I love this Jiffy Lube! Team is always great and fast- they saved me and got my license/ registration done on my way out of town for work. They are fast, professional, nice and they just saved me from getting a ticket and I won t be late for my meeting. Thanks as always!

Was running short on time so I took it to this Jiffy Lube against my better judgment to have a a quick oil change. I found when I checked my bank statement they charged me $130 for a oil change when I called the store and asked I was told it was due to a covid charge. then after a day or two I noticed a oil stain on my garage floor. Crawled under the car and found my oil plug had been covered in some sort of blue and red epoxies. So after removing the drain plug I found the gasket was missing. ground off whatever they had put all over my drain plug and reinstalled a new gasket and filled it with oil and have not had a problem ever since never go to Jiffy Lube.

They were quick, thorough and professional. Offered additional services relating to car maintainability. Most important they listened to what I asked to be done. Make sure you go online and get the coupons offered by the company because they are very worthwhile as a coupon from Jiffy Lube saved me $20 on a signature service oil change.

Came in to Jiffy lube this afternoon to get an oil change. I only had a $12 off coupon, but the manager tacked on an additional $5. They were really fast at getting it done and we're very friendly. The reason for the four stars was the cost of the oil change, $78 seems a little steep for synthetic blend.

The service here was amazing!! I was in and out for an oil change in less than 20 minutes and all the employees were very kind and helpful.

The techs at this Jiffy Lube did not reattach the splash shield under my SUV correctly after an oil change and caused it to crack. I found it dragging under the car two days after the service. Since this happened right before a road trip, I had to take my family out of state in our commuter car instead of our SUV. I also spent hours on the phone during our vacation consulting my auto insurance and my dealership's service center on a course of action. To deal with the issue quickly, I paid over $200 out of pocket for the repair at the dealership. It would have been hard to prove conclusively that Jiffy Lube was at fault.Taking your car to Jiffy Lube is a roll of the dice at best. Do yourself a favor and schedule your car's service at the dealership or with a trusted mechanic.Service: Oil change

The best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I went at the perfect time with no wait at all. They also fixed my rock chip and tightened a bike rack I had on when they saw it was loose and moving around. Absolutely fantastic service. This location will be my Jiffy Lube location going forward. So impressed with Hugo and the whole team who helped me. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome. I'm seriously considering going in whenever I need a lift because I had a great time with the whole crew. They made me feel valued and they have earned a customer for life.

Absolutely love this location! Been taking both of my cars here for years. It is hassle free and very fast. They always take such good care of me and even switched out the lights on my subaru for free. Which I had been to multiple places and everyone said it would be too hard because they would have to remove the wheels and wheel bed which would cost a lot (just to change headlights ). They did it in 5 mins just by turning the wheels!! Honest awesome employees, keep up the good work guys

I went in for an oil change only to realize there was much more wrong with my car than anticipated. They didn't make me feel obligated, just wanted to inform me of what needed to me done at that millage. Hugo (spelling?) was the manager and his crew absolutely killed it. I had interactions with at least 4 different people, all of them super knowledgeable, NOT pushy, and super friendly. (even though I wasn't in the best mood) 10/10.

A great experience. The assistant manager was excellent at his job. He was friendly, thorough and prompt. Every one of the other employees was doing something whether that was working on customers s automobiles or cleaning the store, even the walls, no one just standing idle. Rather than buy one conventional service I bought a package of 4 because of the great service I received. Keep up the great work!

I drive past about 5 or 6 different Jiffy Lube to go to this one. When I go to the one nearest my home I always left feeling a little angry by their attitude. Here they treat my truck like it was their own and are always friendly. I told Albert the manager and he was happy to hear how well his team did things and the staff seemed proud of their work. A mark of quality in my opinion.

I ve never even been to a jiffy lube before, always serviced religiously at the dealer since I ve been driving. I brought my pride and joy over due to a bit of dangling from my skid panel. I checked in and pulled right into the bay and the young man V fixed my skid panel right up and set me on my way. I plan on returning for my next oil change.

I ve been coming to this specific location for oil changes & emissions tests for a few years... always greeted promptly & with a smile. Hugo s entire team is thorough & professional (Duncan, Matthew, Daniel & Jacob today) & the visit always includes a complimentary window washing. Hugo went above & beyond to help apply an on-line coupon for the services, as well. Thanks so much!!

My mom went in today and asked about a problem with her headlights. Will was so nice! He took the time to check out her headlights and help her with bulb replacement. She came home and asked that I write a review for her as she was so very happy. We'll be suggesting this location to other people and because of Will, you will have a customer for life from my mom. This place is terrible. A neighbor of my elderly mother brought my mother's vehicle here for simple oil change and emissions test. The technician stopped emissions test due to excessive oil leaks. This was after they performed the oil change. How does that happen? Her car never had oil leak issues prior to coming here. Estimated repairs are in excess of $1500. Can't wait for their canned response.

No wait, quick service for an oil Change, 20 min, friendly staff, found it worth a little extra for them to check coolant,headlights, tire pressure, wash windows, and other stuff which is standard for them, and they didn't try to tell me a bunch of other stuff that was wrong with my car

One of the better jiffy lubes in that they didn't hound me over unnecessary stuff I didn't need. The techs were very nice and friendly. As with any jiffy lube I wouldn't take your car there for anything other than basic service of like emissions, registration, maybe an oil change.

