Mike and the rest of the guys working on my car today did an AMAZING job!! I got brand new tires, an oil change, and changed filter for an excellent price!! If you need service done on your car go to this jiffy lube!! These guys do an amazing job and they genuinely care about you and your car!

They are always efficient and help us every time. Mike the manager is great. He helped on Christmas Eve a few years back and did not even charge us. Since then he always recognizes us when we come in. I will always go to this Jiffy Lube.

I told them I already had an air filter on hand, so didn't need theirs, and when I went to install said filter, I found this cigarette butt thoughtfully placed in the filter housing. Never going back.

Ripoff. Way overpriced oil change service. Perhaps they justify the price by cleaning windows....yet the rest of my car was a salty mess and in need of a wash anyway.....so why bother with the windows? So they can price-gauge the oil change. I'll will not be back, ever.

Didn t do the windshield job right. But I went back and they assured if that windshield cracks, they take care of it.I hope so. But they are nice enough.

TBH this is a perfectly fine jiffy lube and I like it bc when I was in a pinch and needed to get an emissions check done AND get my sticker for registration same day they were able to do it ALL in one stop. I mean for convenience like that I really cannot complain. It's super easy to get to. The folks there did the test quickly. And they put my sticker on for me! Great service!

I have been going here for 5 years now, and consistently the experience with customer service and quality of the work has been excellent. The people working there are always polite, even when the weather is not the greatest. Only thing I would recommend: get some fans or something in the changing bay for the workers! I feel guilty stepping into an A/C waiting area while these guys are working in such a hot environment in the summer.

I've gone twice now for an oil change and windshield chip repair and Mike and his team have taken great care of me and my car. They are very quick and professional. I'm planning on keeping them as long as I'm in Salt Lake!

This Jiffy Lube has the NICEST staff ever! I ve been going here for 4 years since I moved to SLC for college. They have always treated me so kindly and so friendly! They deserve 10/10 stars in every aspect - fair price, quick service, and more! If you re thinking about going anywhere else, don t. THIS is the Jiffy Lube you need to start going to! It s Jiffy Lube, so I m not expecting world-class auto shop knowledge BUT these guys are consistently better than I expect. Every time I pull up they are surprisingly friendly and professional. They know how to offer additional services without ever coming off as pushy. They always do a good job cleaning windows and vacuuming (something all Jiffy Lubes put on their checklist but surprisingly often fail to do). And I ve never been there when they haven t found a good coupon code for me to apply to the service. I just really like this location. It is far superior to all other Jiffy Lube spots I ve ever been to. It s what all such service centers should be. I drive away feeling like a got a good deal every time I come here.

This place is good. It's not the usual one-stop shop. There's a guy here who runs the show, who is always looking over, making sure things are happening the way they should. I trust this Jiffy Lube.

Jiffy lube is always been my favorite place to get my oil changed because they pay such close attention to the things that they do. Foothill boulevard is an awesome place to change your oil they take real good care of you free coffee free hot chocolate and the store looks fantastic it's a good experience.

Technician overtightened the oil filter cup on a toyota, needed well over 100 ft-lbs of torque to loosen it (the toyota spec on it is 18 ft-lbs!) and ended up cracking the plastic housing given the amount of torque needed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Highly recommend! Fast, friendly, and HONEST. They seem to do good work and the oil change price was fair. This team is the best. I've had them do two oil changes, a transmission fluid exchange, and a brake inspection. They show you which services you should do now and which you should do later all without being pushy or dishonest.

Update:10/21Still get good care for my old car oil changes and a few other things, this time even the manager Mike was very courteous and helpful and make sure everything is done right And yes I ve been going there on more often oil changes because I have a old car they always take care of my car well David and Shay and others are so courteous and helpful and they also give me good deals as I m using my coupons every time. This Jiffy Lube branch are wonderful! God bless you and keep up the good work!For the one on Foothills I went there by now about four times for the last year or so and I am always impressed with their coupon deals they give me and good care if there s a problem the managers always try to fix it right away wonderful business I m going back

I did not have an enjoyable experience here and will not be going back. I was told to just wait in my car and pop my hood and that they would tip off my coolant. It was 95 degrees outside and I waited 20 minutes. Then one of the workers came up to my window and paused and looked like he was trying to figure out how to explain something ti me, then he said how can I put this in a derpy way? . I felt so insulted, did he say that because I m a girl? Then he proceeded to try and get me to spend $144 on something else. I will not be going back. The one other time I went they tried to up charge me as well.

