. I was told "Sorry you would have to pay again or return back to the location it was done". Talk about customer service. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION"

We were given compensation (75 DOLLARS for the oil change) for a quart of oil all over our engine because they left the cap off and the oil light came on and the car smelled like burning oil. They also took advantage of my family by changing filters that didn't need to be changed and rotated the tires that definitely didn't need to be done. This "service" costed my mom over 200 dollars.

I had my emission performed today at this location. When the technician finished he slammed the hood of my car shut very hard as well as left oil handprints on my car door, hood and seats. However, the cashier was great. She was friendly and helpful when I asked for a rag to remove the oily handprints

I have been here an hour in a 1/2 and they have not even started on my transmission fluid exchange. I guess that they don't do transmission filters anymore. I wish Tyson had just told me that instead of lying and telling me that my transmission filter was a "lifetime filter" and never needed changing. It is not. Not according to my manufacturer owners manual. It is as I had said and should have been changed.Now I have $200 worth of new trans fluid and still don't have a properly serviced transmission in the heat of towing season.I am very disappointed. Tyson could have also been more honest in his use of my time as well. When I called he told me it was a 30 minute wait, it was 2 hours. I called to avoid just that and as the result of the long time the of the service, I had to turn down a job that would have paid for the fluid change.My fault, I should have read the reviews first. I do not recommend this location.Update, 5pm. General manager emailed me and called me to discuss my displeasure Cody offered to redo the work and to change the filters as should have been done, only chargeing me the difference that would have been if the filters I had been done the 1st time . Cody set an appointment with me right after opening so that he will be able to get me in-and-out I feel that This has been resolved in a professional manner and has restored my faith in that Jiffy Lube location. Everyone is allowed to make mistakes we are human it is how those mistakes are resolved that matters and Cody has resolved this mistake in a satisfactory manner.Update, I went in for my 8am appointment and Cody was ready for me. Got me right in and started the work immediately. This service is no easy task. The skid plate has to come off, the transfer case support has to come off, the pan dropped which always spills everywhere, then the filters changed. They had it all back together and filled with ATF4 and me back on the road in a couple of hours.Cody stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. He did everything he said he would and then some. He restored my faith in Jiffy Lube and that location.Service: Transmission

Awful. Stopped in to inflate a tire because every nearby gas station's air pump is busted. I was told it would be 5 minutes. I've been sitting here for 23 and they just told me it'll be another 5-10. Wife is sitting up at the hospital with our 2 year old after an operation waiting on me. Guys are just wandering around, not even working on the car in front of me. Absolutely terrible.Edit: Left after 26 minutes. If you'd have told me it was going to take anywhere close to more than 20 minutes, I stood have kept looking for a gas station. As it is, I now have to drive my very sick, freshly operated two year old home on 8lbs of pressure.Service: Tires

Quickest oil change ever. They also were able to replace my headlight. It took them like 10-15 minutes for everything. They were also very nice and applied a discount that was going on which I really appreciate.

I went here a few days ago for my emissions and registration renewal. I got in there, and they told me about 30 minutes. They were very pleasant and nice. The area was decent. They got me done in about 40 minutes which I didn't mind because they had gotten busy when I arrived, so it's not their fault. They were nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will be returning to this location for all my future needs as ones I have gone to in the past have not been up to par with communicating.

The crew there is awesome! Helped me out a lot with my emissions test suggested several ways to help me pass the emissions. Did everything legally to help me pass as well. If you are in this area need emissions or services I recommend here. They treated me like I ve known them forever and this was the only time I ve been there

Things may be different now, but the last time I went to this location I was given a guilt trip for not taking better care of my car. In addition, they were very pushy about additional services I "needed" in a very condescending tone which was a huge distraction in making a decision. They told me I needed a new battery and that it would die in a week. It lasted me another year and a half. left with a gross feeling.

I hit a very large and deep pothole on my way to work which blew my right front tire. I was able to get to a Jiffy Lube several blocks ahead on 400 S 700 East in SLC, UT, and was there waiting for them when they opened. My tire was completely shredded. They took care of me in every way, from examining the tires and rims, making recommendations, providing tire quotes and explaining them, answering my myriad of questions, taking me to work (about 5 min away but out of their way), giving me time frames, and keeping me updated on the entire process throughout.As most of us do, we interact with mechanics and car services periodically. I've had good experiences and not so good, but my experience at this particular center at this time was one of the very best I've had. I can't think of anything else they could have done to help me in a very surprising situation. They helped in every possible way with knowledge, courtesy and kindness.If I could give 10 stars I would!Service: Tires

This location used to be the best. Now it s the worst. The manager is a grade-A jerk. They can t even install a headlight bulb correctly. Avoid at all costs.
