They made a hole and ziptide my rear bumper and never told me. Update from this, I had them replace passenger side suspension and they told me my differential had to be replaced as well, when I got it back come to find out they all they needed was a stub and not a whole entire diff, on top of that I asked them to replace an axel and they never even touched it. They also seem to have cut one of the axles as well, they don t know how to properly fix cars, they might now maintenance but that s all they know how to properly do it

Do not take come here for your automotive needs!! Came to get my radiator fixed along with other minor things and as soon as I picked it up my car,the engine started overheating( This didn t happen before I left them with my car). They told me to drop it off the next day and they would take a look at it and call me right back. 4 days had passed and they wouldn t answer the phone when I would call to ask about my car. Had a terrible experience when we went in person to see what was going on. They were very rude, and unprofessional and started laughing at us and whispering things when we demanded they fix it.Turns out they broke the thermostat but they did not want to own up to it and told us to take our car and leave.Paid 700 dollars just to have them break another part of my car and then wanted to charge for that too. Do not come here

This is a great place to come and get your SCAM car tested and passed. I bought a car from a guy who had the emissions tested from here that was clearly skipped over. The technicians name was A Martinez. The cars sensors had been blocked and there was more than two codes that clearly came up when tested but it was passed from this business. Very shady. I will look into pursuing legal means to right this wrong.

I went in for AC repair. They started by changing a bunch of parts without properly diagnosing. They charged me a ton of money to get my vehicle back so I could take it somewhere else to get it fixed.

I've been going there for about 15 years and I have always gotten exceptional service. It is a family operated business and they're always busy which is a great sign.

Horrible and so sad you rip off the people in the neighborhood. You speak in Spanish to pretend you are making a deal but actually you make the price even higher. I wanted to support a Latino company and a local company. Especially the woman at the front what a fraud and the guys are so rude. Do not take your car here. Horrible service and they steal from you. I actually give you a negative 100.

Oh my goodness! What a bunch of awesome young men. I took my car to them, it didn't pass the 1st time so the young men that helped me out gave me detailed instructions on what to do to have it pass emissions. I came back the next morning right as they opened up, and I was welcomed, with them greeting me, with a smile. These wonderful young men treated me like I should be treated like as a woman, not railroading me "cause I'm female". I highly recommend these awesome, wonderful young men. Very respectful, honest, and very friendly and knowledgeable, great job all of you...

I found this auto shop 4 years ago and have been coming ever since! Quick on the spot registration! Fast friendly and honest service! I have been here many many times and always treated well. I even got to recommendations for glass repair and body damage from J&S as well and it s worked out great!5 star no question. I take both my cars here and highly recommend them to all my friends!!! Thanks!

Abraham is really honest, he did alot of good work for me! I had a hard situation with my engine breaking down on the way to the airport, and had to be in contact with J & S over the phone for several weeks- i truly felt they had my best interests at heart and gave me several options to reduce my costs, which were very reduced when compared to a Mazda dealer quote. There are several reviews saying they are hard to communicate with, but every time I got them on the phone they were very honest and helpful, especially if you are in a tough financial spot they will help you.

I got a great deal on a used Nissan Sentra! The team was super easy to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on used cars.

I would like to say that I am happy with my service but it has turned out to be expensive mistake to bring them my car. I brought my Subaru to them to have the clutch repaired, which they did and it wasn't right the first time ($1000+). I brought it back and when they finally got around to fixing it the the second time after a week and a half it was another $400. After about three weeks the problem I originally brought it in for was back. I finally brought it to the dealer and they said a number of things were not installed right, there were bolt missing, and that I need a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throw out bearing and fork. So I'm paying again for what they should have fixed right the first two times.

Abe and his amazing crew of top notch mechanics replaced the engine heads on my 2001 Ford F-250 V-10. Not an easy job. My truck has never ran better. A special thanks to Ricardo!... you're the man.

WARNING! Horrible service! The mechanic told me a price range which he stated will not be more than that price and that price range will guarantee my car pass emissions. Than they don't even call you, you have to be calling them to check on it for them to tell me than it would be a lot more money than what they promised it would cost me. Than they promised me it will be ready either by the end of the day or next day. Than they tell me it will be ready till next week. You can't trust these people! It's really sad, you can't ever find an honest mechanic.

I have been going here for an oil change since 2017...and sometimes i take my own oil and filter sometimes i just let them change it with theirs. But yesterday, i had my mom take my car there for an oil change, she comes back with a receipt of 89$ for an oil change! I couldn t believe it. The most i would pay would be 32. She said, that what she was told AFTER it was done that since it was a newer car they used synthetic oil and that s why it cost that much tho mom never mentioned anything about synthetic oil I never requested synthetic oil before (tho i do know it is good) but i think they were trying yo rip my mom off since she is older and don t really know much about it. Very disappointing

Dropped my car off in good condition but I went to pick up my car and got home, I noticed the driver side front bumper has a huge dent and has a quite a few scraps on the bummer also. This was my first time coming here. And I wish I new about this place when I had my previous cars. Maybe I wouldn't have went through so many cars if I would have had good mechanics. It's important to have a reliable vehicle.

I took my car here to get fixed and instead they broke it more. It took almost 3 weeks to change 1 thing, and they kept saying other things were breaking. Then I get the call that the motor is broken, how this happens, I don't know. The issue I took the car for in the first place didn't even get solved, instead they're making me pay 1000+ dollars for breaking my car. Please don't spend your money here, It's not worth it.

I took my truck for exhaust system, they did a really bad job, not only their welding skills suck but they didn't even bother to align the flow musters. I took them 2 days when they said it was only gonna take a couple hours, then I take my truck home and my transmission starts acting up I don't know if they took it for a ride or did something to it but my transmission is broken . Won't recommended to anyone.

They put in a new alternator I didn t ask for. I went in to change a fuel pump. The alternator fried my new battery so I bought another new one. They should ve replaced it themselves since they messed it up. They cut up my wires and my headlights don t work unless my radio is off. I m now stuck on the side of the freeway with another brand new battery dead. Paid them a grand to get my truck ready for the winter and it s dead. Sick job

Been coming for years and this last visit above and beyond this family did for me and mine I am disabled and had a huge issue all I need to say is how they went and did things that they did not haft too and worked with me like no other my family and I thank them and they have are business and they guarantee there work as well before I went to firestone these guys blow them out of the water in all areas great people and neighbor's as well thanks J@S auto Abe thank you trust means the world to most people to me thanks guys Marquez family

Excellent auto shop. Wonderful family who owns it. Fantastic mechanics who can work on any car. They have done a great job on every one of our cars.
