I completely enjoyed taking my vehicle to Jaguar in Salt Lake City. My advisor Tyler was extremely professional, courteous of my time and needs. I highly recommend him and his staff at Jaguar Salt Lake City. I wish there were 10 stars to give. My sedan and a beautiful loaner they gave me complete white glove experience from the refreshments to the parting gift when I picked up my Jag, thank you Tyler for making the experience awesome!

Tyler Seawright and Jaguar Downtown are awesome ! I take my Jag to them and Tyler always makes sure that I am taken care of. The team there are professional and super friendly. I love the relationship Tyler has created over the past couple years since becoming an owner of a Jaguar. Facility is always clean and they have refreshments and a comfortable atmosphere and setting.I highly recommend Jaguar / Land Rover for your servicing needs, Especially Tyler, who will make the experience AWESOME!! I bought a car and was told it was ready for me when I got there to only find out that it was in the shop and so I waited 2 hours for it to be done and drove it home to find a rats nest in the engine, my passenger door latch wasn t working to sensor my door opening and closing, my oils life was at 8 percent and needed to be changed, also my front struts were bad so they had to be replaced. So they told me they had done a top notch inspection and obviously they lied. Not only did they lie but they ended up costing me $700 more to do all the repairs. I would not recommend buying from these guys unless you really check and double check things!!

I just had the best car buying experience ever with Ken Garff Jaguar Downtown Salt Lake! Thank you Kyle and Garrett for making the sales process so smooth and easy! Even the finance manager Kelly took a personal interest in me, and we even discovered that we had both lived in the beautiful country of Argentina at different times in our lives. You guys really made my day. Exceptional service!

I bought my car there, we had an inconvenience with the cracked windshield and the salesperson promptly scheduled a replacement. The dealership is professional and very organized! I recommend it to everyone. Special attention to the sales team Yamila and Sofia, who are great professionals. Thank you very much, we will do business again.

Sales department was very rude and unprofessional. Vehicle heater didn t work and talked to service department and they said it was covered under their 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. Couldn t get the car into the service department for a few weeks because of their schedule and by the time we got it in the millage was a few hundred miles over and they voided the warranty.

Purchasing experience was smooth. Service... Not so much! I have owned a Jaguar before and loved the experience I had. This is why we came back to purchase another. This time around has been 0/2 on the service side of things. They have dropped the ball each time. The first time I was left stranded at work without a vehicle. I utilized the valet service where they pick up your vehicle. They did this wonderfully, but failed to bring my vehicle back to me that evening to be able to get home. No phone call or notification to let me know my vehicle would not be back. I had to have my husband come get me at midnight after my shift was over. We live an hour away. I picked up my vehicle the next day and made an appointment for the following week to do items they failed to take care of and guess what? They dropped the ball. I just spent over a half an hour on the phone trying to get the problem solved. Not only have they waisted my time, they have lost my faith in this dealership. I am hoping the rest of my experience won't be this bad. My suggestion to anyone purchasing and getting service is to follow up on your end. Obviously there is a disconnect somewhere.

Nice people, poor quality inspection during intake of used cars OR they deliberately mislead. I purchased a 2017 mini cooper clubman here, sold to me with a torn car mount. I asked about the hard idle and was Advised it was only due to the cold (would go away after about a minute).During an oil change 30 days later, Mini advised the car had a torn engine mount and there was no way it happened since the purchase. I let jag know I had the paperwork showing date and inspection.Jag just told me nothing they could do since sold as is used. I don t feel this is good business, they knew or were incompetent during the inspection. I even asked about the hard idle, I m not a engine or car guy so believe what I was told in no issues and talked up the full inspection etc.I d recommend not trusting their used sales. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the people are kind.

Jaguar downtown is a 4.5 hr drive from my location. Jaguar picked my vehicle up and returned it through their roadside assistance program. My car was at Jaguar Downtown for 6 weeks. I did not get a loaner vehicle. Apparently the problem was moisture in the wiring harness which was replaced. The people communicating with me were kind and respectful. However, I think that my car could have been repaired quicker and returned in a more reasonable time period. The car was not washed or detailed before it was returned. The Jag dealer in Hunt Valley MD always cleaned and detailed my car when it was serviced even for an oil change. Roadside Assistance worked well and I appreciate the service.

I bought a Jaguar in 2018 from the dealership. The salesman Garrett was awesome to work with and the dealership and service department have gone above and beyond with customer service. I was so impressed that I just purchased another Jaguar with Sales Mgr. Garrett and salesman Scott. They again were so incredible to work with. The purchase was smooth and easy. I m so appreciative of their knowledge and customer service!

