First let me say... I am not a Chevy owner. With that being said, I've brought Dan Long my Subaru, my Jeep, my Honda, and my Toyota for service. My parents have taken their Chevy's to Dan for years and the service can't be beat. He's very attentive and communicates well, always looking out for my best interest.

When I pulled in, nobody at any of the desks greeted me. Eventually the second desk employee slowly wandered over, not saying anything and held out his hand for the keys. Eventually, he handed me a card to use in the cafe. An hour and a half later was when I got my first update, after he had already checked in and handled two other guests. I came in for a minor repair (top off my electric car coolant, and do my 75k inspection), and after 3 hours of waiting, I only got the coolant topped off. What a waste of a morning, and what lousy customer service. I was also promised a follow up call to get an appointment for the 75k service, which never happened. So I paid close to $200 to sit around for three hours and get a little coolant. What a joke!

Looking for quality parts/service and great customer care? Keep looking.We spent $4600 to fix the power steering on our 2012 Chevy Traverse in 2021 at Jerry Seiner Chevrolet Service. We figured the dealership would get us the best parts and service. BAD DECISION. Our power steering started to go out again after only 2 years so we took it back for follow-up and they said the parts were out of warranty and they could fix everything again for another $4600+. Wait, what?! After we questioned this, they came back and said they really knew what the problem was and could do it for only $500. Huh?!OK Seiner, I don't know what the problem is, I just need you to make it right like you were supposed to do 2 years and $4600 ago. Our service advisor, Kevin told us management had graciously offered a $25 discount on the repairs. Now you're being insulting Jerry Seiner. We've spent $7000 in repairs over the last 2 1/2 years and this is the thanks we get?Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident. We had the exact same thing happen with a bad alternator they installed but luckily for us was still under warranty so they HAD to fix it. You'd have better luck pulling used parts at a salvage yard than letting Seiner install their "OEM" parts. We've been loyal and overlooked their frequent miscues and "faulty parts" for years for this, $25 off another repair? No thanks. We'll take our business elsewhere. Good luck finding another 10+ year customer Jerry Seiner Chevrolet.

I would rate this place less than 1 if it was a option! Our 2017 chevy 1500 with 77k miles was taken to this shop and diagnosed needing a new upper end of the motor. Chevy is aware of this problem with this year. We were happy we purchased the extended warranty that covered the issue. We were not happy that it took them 10 weeks to actually "fix" the problem. 8 hours from our home. Less than 2k miles and 3 weeks later the truck is doing the same thing! Failing us! Thank God we are closer to home this round. 2 hours rather than 8 hours. Do not use this place! Currently sitting in hotel waiting for our local dealership to open in the am. Missed work, rental expense, distrust with chevy. I will add, we went through multiple service techs, Jordan, Philip, Dan. Spent hours on hold, hung up on multiple times and at one point during the 10 weeks I felt I was paying for a vehicle that was stolen from me because of the lack of communication. Around week 6 we were offered a rental vehicle ( 8 hrs each way) what a joke after initially being told that they didn't have rental vehicles after covid.

Maybe mine was an outlier, but my experience was genuinely horrible.1) First, I gave my car for diagnostics which resulted in an alignment issue due to a bent control arm. I had a feeling there was an issue like that, but it was not observable. When I took the car back after diagnostics (because I couldn't give the car for repair at that moment), the alignment was way way off! I had to drive back home, steering at almost 45 degrees out, which is insane. They worsen things during diagnostics and refuse to acknowledge it.2) They never told me there was a ~$170 diagnostic fee. This is important because I brought my car there to get my battery replaced. I didn't even ask for a diagnostics. They performed it without my consent and charged me for it. While they offered to wave it off if I got my battery replaced from them, the point is that they shouldn't have performed a costly test without my consent.3) This is where it gets even more troubling. I asked them to upload the diagnostics video to the insurance claim website so that they could cover some of the bills. They delayed it for a month! I kept going there every week to remind them about it, but for some reason, they procrastinated. This meant a considerable car rental bill for me. How could you procrastinate a 10-minute job on the computer for a month, even with in-person reminders every week? Ultimately, I got frustrated and walked into the supervisor's room and asked him to handle the case as the current service handler was incompetent.I hated my experience there. I only went there thinking that a GM dealer might be a little costlier but would be very professional. But OMG, there wasn't a single thing about this service that they handled correctly.

I set a simple appointment arrived 15 min early, we ll now I m here one hour past my appointment time and it is still not done .what is the work being done you might ask .we ll just a simple tire rotation that s it! No work just a rotation! I ve walked out to the bay to see about it and only one guy greeted me saying it is just now on a lift and will be done shortly!!! Terrible service and Dan who helped me check in won t even acknowledge that I m here! Worst customer service ever! I get being short handed but that s why I set an appointment!Service: Tires

The work they performed was exceptional. The amount of time it took was not! This is the second time in 10 days we waited for HOURS past the expected amount of time we were quoted. Not a half hour or one hour, but several hours! They are kind and apologetic, But there's definitely a flaw in communication in the service department. Still, Im very happy with the service to my vehicle and the paint protective coat. Just be prepared for a longgggg wait.

Great service! Michael was a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated and informed on the diagnostic and worked with the warranty company to keep all out of pocket cost to nothing. Definitely recommend them for any service work on your Cadillac

Service department is very unresponsive. I called four separate times to request an update on my vehicle. Each time I was promised a call back. Never did get a call back.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Jordan Dennison. I was having a nightmare problem with my truck (not services fault) and it was an ongoing issue. Jordan went above and beyond, even giving me his personal cell phone and following up with me while he was on vacation making sure I was taken care of. If you are taking your truck to Seiner service ask for Jordan.

