Mike was amazing he helped me get into my car which I am in love with he explained everything so well! He showed me how to use all the gadgets an walked me around the car explains everything I m so glad I was able to work with him he is such an amazing guy help make the process so easy for me! This was such a better experience with buying a car at dealership than me last one from a different dealership. Ryan helped me out a lot with making sure it was the right car as well as right decision. He was patient with the whole process and I didn t feel rushed into buying a car! Nikki who did all the financing was also really helpful with getting the right things and making sure everything was correct! Definitely recommend this dealership if you re gonna buy a car or looking for a car!

Just bought a 2017 Buick from this location and had an amazing experience! Adrian was so knowledgeable and amazing! Brought my sisters Kia in for a recall. I got to watch the whole repair at the window counter in the guest lobby. So cool! Even though we have our own mechanic shop and we could have done the repair in a fraction of the time, I still give these techs props.My part was in stock and was at their warehouse that was across the street. Only hold time really was the part coming over. But it was such an easy process.I love being able to watch it even though I was watching the heavier repairs on the other side more.Thanks Kia! Great experience!

My salesman, Mike Pembroke, was excellent to work with. Everything was ready for me on arrival to my appointment. He took the time to show me features of the vehicle I purchased. The finance team was very helpful, and again, was prepared for my visit. The whole sale was seamless, and pleasurable. 10/10 recommend

I went in to the service department for a warranty issue. The experience was incredibly poor. Talked down to. Basically a one way conversation which then lead me to be frustrated and leave. I went to the sister store in South Jordan about a week later for the exact same issue and approach. They were an absolute dream to deal with. They listened, they took care of the issue with no problems and explained without condescension. They took care of everything I hoped the SLC service department would. South Jordan is not as convenient but worth the drive for wonderful service.

Buying my new car at this Kia dealership was a fantastic experience, thanks to Mikey F.! He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. I highly recommend working with Mikey if you're in the market for a new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Trevor and Stephanie originally. They both were great, Stephanie was responsive through text as I have a very busy schedule and needed to start the process remotely. Once arrived the process moved rather quickly with Trevor. He also went out of his way to drop the vehicle off to my home with me so I didn t have to leave my current car in their parking lot until Monday. The employees spoke about the company values and them taking care of their people. I could tell that was the case by their actions.

I choose Kia to buy my first ever car. I was nervous. I was helped by a gentleman named Romer Ferrer. He made my experience super fast and easy. Romer was very kind and patient and answered all the questions I had, which I had a lot. I will definitely go back when I want a new car. If your looking for a car I highly recommend going to Kia. One of the best decisions you could ever make.

I worked with Dave Sauer and had a great experience. He was no-pressure and let me figure out what I wanted to do. He answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer would check with the right person. He also worked with me to get the best deal possible. Alen from finance was also great to work with on finalizing the payment and signing all the documents. (I got a blue 2024 Kia Niro.)

TLDR genuinely good humans in the team make it easy and painless to buy a new carI bought my first car from this dealership a few years ago. They made everything easy and the salesperson seemed pretty honest.That car recently took a turn for the worse (admittedly 100% user error - I ve always dated car guys who took care of the maintenance stuff for me. Now that I m single I m learning how clueless I actually am about cars) so I went back to Jerry seiner. I have a 45 minute commute in good traffic, so my biggest concern was fuel economy. The first car made a weird noise, and the salesperson (Mikey) actually DIDNT try to gloss it over or push me into a sale. He even notified the manager and they made a plan to check over the car for safety again before it went back on the sales lot. I found that really reassuring that they actually wanted to sell me a good car instead of just pushing for a sale.When I did decide on a car, the team made it easy to get some warranty coverage even though it s a used car. They also did a good job at explaining exactly what was covered and showing me different options and different loan terms so I could make an informed decision about coverage benefits vs cost.I d definitely go there again

I called Jerry Seiner Kia from out of state because they had the exact car I wanted with all the Kia incentives. They were amazing to deal with every step of the way. James in sales, Kevin in finance were exceptional, no pressure, and arranged paperwork delivery and transport for the car to be delivered to another Jerry Seiner dealership (Mazda in Vegas, also very professional and nice, shout out to Lin). Tim the manager obviously runs a great crew at Jerry Seiner Kia Salt Lake.