I started shopping in earnest for a "previously owned" mid-size CUV several weeks ago. Only 7-10 days ago did I narrow my choice down to one make/model and about 2 model years. Jaguar DSL had my car. I messaged the dealership very late one night and by the time I logged in the next morning, Jared Price in sales had already made and sent me a lovely video of the car, the very best sales performance I had experienced since my search started.Later I met via phone Garrett in sales and Kelly in finance. (I met Jared and Kelly in person when I picked up the car.) Jaguar Downtown SL and the employees I met are all rare industry gems.And if it crosses your mind to save a few dollars and search for a private party sale, I beseech you to perish that thought. My experience with every private party was horrible, the primary and chronic complaint being almost universal non-communication. Save yourself the time and misery and don't consider this option for a second. Reinforcing this thought is the fact that my sale price was closer to the private party appraised value than the dealer value.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I purchased a 2021 Jaguar XF with 7,000 miles. My first experience with service was horrible. I stood in the service area for approximately 10 minutes without acknowledgement only to find my car didn t need service after all. It s having connection issues and the answer was just plug it in . Obviously, that isn t the issue but they wouldn t take a look and it s not working properly. One month later, the check engine light came on. I immediately called and was treated horribly and was basically told I could tow it in but I wouldn t have a loaner and they wouldn t even look at until mid September. (Almost 2 months later) Lindsay the service manager was particularly rude and unhelpful. I specifically would never purchase a car from this dealer and depending on this engine issue, perhaps a Jaguar. My previous car was a BMW and I would ve never been told with a brand new car, we can t help you. Completely unacceptable!

The turbo went out on my f-pace and was here being repaired. They were booked out on availability but made time to get my vehicle in and diagnosed. Initially the shipping time on the parts was pretty bad, into December. Adam (service who was over my vehicle) kept me updated and in the know weekly, sometimes several times a week. Then he surprised me one day with it being done and ready to go! The part had came in unexpected, they got it in and back to me way faster than I planned on. They have excellent communication in their service department and I'm always pleased with the work they do.I also purchased my jag from this dealership as well, and could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Hands down the best car buying experience I've had.

Seriously bought a 2015 discovery and the couple days had smoke coming from it and I wanted my money back well the salesmen Michale at the downtown store was rude and said my manager isn t giving your money back you re on your own he was really ignorant and rude ! Not professional at all ! After that and speaking with with manager and they paid it fixed which was the fuel. Injection and was nice after that except that salesperson Michale. Very upset on how he was treating me after I purchased a vehicle from them and left a nasty taste on my mouth and will be going somewhere else and trading my vehicle because it was in necessary

I recently purchased a used Jaguar F-Pace from a different dealership and needed to get some work done on the vehicle.Not only was I treated with excellent customer service, Erik went above and beyond and helped not only figure out a drop off and pick up time after hours, but also was in communication with me daily to keep me up to date on the progress as well as seeing if there s anything else that needed to be done.I m in the Car Business myself, and was truly impressed by their professionalism as well as their attention to detail. After I got off the phone to make the appointment initially, I felt greatly taken care of, and my expectations have been exceeded every step of the way.Looking forward to working with Jaguar Downtown, and Eric in particular, again.

I had such a great experience purchasing my new car through the friendly and no-pressure team at Jaguar downtown. Al Mamulski was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I was treated well and it was a smooth process. I m thankful to everyone who was a part of my experience and all that was done to make it pleasant! I love my new car!

I went into the Downtown Jaguar/Land Rover dealership to purchase a new Discovery Sport & automatically assumed that I would be dealing with a salesman who only wanted to get paid but that wasn t the case. Kyle Blanchard helped me & he was very profession, genuinely sincere & he didn t rush or pressure me at all. He took the time to listened to what I wanted & helped me find the perfect vehicle for me! I had such a great experience I requested some of his business cards & I have referred multiple people to him. Everyone I know who has purchased a vehicle from Kyle has been incredibly satisfied with their purchase! Thank you Kyle for helping me & not treating me like a number. I will be back to buy another vehicle from him soon!

Was not sure if Land Rover and Jaguar dealers were on the same website so I am leaving the same review here to be sure. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Blanchard last week and he gave me and my nephew an amazing and very welcoming experience. Not knowing if I was going to purchase or not, he treated us no different and still let me take a vehicle for a test drive. He applied no pressure like a typical salesman would and made me feel extremely comfortable. He will definitely be the reason why I stick with Jaguar. He deserves the best.

Made appointment with the Lehi service office explaining in detail repairs needed. Service writer gave me appointment. Went to dealer on the day and service manager said they don t work on 2006 jags. Said go to the slc shop. (Still Ken garff) Ok made appointment with the slc dealer , waited 3 weeks to get in : then: Long delay (3weeks) for repair. Not much feedback along the way. When I picked up my jag it was filthy inside and out. Asked for it to be washed( they should have before I picked it up) my car was wiped with a wet towel by the service staff: leaving some nice scratches in my black paint. And interior still dirty. Want to buy a new high end jag from ken garff? Don t.

