After trying to fix my truck for months I brought it in. They diagnosed and fixed the issue fast and at a fair price. Brock was great at explaining what was going on and gave me multiple options. I would highly recommend to anyone with diesel issues

If I could I would give more than 5 stars! Industrial is great to work with. We do a ton of business with them. They only sell high quality products and bend over backwards to help us with everything we need. We especially like working with Steve in the Turbo dept but everyone down there is great.

Got Injectors for my Cummins from industrial, loved the product and the customer support. I work now for a company that buys a lot of Garrett Turbos from them, I again always received great products and customer service. I can only recommend Industrial

Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever had from Skyler. Very knowledgeable when it came to all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.The engine builders here are no joke. They build an incredible Premium Cummins long block. So quiet, so smooth. My 3rd gen didnt run this good when I bought it new in 05.Keep up the great work guys. Would never use them again. Put a set of 100hp over Injectors in my truck. less then 10k miles later, a Injector whipped out cylinder 6 as the truck was idling. Cost me a motor in my truck. Sent Injectors in for warranty work, they said there was metal in the 1 Injector and that's why it failed, I don't believe it and after talking with 2 other local shops they agreed its b.s, They did cover the cost of the replacement Injector. I asked them to make them for the new motor as I bought a 05 motor for my truck. They said they would. After weeks of them having the injectors with no communication, they send me them back with the 03-04 nozzles. After they said they would put 05 nozzles on. They charged me $585 ( a decent deal but said they would cover it already.) To cover the nozzles. Now that it's been 3 more weeks of getting them corrected. They sent me 60hp over nozzles instead of the 100hp over nozzles i already had and paid for. No quality control and seems like no one has any idea what's going on over there. I have email proof of Skyler ( pretty cool and nice guy) checking in before the work getting done verifying the 100hp over nozzles and it was still sent wrong and weeks later then supposed to be.

Terrible they made something up so it voided the warranty I paid 3000 for a turbo and they won t get me my money back this is the 3rd turbo and I paid for all 3 don t go here they don t stand their parts they are a 50/50 store if you get a good turbo cool if not tough luck they also ignore your call if you have a problem

We called multiple places while in Moab riding trying to find a fass fuel system kit for our tow rig. Alec picked the phone up and had a great personality. Even was trying to save us money by getting just the pieces we needed to fix our current fuel setup but we needed to hit the road and couldn't wait for parts. They had plenty of systems sitting on the shelf so we could just pick it up and have what we needed to get back on the road headed to Ohio. I wish I would have found them sooner but as our luck had it it was late in the day. I wish they were closer but we would have drove farther for someone to have it there for us.

Ordered a crankshaft key "KIT" from them because I was assured that I could do the job myself while the crankshaft was in the vehicle. $106 and a week later I received the woodruff keys with no instructions. Called back to get information on installation and was told that I'd have to take my crankshaft out and to the machine shop to have it professionally done. Definitely just trying to make a sale and not concerned about the customer.

Tried doing business with them a few times and never could contact anyone. They said they'd call and never did. Made up a story about all of the staff having COVID and were shorthanded but then when I was told they were back I still didn't get a call. Not sure if they had COVID because someone else said they were on a cruise. Just don't seem like they care about individual customers unless you make a TV show about diesel.

Said they could refurb 4 Bosch diesel injectors plus make them squirt 15% more fuel for under $100 each when I initially called. Shipped them the 4 injectors and waited 2 weeks to find out it will really cost $460 per injector and they will only squirt 10% more fuel. Say one thing and do another is terrible.

10/10 would not recommend, unless you have money to burn. I've had absolutely zero luck with anything from here lasting longer than 500 run hours.