I had a great experience here buying a Telluride. Madison helped us find the exact car we wanted even though it wasn't on the lot yet. Communication throughout the process was great and the pickup was very quick and easy. I highly recommend going to Jerry Seiner and asking for Madison if you're in the market for a Kia.

Jerry Seiner Salt Lake Kia has been so impressive! Bert found us the best interest rate and they were so easy to work with! Coming from Idaho, Bert made everything smooth and easy and had everything ready to go when we got there! There Finance guy was also amazing and was informative and understanding with us and was willing to do what he could to give us peace of mind with our warranty coverages and loan as well! They were just great people to work with and will definitely go back for our next vehicle!

I will never buy another KIA from this dealership. Their service department is terrible not to mention rude. I have had four experiences with them and only the first one was pleasant. It was my first oil change and I think they were on their best behavior.They are curt and extremely unhelpful. I can t get my check engine light looked at for two weeks. They told me not to drive the car. I even have an appointment for a recall in a couple days and they won t address the check engine light.I took my car to Young KIA in Layton instead. So nice, helpful and friendly. They got me right in and are taking care of the recall and engine light.If you want a good service department, DON T buy from Seiner. Young KIA seems a better choice.

Caitlyn was amazing helping me with buy my new 2015 Kia optima. As you know buying a car is stressful but she helped out so much and explained everything very well. Didn t push price or didn t push me to get an expensive car. She took her time to find the right car I want and for my price. I loved her very much I would highly recommended her to anyone who is looking for a car. Especially younger people. She went above and beyond for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH

After talking with Bryan Peralta over the phone for a few weeks he sent us the PERFECT vehicle for us. Yesterday we went in for my husband to test drive it and Bryan was super friendly and worked with us to get us the best deal. Trevor Cruz finished up the sale and got everything set up for all this to happen. They even delivered the car to our house since I'm currently unable to drive! Definitely a 5 star experience all around. One of my few experiences at a car lot where I DIDNT feel as though the salesmen were shady but were generally good people.

Do not take your vehicle to Jerry Seiner in Salt Lake unless you like spending unnecessary money. They were out from the beginning to get as much money as possible. I stopped them from doing a few unnecessary items, but was too late to stop them all. I walked out $800 poorer. My daughter had the exact service on the same make/model/year vehicle, and hers was half the cost. Keep in mind that she doesn t do the simple stuff herself I do. This is my fourth Kia and I have never had a service bill this high for what was considered routine service.I even called the Kia dealer that I used near my home and he said that was way too much money and told me that many of the services that they recommended were not required and unnecessary. Unfortunately, if you re in the greater Salt Lake area, you are held captive by Jerry Seiner.

Madison was outstanding during my first car purchase! She helped me purchase my 2018 Subaru Forrester. Even though this was not a Kia she was very knowledgeable about this car and explained all the neat features that came with it. After being at a number of other car dealerships all week and dealing with pushy salesman I was glad I met Madison. She made the entire process stress free and throughout most of the time at the dealership we were laughing and having a good time. She even helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend! If you are walking into Jerry Seiner, ask for Madison!

I want to call out Madison Farnsworth for helping me get a car here. She went above and beyond to help me find a car I wanted and even picked me up from the airport. She sent me a video of the car. She is fantastic at sales and really helped me a ton. She covers all the features and I really felt she did all she could. She made buying a car more fun.I'm not doing 5 stars because I felt that the rest of the team did an average job. I did a lease for the first time and they didn't give me the price advertised on their website. I'm getting less miles and it's stressing me out. It also took a long time (around 2 hours) after I arrived to get to the paperwork and warranties were offered that I said I didn't want and the $1800 dealer protection was there even though I stated I didn't want it .To sum up I would work with Madison again and thank you. The rest of the process was average.