Having bought numerous vehicles over the years, I am not sure I can ever recall thinking to myself, "well l want to do that all over again"... That is until my most recent purchase in working with Kori and Jeremy at Jaguar/Land Rover of Downtown. Something I normally loath in purchasing vehicles, Kori and Jeremy made the experience an absolute pleasure and worked with me on getting a fair deal on a great car. Thank you is not enough but will have to suffice. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, be sure to ask for Kori and Jeremy. They will not disappoint. If we could all be as excited and passionate about our jobs and customer service as Kori and Jeremy are about making there clients experience the very best, I am quite sure none of us would ever call our jobs work. Loved every part of the purchase process. Hopefully I get to do it all over again sooner than later at Jaguar Downtown.

Great experience! At first I was a bit nervous to purchase a car from out of state (I'm in CA) but the salesman I worked with, Jeremy, gave exceptional customer service. He was professional, friendly, and responsive. He even checked in with me after the fact to make sure transport went well and I was happy. The whole process was pretty straight forward and way easier than I expected.

My experience with the service department has convinced me to not get another Jaguar. Over the past few years, I've had to make at least three trips to the dealership for repairs (because it required parts/computer issues that I couldn't fix at a more local mechanic). Every time I've had to wait at least 2 weeks to even get an appointment. After I drop the car off for my scheduled appointment, I still have to wait multiple days to get any diagnostics and price estimates.The communication is terrible. I understand that delays can happen, but I expect to be notified if something comes up that will make it so I can't get my car back when I was initially told. Here's what happened on my most recent visit:I called about my car in early May. We scheduled an appointment for about 2 weeks later. (The earliest they could schedule.) I hadn't heard anything, so I called them about 3 days after and was told that they were working on the car and would call me later that day. I never heard anything, so I called again 2 days later. They then gave me an initial price quote (for the exact item I told them it needed when I dropped it off), and an estimate of about 2 weeks for the part to get in and be done. There was also another issue that needed to be taken care of. (I knew about the additional issue, so I'm not accusing them of making something up. I've had an experience with one of their service guys trying to sell me on unnecessary work a couple years ago, but not recently).In the weeks that followed, I had to initiate every single follow-up conversation to get updates on the car. And almost every time, the person I talk to tells me that I'll get a call back that day, but they never call back and I have to call again a couple days later. One of the parts apparently didn't arrive on time (supposedly held up in customs) and got delayed another week or so, but I had to spend about a week to find that out.When the car was finally finished (a little more than 2 months after I initially dropped it off), I was out of town, and when I got back, my flight would arrive after the service department closed. I arranged with the service agent to leave my key with the sales team so I could still get it without having to make a special trip to Salt Lake. When I got there, though, the sales team had no idea what was going on. They spent about 30 minutes tracking down the service agent and getting the issue sorted out. My car was mostly fixed (the additional repair didn't solve the problem it was supposed to), but the old ignition cylinder was sitting in the cup holder, and there was a sticky note saying "needs to be driven".Ultimately, I was without my car for nearly 3 months, and I had to fight to get updates. The staff was friendly and polite when I did speak with them, but the lack of follow-through and the fact that this has been my experience on multiple occasions makes me not want to go back.

My experience at this dealership was awesome. I had just visited a Mazda dealer in Ogden and ended up walking out due to their behavior towards me and their sales tactics. Walking into Jaguar Salt Lake was a complete 180 compared to what I had just been through. The salesperson (Jake) was great and he helped me find the vehicle that best suited my needs, while also helping me ensure I received top dollar for my trade. I plan to buy another from them when the time comes.

Hey, my experience over at Ken Garff Jaguar has been great ever since my husband's lease of his F-type convertible began a few months ago. I give Lindsay Gifford, service manager, the highest of marks for her kindness and patience in working out the little details that often come with a brand new car. I am the one who handles the service and maintenance issues for the cars our family drives, which is why I'm writing this review. She is one of those rare fun individuals who always has a genuine smile on her face. She is sincerely eager to make sure I get all my questions answered, completely and with kindness. She has facilitated answering and correcting all the little issues we've had -- from annoying squeaks to replacing a faulty eject button in the CD player to making sure a factory recall on a wiring connection was taken care of to making sure I always had the most fun and awesome loaner car to drive. She calls back promptly to give me updates as promised. From my many visits in to the service department I have observed her ability to work well with her co-workers and all the other customers as well. She handles her work stresses very well and remains cool, calm and collected at all times. She's great great great. I also think Chris, Brian, Wes, and Zach -- (both Zachs) are great and fun to work with as well. A big thank you and a thumbs-up for doing such a great job. Thanks a million.

Best customer service EVER!!! Hands down, Ken Garff Jaguar has been exceptional in every way. Moises was very helpful and Jenny was incredible. Every person we encountered went out of their way to provide outstanding service. We didn't buy a $200,000 car, but we were treated as if we did. Thanks to everyone at Ken Garff Jaguar; Moises and especially Jenny! Just a side note - my daughter recently bought a brand new car from Ken Garff Honda and had an exceptional experience. Hats off to Ken Garff. Thanks for doing it right!!
