Where to start. How about online. QUOTED a price, well that wasn t honored. Almost double of course they didn t tell me that till it was done. Oh and AFTER they drained the oil, they told me they had to order the filter and it would be about an hour before it gets here . Again would have been nice to know BEFORE hand. Now don t get me started about the extremely rude young female employee. NEVER NEVER visit this location.

Such a positive experience! Was instantly greeted by a friendly tech. Rosaline was knowledgeable but not pushy with all the details they let me know about my car. Oil change and emissions was done in under 30 min.Would definitely recommend!! Great Service!!

Took my vehicle in to have an O2 sensor installed, an oil change and to have them check my fluids.I left after paying about $117.00 under the impression this location had done their job. I drove to work and my engine overheated and seized just as I got off the free way. My over flow tank for coolant was smoking and bone dry, the tube had melted off, there was no oil. I called the location and wanted to know what they would do to fix this. I was told that there was nothing they could do. So I reached out to corporate. They sent someone to check my claim and the last I heard from them was on August 18, 2022.This is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my life.Do not waste your money or time here.Service: Oil change

I went to Jiffy Lube Friday 12/ 29/2023 around 2:30pm. I explain what was wrong with my car , The employee told me that it will take 30 min for my car to be seen . There were two lines, I was park in the the first line . Cars was pasing me by I was there 2 hours . No one came to comunicate with me. I left without my car being seen and west it 2 hours . Very unproffesional. I do not recomend this place.

They didnt tighten the new radiator cap they installed and it fell off on the freeway. I'm lucky I noticed and was able to replace the cap and coolant before my car was damaged.

I brought my vehicle over to have the registration renewal done, I figured it would be a quick and convenient stop for me, I chose jiffy lube because they are usually decent service and have provided services for me before. The technician working on my car was unable to perform the renewal service because of an issue with my Obd port. I ve never had issues with my obd port before this visit. More disappointing is the fact that I carried some loose cash in my drivers door pocket, upon receiving my car I noticed my cash was missing, i went through the entire car. I called the shop and spoke with a manager, who recalled seeing the cash their but couldn t resolve or provide anymore assistance with this complaint. This is very alarming I can t imagine trying to run a service shop when you can t trust the people running the shop.

Prime location off of Bangerter and I was able to get help once I arrived. The staff was looking to work and I provided that for them. They were friendly and kind during my visit. I ll be back for future oil changes, vehicle registration, and safety/emissions.Awesome job!

I ve been here before and it was fine but never again. I was approached by a girl with long dark hair, no smile or customer service at all. She came off rude and irritated to do her job. As an overly friendly person myself, she was very off putting. Then I continued to sit and wait for over an hour to get an oil change. At that point all confidence I had in them had gone to zero. The same 2 cars that had been in the bays when I got there, were still being worked on by kids looking unconfident and inexperienced, and frankly looking like they just didn t care. I didn t feel comfortable with them working on my car. So after wasting an hour of my time, I still left before they could do the service. I will be going elsewhere. They really need to get a manager in there who can handle business and staff effectively.

I'm very dissatisfied. Jiffy lube is the worst place for an oil change. Very bad service and very expensive. They don't even do the things they offer. In their system they mark a list of things as completed when they have not done it. They gave me a list of things as completed like vacuum floors when they didn't vacuum my car. I told the man the floors looks dirty. He just said " I FORGOT" My car has oil all over looks like they spilled and left a cloth covering it. They didn't put the sticker with date for next service. They don't even check the coolant. I'm not coming back to this place I pay too much for the worst service.I don't recommend this place. People look for a better place. Evite este lugar no tiene buen servicio, tampoco buen personal y muy caro para no hacer su trabajo.