They did a really thorough job last time I was here. The also ended up finding out that the place I took my car to get the brakes worked on last time did not do a good job. The other place also sold me on ceramic brakes but put on metal brakes. I was glad that Jiffy Lube showed me what was wrong with the brakes and fixed them. Really nice to be able to see what's going on before committing to pay for a repair.

About a month ago, I had my front brake pads replaced at this location because I noticed a loud grinding noise whenever I braked. I asked them to check the front brakes AND the rear brakes of my car. The person working on my car told me he would make sure he did, and then said he would let me know which of my brake pads needed replacing. I was charged for only the front two, and he told me my rear brake pads were fine (even though that was where I heard the grinding coming from the most, and I explained the noise to him several times). Well, here I am getting my brakes done AGAIN, because the grinding noise is back. Turns out my rear brake pads are so worn down it s METAL ON METAL at this point. There isn t any way I could have noticed this, because my rear rotors are covered by a metal disc. Logically, the person who worked on my car should have taken the cover off and checked them the FIRST time I came in a month ago. Obviously, he never did considering the current state of my rear brakes.Not only is this beyond frustrating because I could have had this problem fixed a month ago, but it s extremely negligent of the person who worked on my car the first time to tell me he would make sure certain things were checked and then fail to check them at all. This negligence could have resulted in further damage to my car had I not noticed the grinding noise again.On top of all of this, I ve been waiting for almost 2 hours for them to finish replacing my rear brake pads. A replacement does not take that long. When I was given an estimate for up to $350 (I paid $120 for my front pads), I was never given a time estimate for the service. Had I known it would be this expensive and take this much time, I would have left and found a better place to go.Luckily the manager was very nice and gave me a discount after I explained the situation, which is the only reason I m giving two stars instead of one.

In these covid-19 days, we are driving pretty minimally. Our car needed an oil change; I got it done last week and basically parked the car for days. Today I needed to go somewhere and left the car cooling down while I loaded it and as I was driving off I saw a low pressure warning on the panel. I turned around to drive home and returned to a big oil spillage. I happen to live right next to this Jiffy Lube location so I walked over to tell them what happened. Their response was amazing. They came over right away, found out a problem at oil filter, fixed the issue, topped me off and cleaned up all of the spillage at the end of my driveway, on the road and the gutter so that I didn t have issues with my HOA. Mistakes happen, and how companies deal with them speak volumes to their integrity. I am very impressed by this crew at this JL location. They exceeded my expectations! Thank you. Carmen & Ric

I went there today ( day - 3/14/16) over my lunch break to have my oil changed. My kids had made the car a disaster of trash so I asked if I could dump stuff in their garbage while they were changing my oil. They agreed, and they even vacuumed my whole car for me after I disposed of the trash. I felt like I had not only had my oil changed but that I had been to the car wash! I felt like I drove out of there with a new set of wheels. And with all this, I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes, 15 minutes top. It was fast and friendly customer service. I recommend this location.

I cannot recommend this place for your automobile service. They over-filled the crankcase by 1.5 quarts. Their printed report showed all fluid levels as full. However, the radiator level was below the "add" line as was the brake fluid. I could not even see the window washer fluid even with the aid of a very bright tactical flashlight. The tires were inflated several pound of pressure above the suggested levels as noted right on the drive door pillar. The carpet in the back seat was not vacuumed at all. The front carpets were vacuumed so poorly they needed not bothering. There was a hand print of grease on the left rear taillight that gave the impression of having been deliberately wiped there.What makes this particularly onerous is the vehicle in question belonged to&was brought into this facili6by my 87 year old mother-in-law. She drive so little that oil changes and other similar services need only be done annually. I am disgusted with this Highland drive Jiffy Lube location. I wonder if they are so cavalier and dishonest with all the senior citizens that patronize them. Or, just the timid little old ladies? I live 400 miles away from her but I will make a point of seeking service for her in the future. Finally, don't expect to save any money at Jiffy Lube. This no service at all visit cost her $110. Plus, I still have to get 1.5 quarts of oil removed.Update two day later from my OP: I returned the my mother-in-law's car to the Highland drive Jiffy Lube location. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Each of my concerns was addressed&corrected where needed. Apparently, I have lost my ability to read a crankcase dipstick. The oil used is a new natural gas derived product that is great at coating engine parts. It clings to dipstick as well. The staff sprayed the dip stick with a liquid that enables an accurate reading of the oil level. There was actually no problem. Kudos to the manager at this location for addressing each issue promptly&completely. I am pretty satisfied with the way it was resolved.

I went to other Jiffy Lubes in the past and they where never very nice and always tried to do more than I asked and charge me for it. But not this one! The employees are so kind, I even had Tyler forget they charged a $10 sticker fee for registration renewal and when he found out they do he took the money from his wallett and tried handing it too me. Outstanding customer service!

Wow! I stopped by today to get a small thing done and these guys were awesome. Just absolutely exemplary customer service. Albert, the manager, was great. William follow suit. I immediately committed right then and there that I would be a regular customer as long as that level of service continued.I was really impressed!
