We had a great experience buying a car with Investment Auto group! We were looking for a very specific truck and we saw it on their online inventory. When I called about it Travis was very friendly and answered all my questions. We lived 6 hours away but on the day we came down to see it Travis told us not to rush and offered to stay open after regular closing even though it was Labor Day. The truck was everything we wanted and financing it was quick and easy. Thanks again to Travis and the team!

I have been looking for the right car since July. Following a couple of horrible experiences at 2 Bountiful dealerships in this time frame, I was really taking my time. But then I found 2 cars that I was interested in at Centerville Investment Auto Group. My husband and I had such a great experience. No games, total honesty, and very patient and kind. Google said they close at 7. We got there at 6:20, but they actually close at 6. So, we just thought we would peek at the 2 cars we were interested in on their lot and return on Saturday morning. Jay must have been just leaving or driving by and saw us looking in the windows of the 2 cars. He stopped and asked if we needed help. We told him that we were interested in a couple of their cars and would come back in the morning. But he was happy to come back on the lot on a Friday night and help us look at the cars. He even let us take each one on a test drive that night. We couldn t decide between the two cars and wanted to return Saturday morning at 10. On Saturday we took each car on a drive again, finally deciding on which one we really liked the best. Jay and his crew were fantastic. We are so happy with the purchase and the process of the purchase. No games, open about pluses and minuses of each car, and so patient with us, as I tend to think through purchases like this very thoroughly. After our experience this past weekend, we are so happy and will return when we need another vehicle. Thank you Jay!

First off before we even arrived Travis messaged us that they had the car out and were washing it for our test drive. Travis made sure that we were comfortable and that we could take our time with the test drive. When it came to signing the papers Travis made sure that we understood everything and that we were comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market looking for a new car.

Money driven dealership, vehicles aren t inspected up to safety standards.On 07/18/2022 I rushed to investment auto in centerville to purchase a vehicle I thought would be perfect to satisfy my needs, everything looked perfect body, engine, etc however when I decided to take a closer look at the vehicle I noticed the tire thread was a bit too low for my comfort, I told the salesman at the time about it and he offered to bring me a thread measuring tool (he was joking) I insisted and noted several times to both the salesman and the finance manager/general manager of this dealership to either reduce the price on this vehicle or to put a new set of tires but they refuse claiming they have performed their autto required inspection which meets their safety standards well let me break down to you, I have only driven my car a hand full of times due to my long wait on receiving my plates and registration (investment auto took 44 days) I can t blame them all the way cause some things are out of their hands, on day 44th of me owning the vehicle I get a flat tire which lead me to take the vehicle to a tire shop to get it repaired, to my surprise the service advisor told me I have 4 different brands of tires with 4 different thread levels (the front ones being completely worn out in the inside and the 2 in the back had previous quick repairs from the previous owners, I get the market its benefitting the automotive industry and makes it a little hard for us customers to get the vehicle we really want, but for a used 20k vehicle I will expect to at least have my tires to be in good shape, the cabin filter to be replaced or at least for the vehicle to be fully detailed, and most important to have a vehicle where I can keep my friends and family safe, if investment auto ends up reading my review I truly hope they take my experience as a learning experience, don t cut corners and wash your hands by saying you signed the as is page so you know what you were getting into have some decency or at least morals and acknowledge you re running a business without carrying about the safety of others, I hope my experience can be informative for the future customers approaching investment auto, sadly for me I gotta leave a 2 star. Always inspect, and negotiate but don t let them neglect on your safety.

Would not trust these people with anything, test drove a vehicle there and pointed out major issues with it. The only thing they informed me is that they would have it go to a mechanic shop and get back to me, I never heard back from them which indicates that they're ripping people off and they don't. If a dealership is willing to scam people on obvious issues that are pointed out to them then I wouldn't trust any vehicle they have on their lot.

This dealer was amazing to work with. Our salesman Travis was attentive to our desire in a vehicle, made the process simple. Ryan helped us out with finalizing numbers and went above and beyond for organizing financing. We got a good price on a quality vehicle I would highly recommend.

Investment Auto Group was beyond the best, forthright and easiest car buying experience my husband and I have ever been through. We have been buying cars for 25 years!! Jay and Travis helped us with our purchase and there were no hidden gimmicks and it went very smooth. Jay answered all questions we had and was very very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

I came in after seeing a car online just to see if I could make it happen- and these guys made it happen for me. Travis helped me go through the process with all my options without judgement or being pushy, and I drove out with a car I ve been wanting, and at a great price. So happy with how the whole experience turned out!

My husband and I loved coming here more than anything. They made it fun to actually get a car especially when it s our first car. We had previously tried getting a car at closer dealerships but they just ended up getting our hopes up, wasting most of our day, and ultimately not giving us the car we wanted. I m from out of state so when we called their dealership about the car we liked and had in mind we asked them many questions and they always gave us answers. They kept in contact with us day and night to help us get the car we really wanted; and helping us making the whole buying a car process so easy. They made our process so fast even though us being out of state was an obstacle they helped us through everything. Even coming to their dealership was amazing; as we came in they were washing our car getting it ready for us! They filled up the tank for our journey back and they made sure we left with our dream car. Shoutout to Travis and Jay for their hard work and extreme kindness.

This is the first and only dealership I would recommend. Jay and Travis were fantastic. Going through the hell of buying a used car usually sucks the life out of you. No pressure and I didn't drive away feeling like I got ripped off. Highly recommend.

Drivers side rear came with a patch and a nail in it, severe corrosion on battery, received license plates several weeks late, back up camera no longer works, yea don't buy from these guys. I regret buying a Ford fusion from Investment Auto Group. This car is falling apart.

What a great experience!! Clayton and I came in with our bank approval letter and found the truck we came in for. It was exactly as described and looked like a million bucks! There was no pressure to commit and we felt like the guys were completely honest with us about the truck.