I use this location when I have my oil changed and generally have a good experience, BUT, I went there yesterday it was not a good experience. When my vehicle was done it was pulled out of the stall and parked on the east side of the building. No one ever came for me, so I went to the counter by the register and a young woman finally rang up my bill. When I opened the door, there was grease on the door handle from where it was pulled shut. Grease on the steering wheel, and worst of all greasy footprints on the floor mat. I called a young man over and showed him the greasy footprints and told him I knew he could not do anything about it then but it definitely was NOT acceptable.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Not impressed at all. Told me one price when I got there, then they were rude about that because I asked and when I went to pay they charged me $40 more than the quoted price!! Then argued with me about it. Would not go again. Would not suggest to anyone ever. I should have just taken it home and done the oil change myself.

June 2016 went for oil change. 2.5 hours later end up with dirty oil smudges on front of vehicle, neither driver or passenger side was vacuumed. A cheap Cabin filter was installed, which we were charged $50 and discovered 2 weeks later that it was badly warped. I purchased a much higher quality Cabin filter on amazon for less than half the price they charged us for the cheap one.

They should rename this location "Stoners on Cell Phones"I understand some people love this locations but I spent over 10 min in waiting room with no help to check in. Then I went into shop to ask if I could get some help. I was rudely told to pull my car up "so that he knew I was there". After doing so I waited another 10 minutes with no help. I simply gave up and took my business elsewhere.Jiffy Lube as a company has lost my business forever. I should have stayed with my local mechanic. Shop Small Y'all.

If you are told that you need a specific service by this jiffy lube, have it checked out by another location before getting anything done, because there is a chance that they are outright lying to you. I went here for an oil change and was told my brakes are in the red, but I had them serviced a only a few months back, so I took my car to the SLC jiffy lube location and was informed that my brakes are in great condition.

The worst jiffy lube I've been to. There a young lady that has long black hair she is very rude. Her name on her shirt is Ruby. Just cause she having bad day doesn't mean she can treat customer like garbage. So they brought my up to check-out ready to pay and all they did was emission never ask for.. I ask for oil change so know I waited another 45 mintues. Maybe the owner should come in and re-train his employee.Save yourself there trouble and go to different jiffy lube

oil change was fine, but on my receipt they said they did things like fill my tires with air and that was not done. they also failed to put down paper on my floor mats and left oily boot marks on my carpets, potentially ruined them. they also left oily, greasy marks on everything they touched in my car, effectively leaving my car worse than they found it. and they did not reset my oil change light. i ve had much better service for less money, don t go here.

Super great service! JD was quick and very helpful in getting the maintenance done on my Honda. Being a first time Juffy Lube customer, I recommend this that location and their services to anyone looking to get their oil or cat maintenance done. Thanks John Graham.

I visited a little before an hour prior to closing on Monday, September 28, 2020. Despite being near the last hour of business, the gentlemen were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. They were happy to assist me.I had my oil changed and did emissions and on the spot renewal. All of the gentlemen were helpful and polite. They were quick! They work well together and keep an efficient flow. I appreciate that they were informative and helpful but not pushy.Even though this is not the nearest Jiffy Lube to my residence, I will certainly come back to this location.

They did an emission inspection and, for my convenience, also added the registration with stickers. They always check all of the filters. Surely, one of them needed to be replaced. All of it was done quickly and it was rather affordable.

Went in for a oil change and to get my tires rotated. While I was there they told me that they broke my dip stick but not to worry because its a very common thing and ill still be able to drive without it while they ordered a replacement. Its been over a month now my cars broke and the mechanic needs the dip stick replacement. So I call asking about it, turns out they never ordered it and when asking about it the manager on the phone hung up on me.Service: Oil change

The employees at this location are brain dead. They tried to upsell me on EVERYTHING and then didn t actually replace my oil correctly, and didn t put my air filter back. They threw it away and left the cover off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mess. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!

I was short on time to get a oil change but had to get it done because I waited way too long. I stopped in on my lunch and got right in. They explained everything so clearly. Prices are posted in the lobby so you don't feel like you are taken advantage of. They performed the work quickly and got my on my way - wasn't even there 30 minutes. Amazing service!! Oil change was great, But they opened my coolant reservoir and did not tighten it back down. Next day my engine was overheating and I had no coolant left.q
