Took my truck in for an oil change a few months ago, I also added on a spark plug replacement. Everything seemed fine until the next morning when I heard a clicking under my hood. Opened the hood to find all six of my old spark plugs along with a screwdriver sitting in the engine bay. I was so uneasy to return for my next oil change that today I did my own, and I find that my oil cap is missing. Noone has touched the truck since jiffy lube. Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment at all costs.

I use Jiffy Lube as my go to place when I need my oil changed. Today (8/21/23) I went, even though the main thing that I had was a question. Even though I wan't sure if I needed an oil change, I was expecting to be told to just have it done - just in case. However, AJ was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond what he needed to do - and fixed my problem (I actually didn't need my oil changed. Thanks again!2/21/24 I went to get my car inspected. The worker was very professional and helpful. He didn't try to oversell - even though I mentioned the possibility of getting an oil change.

The staff is all very friendly and my oil change took very little time. My questions were addressed, as well. I ll be back!

I call this local and there was an extremely rude guy answering. I politely asked for the price of oil change and he mumbled. When I asked again he shouted at me. Then I asked if there is any appointment and he said no, just come in. You should check out your costumer service. I hope he wasn t a racist because I have an accent

I went to JL on Veterans Day thinking I would get a free oil change and ended up paying more than $100. This place is definitely overpriced.

Service is usually pretty good. They pinched the gasket on my air filter last time I was in there, I had to replace it.

Had my oil change done here and everything seemed to go OK. When I got my car back I came there was suddenly an error message saying a headlight was out. I turned around spoke to what seemed like the manager and he rudely said they didn t touch it and they wouldn t do anything to help me. Have always used Jiffy Lube and never had any issues with them before albeit it was a another location.

I have 2001 Toyota Sequia came here to-do inspection young unprofessional employees failed me for visual inspection saying my car has only 2 catalitic converter and I am supposed to have 4, I contact Toyota got all the specs for this vehicle and this particular year only has 2 catalitic converters, now I paid for nothing and I need to go and talk to thier owner and they wasted a lot of my time. Last time I had a similar problem I had a low cracked windshield below the wiper blades they failed me for that 2 years ago I had to go back and explain the law to them and then they passed me finally. To the owner please educate your employees on car specs and emission rules they don't know jack.

If I got a do-over I would NOT choose Jiffy Lube to fix my rock chip. The employees were very friendly & eager to help me. I appreciated that. But i watched as it took some discussion among them as to who/which employee knew how to do a rock chip repair. Unsettling.Eventually a man approached to do the repair. And he was going to show/train a new employee too. I took that as a good sign. But then the work was so sloppy, I was so scared they were about to make it worse. I watched as he paid no attention to the visibly dirty tools, dirty suction cups with residue, etc used on my windshield. It could have been MUCH MORE of a clean, professional process (less scary for me!)Especially since as I drove home I immediately noticed a big smudge under the rock chip that I'd assumed had come off when they briefly cleaned up.I scrubbed & scrubbed but I get to look at that smudge/residue on my windshield from now on. The rock chip seems to be repaired. And to be fair the now permanent smudge is hard to see from outside the car, so they likely didn't see it - but I feel like they should have paid attention to their tools and technique and this would have been easily prevented. Inside the car it is very obvious, and something I get to look at every day b/c its not going anywhere.

I went for an oil change, and while there they were not pushy about the filters, which I very much appreciated. They also informed me that they could also perform an emissions test if I wanted. My registration needs to be renewed by the end of the month so this was very convenient.I spend minimal time here, yet a lot got done which is great!

Cooper helped me today and was absolute fantastic. I walked in to renew my tags. He was quick and kind. He noticed chips in my windshield and informed me insurance will usually cover the repair. He was so knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this location and Coopers customer service!!!