Def system on my duramax went south, Nicholas Johnson was attentive to my needs and understood that prompt repair was necessary so that I could get back to work. The diagnostics went quick And they were able to fix the issue and in the end found it to be a known issue and repaired at no cost to me. Very grateful for the prompt service and honesty. I would highly recommend Jerry Seiner and the service advisor Nicholas Johnson.Brad T

I came in for a check engine light and the service advisor Nick Johnson was extremely helpful. He was quick to return my calls and professional with his recommendation. Poor communication between service center and customers. Called and made an appointment for a Transmission service for the next Friday at 11a.m. Dropped the vehicle off at 10 a.m. and left it thinking they would call me when vehicle was finished. No phone call so I called and left several messages still no response. At 5 minutes to close I finally got some one to answer and requested a answer on my vehicle. They said that they would have a service representative call me back. At 6:00 pm the service advisor did return my call only to inform me that the vehicle was forgotten and no service had been performed. But I could leave it with them another day and they would have it completed on Saturday. So why did I bother making an appointment, if only they would have called and said something. This is my only vehicle and I had to provide alternative transportation to the dealership. On Saturday at 11:00am I received a call saying the vehicle was ready to pick up so I Uber down to the dealership and also I had requested that technician look for an exhaust leak that was coming in the cab of the vehicle for the second time. Finally I persisted that there is a leak and to use the smoke machine and see where the exhaust was getting in to the cab.Congratulations to the mechanic who found the leak finally. But the bad new is the parts have to be ordered and we need to schedule another visit for just one bolt. So frustrated at the follow up with the customer I m calling every few days to follow up myself. And it s the same issue at Larry Miller Chevrolet I left my truck there for three days for a scheduled oil change. That should have taken 1 hour. But that s another story. Sad thing that seiner didn t even give me a discount for the 30 hour inconvenience. What has happened to customer service in the last decade has gone to almost zero. People can be understanding when events happen all you need to do is communicate call then, text them keep,them in the loop so we re not sitting and wondering.

Made appointment. Waited forever. While we were waiting, they had to deal with an upset customer. That should have been our first clue. Then, we was told they diagnosed it wrong. Then they held our car for 3 days. Then he told us they didn't have the part. And they would have to order itIt's been 9 days now. We are still waiting. There is no accountability here. No sense of urgency. At this point, Jiffy Lube looks like a pro auto shop. Than Chevy does right now. So, I need an oil change. They have an online schedule system. Make appt. Got there. Was told it would be 2hrs till they were able to see. Made excuse. No one wanted to come to work that day. As soon as my parts come in. I'm done. People don't ever use this company. Ever. They are a poor example of the Chevrolet brand. Finally had to go to Park City, just for an oil change. The bumper to bumper coverage is a scam. Benefits their wallets at their convenience.

I received EXCEPTIONAL service today! I brought my Escalade in for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and video multi point inspection. I was immediately greeted by a service representative, Christian. He was friendly and professional. He answered my questions and was very clear about the timeline I would be there waiting for my vehicle. I waited comfortably in the in house caf�. I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was ready to go 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I appreciated the communication and the excellent customer service! Thank you for a great service experience! I had a great experience at the Chevrolet Service Center, thanks to the friendly staff and excellent customer service from Adam. He was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating, making sure I was satisfied with the all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend you go to jerry seiner. They have the best expert technicians in Utah, they ve never over charged me or messed anything up, unlike other shops. If you need anything repaired or replaced on your car you absolutely have to go here. I received an email coupon showing three oil change special for $90, I have been using these for sometime now but they recently increased substantially so I was happy to see this return.I called and made the appointment for the my vehicle which they have all records for and said I was coming in for the $90 coupon. Great they say, come in and we will get it done. upon arrival for my service i am informed your car is one year too new for that price, you need to pay $160......What??? you could not have told me that when i was on the phone specifying the $90 oil change deal??? Very deceptive. sure glad i had this happen before purchasing another vehicle from this place, if they cannot be honest with the little things they will not be trustworthy with the big ones. will not be back after this!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Good service experience, The technicians gave a thorough and honest video summary of the vehicle with future maintenance recommendations. Lucas Weston as the advisor today Good job communicating with me and setting correct expectations for the service. The Motown Cafe and courtesy coffee was very much appreciated. We were traveling through Utah when our truck went into limp mode on Sunday evening. We were at the service entrance when they opened on Monday morning. We got the oil changed a warranty issue taken care of and the #9 injector (a hard part to come by) replaced and we re back on the road by 4pm. Much thanks to Dan our service rep. If you're looking for great service and customer service look no further than Jerry Seiner Chevrolet Service!!!! They are the best. Dan Long is the BEST!!! He is my go to person. He is always friendly and gets me right in for service on my vehicle. The email and text you get with your multipoint service is great. They talk you though what they did, anything you need to watch and they talk to you as a person and not like a robot. No terms you can't understand. The Certified GM Service Advisors and Techs at Jerry Seiner Chevy are the most competent and friendly service center I have experienced in my 55 years of owning cars. They are very patient with me and make sure to explain everything until I am sure that I understand and then we come togher to come up with the best service plan for me and it really makes me feel like I am apart of the process and not just paying a bill I have no idea what any of the stuff on it means at the end. He also makes sure to keep the line of communication open and updates me as well as answers any of my questions in a timely manner. I am so happy I found Lucas Weston - make sure to request him when you schedule your appointment as your service advisor - and the rest of Jerry Seiner Service Center.

I bought a new car back home and used it on my 6 week trip across the country. I passed the 5000 mile check up and contacted Jerry Seiner Chevrolet to see if they could fit my car in. They had an opening first thing in the morning and finished everything in an hour, oil change, filters changed, tires rotated, brakes checked.