I have been going here for several years and generally had good service. I'm always amazed at how quickly they can get the work done, which sometimes in my mind I question weather it is always done completely and accurately. Today I went to have emissions test done and register my vehicle. I noted on the receipt after I left that the recorded mileage was an even 25500. I thought that was kind of strange. When I looked on my odometer the actual number was 32,532. Either the mileage was confused with another vehicle which I doubt as it was such an even number. But it confirms my concerns as to the accuracy of the work that is being done.

AMAZING experience. The staff at this particular location is stellar. I was told by the Hyundai dealership that my transmission fluid needed changing, so I came to jiffy lube to have that done hoping to save some money. The team checked my car s manufacturing standards, and said that the dealership had lied and it really didn t need changing for another 20,000 miles. I felt so much better, when at other car service places have tried to take advantage of me in the past. This team is great, and have a customer for life because of the trust they cultivated in me to make sure I did what s best for my car, and not trying to overcharge me.

Excellent customer service! Services were performed by Jessie, Hagen, Matt, Brandi and Mike. They were quick, polite and very helpful. I had a rock chip on my window and they said that my car insurance can pay for it so that it wouldn't come out of my pockets. Mike even went the extra mile to tell me about recalls on transmission, so that it wouldn't come out of my pocket. I highly recommend!

Super fast, which was nice - but, there were some downfalls. One, they try and up sell you on everything possible, whether you need it or not (there is no way the average person doesn't walk out of their confused or over-charged). They also rotated the tires (which we paid for) and got the car back with 2 of the 4 tires well below the recommended pressure and the service light on. Last, both cars leaked oil all over our driveway and garage until we took it back to have them fix that, as well. After that, they were fine.Other than those three issues, they were fast and punctual as expected.

WOW! I have never had such a good experience at a jiffy lube. I went in 15minutes to closing to get my emissions done and they had me in and out with a new registration in maybe 10 minutes. They were all super nice and speedy. I highly recommend this jiffy lube and will continue to come to this one.

Well, for starters... I came across this location by accident because I was not prepared for my Road-trip from WA State to NC with my Cat, and figured I'd better get an Oil Change in Salt Lake City so my husband didn't have a heart attack that I drove across the Country without doing an oil change first. Hahaha. I was honestly stressed about trying to find a location with a minimal wait time and this place helped me in more ways they could have imagined. The ENTIRE staff was so friendly and kind-- and they work as a TEAM. That was the biggest thing for me. Seeing the staff work together as a team and communicating to each other kindly and seeing them smile, really touched my heart-- Especially during the Pandemic. The Team got me in and out in about 15 minutes and genuinely wished safe travels for me and my Cat Cleo. No business is going to be perfect, but when the team has heart it shows-- I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the Area and this would be my regular service station if I lived in the area-- Best of Luck to all the Gentlemen that helped me and Cleo today and thank you for your kindness and compassion! They do good work, just super expensive, they quoted me $180 for a battery that I got elsewhere for $115, I'm sure I was also overcharged for the filter they sold me too, probably not coming back unless it's an emergency. Again the work was good, just don't like being nickel and dimed for every service.

HONEST, GOOD WORK BY TYSON.I have a BMW 3 series and its coolant was leaking. I showed it to some repair shops and they all said that I need to replace the radiator. One of them even checked the underside and said that there was a crack in the radiator. The top 3 'highly rated' shops gave me quotes of about $600, $700 and one even quoted me for over $1300. Before making up my mind I decided to show my car to Tyson at this Jiffy Lube location. He had a look and said that there was NOTHING WRONG with the radiator. He opened and checked, and only replaced a connector by the sensor that had the leak. My job was done for $170!I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location for their honesty and good work.