I will never do business here again. This business jumped my car, suggested that I come in for a battery check. I changed the battery. Afterwards my transmission was locked and stopped working. The now they are trying to charge me for a separate $250 to take care of that issue, then blamed me for lack of maintenance to why my car is doing this. All of this could have been avoided if I never came to this business. I don t know what the problem is with this place but all trust has been broken on the first visit. I highly suggest to NOT do business here.Service: Battery

Jiffy Lube, try being transparent with your prices. it clearly lists the oil change prices on the sign, but when you leave, they add on shop fees. It would have been nice to be told that BEFORE I agreed to the oil change. I asked about this to the employee and go a shrug with Yeah, we add that on. Also, beware the upsell. They wanted me to replace the air filter. Hey, would that be the same air filter I replaced two weeks ago?Service: Oil change

Worst experience we ve ever had. I ll preface this review with the fact that I have never once written a bad review of any establishment, and we are some of the least confrontational people you ve ever met, but our experience was so poor, that something must be said here. On Nov 23rd, we went in to get a simple emissions test on our 2013 Toyota Camry. After receiving the car back, we passed the emissions test, but little did we know, a whole new assortment of problems would arise. As pulling out of the Jiffy Lube Garage, we noticed our stereo system wouldn t turn on. Weird, seeing as though that has nothing to do with an emissions test. We pulled back into the bay, at had Ryan, the store manager, take a look. After messing around with the car for a few minutes, they said there s nothing we can do, you will have to take it somewhere else, like the Toyota dealership . GREAT... just want we wanted to hear.. so as we pull out of the jiffy lube, we realize all new kinds of problems arose. Our turn signal lights were now broken, our hazard lights wouldn t work, and the stereo system still wouldn t even turn on. Ryan, the manager, said that s not on us, because those things aren t related to an emissions test! So we proceeded to Mark Miller Toyota, where their technicians were baffled and relayed the message that the fuse block/box had been removed for the turn signals and hazard lights, and several fuses were put in the wrong places. With this newly gathered information, we called this Jiffy Lube back, and were told by Lewis (nice guy trying to help us out) that he s sorry for the inconvenience, and the best way to solve this would be coming into the store and looking over the camera footage they have to see if the technician or Ryan, the manager, had made a mistake or something, in which case they would be responsible. Seeing this as our last option, we proceeded once again, back to Jiffy Lube, to meet with Ryan and go over the footage from our emissions test. Upon arrival, there were 0 cars there, and they were closing in about 30 minutes. We asked Ryan if we could see the footage and see if there were any mistakes made and he responded with I actually can t show you the footage . He then repeated what he said earlier saying the issues that arose with our car don t have to do with an emissions test, and they aren t responsible. So here were are now, went in for a $39 emissions test, and got over $300.00 of new issues to deal with. Had to get a rental car while the car was in the shop. Had to pay the Toyota Dealership to fix the hazard lights, turn signal lights, re-organize the fuse box correctly, and still can t listen to music because even after the dealership was able to get the stereo on, the volume knobs no longer work, and they suggest we will have to get a new stereo head for the vehicle. Overall, we got screwed, weren t allowed to see the footage (after being told we could), wasted hours of back and forth phone calls, paid hundreds for the rental car and the new repairs, and still can t even listen to music. And the funniest part was when jiffy lube told us this never happens, so all those things must have happened as you were driving away like.. what? The car just randomly lost control of music, turn signals and hazard lights as we were leaving the Jiffy Lube... come on man. If anyone higher up in the company is reading this, we would love it if you could review the footage, (from both the original technician and Ryan tampering with the car) and if anyway possible would love a refund, but we ve been dealing with this all week and are about to just bite the billet, give up, and never go to jiffy lube again. We want to be clear that Ryan, Lewis, and all other associates we spoke with were kind, nice employees throughout the process, never once being rude, and remained professional, however, kindness doesn t fix our problem here.

I m irritated with the service I received here. It took so long, 45 minutes longer than the estimate they gave me at the beginning. I have never had a good experience at any jiffy lube location and this was no exception. I think the staff was nice but there was no hustle to finish my car. At the end I had to drive my car out of the garage myself, which I found unprofessional and a little unsafe. I m sure they were doing their best but it definitely did not meet my expectations for a paid service.

