Jack s Tire and Oil on Fortune Rd is in it to win it for you. Lost a tractor tire while snow blowing. There were none to be found locally but Dean Edwards in Commercial Services tracked down what I needed in another state and brought two in for me in under two days. I m rolling again. Thank you to Dean and your entire team!

Rather than charge me for a new tire, they found an issue proactively with my tire and it just had a screw in it. They offered to fix it instead. This saved me over $100.00 and I'll be coming back in the future because of their honesty!

Had my dually aligned, turned out great! I managed to get there later than my appointment, but dropped it off and they got it done before closing time! Great place & great people!

One of the best experiences I've had! Quick fast and the crew super friendly!! They definitely work with you and out beat the competitors.. If you happen to stop by and get tire service done I recommend to ask for Mario.. Hopefully not any time soon but if I ever need tires used/new or even a repair ill be definitely be going back!..

I purchased commercial tires for my semi, Mario and the rest of the techs are outstanding, excellent service, I also got a 3 axle alignment on my truck and I have to say the were so quick to do it , my steering wheel was so straight like never before, and the drive was so smooth after it.I got alignment service from other places in the past, but I was never happy with the results, until I let Jack's tire do it.You guys are awesome.

Awesome place, got a nail in my tire and stopped in and they said they do it free. They have decent prices and excellent service so I do highly recommend.They don't sell used tires but they do have tires for regular cars and trucks

Best truck retreads in the industry. We've done business with them for 40 years. Never thrown a cap on a retread. Not kidding.

Came here last week in a bind and they were the closet place to me. They were able to help me out quickly. Their whole staff was friendly and helpful. The pricing was very fair and I ll definitely come back for any future car needs. 10/10 recommend!

Pricing was good But worst experience I ve ever had at a tire shop. We waited over 2.5 hours to get my tires mounted, considering they already had my tires ordered in. They said it would be 45 minutes before they would actually get my car pulled in so I said okay that is fine I left for about 45 to an hour to get a drink and eat came back and my car was still not back asked her how much longer she said the man who was upfront would pull my car back once he was finished with current customer 10 more minutes pass and still nothing, finally it s getting pulled back 20-30 minutes after the time she said an hour later my car was finally finished and we were out of there.I personally will never go here ever again nor recommend to anyone. 1 star since it doesn t let you leave 0 stars.

This is a late post but better late than never. I was having a bad day and running late for work when my tire blew out in front of their shop. They were closing but they were kind enough to take us (my little family and I) as their last customer. From start to finish, they were very professional and courteous. I could tell that they genuinely cared about us and took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. We were out of there within 30 minutes! Not only that, when it came time to pay, they asked me what I had for change(cash). I told them all I had was my debit card. They then told me to have a good day and that the (like new/used) tire was on them! I was so touched by their generosity, I was in tears. I will forever be grateful and they will definitely have my business for future years to come! THANK YOU JACK'S TIRE & OIL!!!

I took my tractor in for alignment and tires. These guys got me right in when all the other places were booked up.And they had me in and out in a very timely manner... Excellent service and very professional. Burt and Dan my hats off to you guys and your crew...Definitely a customer for life...

Upon the unfortunate discovery that my Class A RV needed new front tires, I began my search for a business that could replace them without trying to take me for a proverbial ride. After calling a few places to no avail, a nearby business recommended Jack's Tire and Oil. I spoke to Burt at the location who, without asking, went out of his way to find a quality tire at an affordable price. He didn't try to up-sale or suggest services that were superfluous. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I will definitely be returning when I replace the rear tires next year and will likely give the service/oil change branches of the business a try when my next service comes due. I highly recommend Burt at the SLC Jack's Tire & Oil location for Class A RV tire needs!

If i could give 0 stars, i would due to horrible service. When i pulled in i was told 30 minutes until my truck goes in. I said no problem. Im still here an hour and a half later, truck hasnt been pulled in. I just asked whats going on, the lady behind the desk said oh im going to do it right now i just had to eat something. I will not be coming back here and i hope others catch this comment before wasting 2 hours on an oil change.

Went in for a simple oil change. They fixed my loose splash guard and topped off my fluids and air pressure for me too, free of charge. Russell, at the front desk, was very helpful, professional, and friendly. I'm definitely coming back here next time I need anything

Driving through when I experienced brake problems, when no one could help they did, even with a full schedule. Got me back on the road and saved me a couple bucks too. Hard to find a decent Mechainc. If you re in salt lake you have a great one

If We could give 0 stars we would. What s the point in a warranty if you won t honor it? Advertising 70k mile tires then they go out at 30k miles and say there s nothing you can do? Be upfront with people on your warranties, we could have saved money getting tires somewhere else and not paying extra for a useless warranty. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

If I could rate 6 stars I definitely would!I came in to get new valve stems and when they took my tires off we noticed my tires were completely ruined and showing wire on the insides, I wasn't ready to buy tires that day so they set me up with a used set to keep me safe on the road no charge at allI feel they were very respectful, helpful, and honest. I'll be bringing all my cars here for services I don't do myself.

I had a big nail hole in my tire! After taking the tire off and realizing it couldn't be plugged, I took it to Jack's! I'm not saying they'll do this every situation, but they fixed it at no cost! And there waiting area was cute with a little TV/VHS player and a ton of movies, magazines, coffee and kids books! They were super friendly too. I would totally go there again.

these guys are great.. around 6 years ago i needed tires for my nissan sentra so i visited les schwab to get a quote.. they quoted me over $800 for knock off michelin's. jack's sold me 80,000 mile michelin's for about $150 less..

All my experience is with the truck tires. One of the few things a tire place can do to keep customers happy is to have fast service. The road call service is pretty good. But the on site service is really slow. So slow in fact I try to avoid using them at this location. I will gladly update this if it improves
