They were fast at putting on a new AC hose and recharging the AC unit. My wife actually waited for the car. Very professional and they have a great team. Would recommend 110 percent.

These guys are amazing. I went in because I was told by a different shop I may need a heater core, and was told these guys are the best of the best. Your car will be taken care of here. Don t question going J-Mac Radiator just schedule your appointment.

They guys at J-Mac were great. Super courteous, friendly, gave me a ride to and from my house while replacing my radiator. All for about half of what other shops were quoting me. Highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with the ocustomer service the receptionist gave me at J-Mac. Despite the fact that they were closing for the day, she happily remained open for me to arrive and buy my radiator. .Excellent customer service that I have not come across in a long time. Thank you!

I came here a few months ago to get my boat gas tank leaks fixed and forgot to leave a review but I must say, these guys are absolute legends! They were super fast, super friendly, super helpful, and super cheap. Honestly thought they didn t charge me enough. Tipped the welder in the back. Did excellent work, I can t thank these guys enough. Thank you!

Excellent service yet again! Working on an older model, they put the time and effort into making sure I got a quality job and advised on other issues that will need addressing. Besides their awesome work they also worked with me and my hectic schedule to get me back on the road quickly, absolute professionals. Thanks again!

They are fare and detail the issues about my vehicle, I m all about customer service and Britney gives me that good feeling knowing that my vehicle Land Rover is going be done diligently. Jason here greeted me as well, I use to be a hotel manager and if someone greets you by your name, that s huge deal to the customer. It shows character and they will to go above and beyond, I recommend J-Mac to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced. They got my 5 Stars for customer service and taking care of my vehicle issues.

Took my Camero in for heating and AC issues I had been having for over 8 months. After many different auto repair shops disappointing me with their service. I was absolutely blown away with the expertise and all around customer service at J Mac! Repairs were done perfectly and in a short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will literally never go anywhere else but here when I have car troubles. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I always fear that taking my car into a shop will end up with me getting ripped off, and swindled into fixing things that don t need fixing. This is not at all the case at Jmac- I know that i m in the best hands possible, and their team makes sure to walk me through every step so that I know exactly what s being done and have peace of mind knowing that I m not getting taken advantage of. They are speedy, friendly, and have incredible customer service all around. I cannot recommend them enough. Greg, Ryan, Brittney and the whole team made sure to help me feel that car troubles aren t the end of the world- it can actually be an enjoyable experience. Cannot stress enough how highly I think of them!

Well I have to say every one there treated me well and seemed passionate about resolving my repair challenges. They were great on letting me pop in and inspect the work being done. Unfortunately I forgot the mechanics name I liked his work area uncluttered and organized. re assembly of my vehicle seems to be 100%.. I would not hesitate to call on Jayson or Kieth to schedule future service.Service: Engine repair

I consider them the BEST in the business!! When I felt like I was getting ripped off somewhere else I went to J Mac to make sure that it was done right!!! They confirmed my suspicion that I was being ripped off by about $700 by the other company and instead of having to pay $800 for an entire new radiator that had just been installed recently, I only had to pay roughly $89 for new clamps and hose! Their customer service was very good and I was informed that they do many other things including engine, swaps that I didn t know about so I will be using them in the future!!Service: Auto water leak repair

After six weeks at the dealership and not everything being fixed, JMac Radiator Saved the day! They got me in the same day I called and had the car fixed the next business day. I can t tell you what a relief it was. So grateful for their professional and fast service!

2014 Ram 6.7 diesel. Check engine light and 5- codes, all codes were cleared, turbo speed sensor replaced. Work was done when promised, cost was under estimate. Great service!

I went in knowing I was going to have a hefty bill, they gave me the quote and were within $100 of the initial quote. By the time I called to just get an update, they were finished! All around great service and team at J-Mac. Will be referring and bringing my other vehicles here.

J-Mac is the place to go! They are quick and kind. They explain what is happening in a timely manner and do whatever they can to best help the customer. My family has gone here for years and now I am taking my own family cars here. This is a place you can expect great work/trust.

Great, professional, and courteous employees. They arranged and paid for an Uber to take me to and from work while my car was being worked on which was a huge help! I had my air conditioning fixed by them and later an oil change and tire rotation. Needed an oil change and a trip check before heading out towards Colorado. I also asked them to checkout my brakes. They did it all with out any hassle and not much of a wait. Even told me my brakes were good to go when they could have up sold me new pads. Meanwhile there was a line of cars spilling into the street just across the road at the Subaru dealership. Skip the line and support a local business

5 stars all day. These guys are solid and straight forward. Tim diagnosed what was causing my back tires to wobble completely for free and had me on my way with a solution in hand. Everywhere else I called wanted 150$ just to look at my car. Would recommend.

My grandson s Older car overheated on the freeway. He took it to A repair shop, not familiar to him close to where it overheated.They changed the water pump took care of hoses and a couple of other things, which was quite spendy, but the car was still losing antifreeze through the overflow. I took the car to JMac thinking that it was a faulty radiator. Within a couple of hours they had diagnosed the problem as being either a warped head, or a blown head gasket. Ryan counseled me by saying that the cost of The repairs would most likely exceed the value of the car. His candid assessment and wise recommendation was very much appreciated, and most likely saved us throwing a lot more money at a problem That could not be totally resolved due to the age of the vehicle. Honesty and customer service at this level are rare indeed. Congratulations to Ryan and his team for serving as well. I intend to make JMac our go to for auto repairs. Thanks, Ryan.

Thanks for the great service today guys! I'm very fortunate and appreciative to be able to call at 8am and get my radiator replaced the same day one day after Xmas. Great communication and finished the job at the time they quoted. Thanks again and have a great new year!

I ve used this shop a couple of times, my truck is older, so there s always been a secondary repair needed once they get a look at the primary issue. They ve always called to inform of the new information and are willing to let you come into the bay to see what they found.My repairs have been done quickly and while this isn t anything mechanically related; I feel like the age and health (they re so happy) of the plants in their front area shows they are attentive and trustworthy.

Used J-Mac at the recommendation of another shop due to the type of repair needed. The first shop told me about what the approximate cost and time should be. They have replaced a bad radiator in my Nissan Titan. Flushed the heater core and cooling system in my Jeep Wrangler and helped with a few other vehicles over the years. Always get me in quick and have never had to bring a vehicle back after being fixed. Will definitely be using them again.