This Jiffy Lube has made my life extremely difficult the last couple weeks. I received an oil change here(I don t usually use this location) and weeks after, my oil drain cap fell out on the freeway. I didn t know what was happening at the time and immediately went to a nearby Jiffy Lube. The first thing this employee asked was, who serviced your car last? With oil splattered all over the bottom of my car and a missing cap it was clear it had fallen out just then on the freeway. It was obvious who was at fault and they couldn t deny it. It destroyed my engine on a very reliable car(2018 Crosstrek with 50k miles on it). I paid for my own tow ($160) to get it to the dealership, Jiffy Lube has refused to pay for a new engine($16k) and offered a rebuilt one instead ($8k, with a 12-month parts only warranty) and on top of that, I have to front the thousands of dollars it s costing me for a rental car and waiting for reimbursement still. I m a broke, full time college student so this is putting a ton of financial strain on me. This has been extremely frustrating and unfair. I do not recommend going to this location.Service: Oil change

I came in for a oil change and to renew my tags and by the time I left I was in a complete uproar. Apartment inspection one of the employees had left my lights on in my car and this caused my battery to die. To start my car they needed to jump it. Unfortunately they place the cable to the positive and they hooked up the negative to the relay box this caused some electrical issues immediately. Long story short I spoke with the manager and he took the time to assure me if they were responsible they would take care of any damages I was a little skeptical I have my car taken to the Chevy dealer which they did a Diagnostics the bill was around six hundred bucks which they sent to Jiffy Lube and the manager went above and beyond and had it taken care of in full I really didn't have to worry at all the manager I think his name is Ryan it's pretty awesome he took care of everything and he even gave me my money back for my oil change would I go there again absolutely it was just a bad day everyone has a bad day but the Integrity of Jiffy Lube in their employees it's pretty awesome they took care of the damage that they did 100% and didn't argue or try to get over on me one time thanks Jiffy Lube

This was the best customer service I've ever experienced getting an oil change. The gentleman that worked there were so friendly, and courteous, this really impressed me. There was no wait and I think it took them about 20min to do an oil change, and tire rotation, fast! When checking out they gave me a coupon discount which was so nice. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic employees, I interacted with 4 and they were all GREAT!! ! Friday night 30 minutes before closing and not only did they welcome me but they also proactively offered to fix a hole in my windshield. I was treated with respect I don't as often see these days . My car died on me while driving and check engine light came on. I went to the closest jiffy lube and they said I needed to change spark plugs and battery ($340) and coil ($400) for $740 total. I told them to only change spark plugs and battery and see if that would fix the issue. They changed them and said car wouldn t start at all. But they tried putting their coil and module in and it started and it would cost me additional $600 instead of initial $400 for coil ($940 total). I told them no. So they just charged me $400 instead of initial $340 for battery and plugs. Then I bought parts (coil and module) for $200 in auto zone and asked another mechanic to put them in. Car still doesn t start. Brought to another mechanic and they said parts isn t the issue. It must be electrical issue. In short: didn t do diagnostics right, charged for unneeded parts, charged more than initial estimate, car is in worse condition now after using their services (car doesn t start at all)Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I went to this location at the beginning of May 2021 and had services done for my 2018 Subaru. The very next morning my check engine light was on so I went back in and asked them to please double check the work done because it seemed far too coincidental that it would happen immediately after my car was serviced there. They did not double check the work and instead just pulled the code and said it couldn't have been from them based on the code given. They cleared the code and gave me a couple suggestions of mechanics nearby to take it to if the engine light should turn back on. It of course did turn back on, so I took my car to a mechanic and paid them $100 to find that a tube had been left unattached and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. They told me if someone had inspected the work done when I asked them to, it would have been easily found and fixed. So I went back to this location and spoke to a manager who told me they couldn't compensate me because I had someone else fix it before they could inspect it, even though I explained to him that I did come back the very next day and asked them to inspect it first before taking it to someone to else but was ignored and told it couldn't have been them.

The employees at this location are super nice! They had me in and out fast! I went to the downtown location first and had to walk up to the employee and was not greeted. They told me it was over an hour wait until they could even look at my car. I decided to come to this location, was greeted right when I pulled up and my car was worked on right away. I won't go to another Jiffy Lube location after my experience here. I have been to several in the past and haven't had as great of an experience.
